This location doesn't honor appointments. If they're short staffed, they should remove the appointment calendar from online so people like me don't waste their time showing up for an appointment only be to told to drop the car off.

recommend 100% i went in not sure exactly what i needed. they explained everything very clearly and called to confirm pricing and exactly what my car needed and why prior to doing any work on it. VERY good prices and great customer service!

I would 100% go here again. They were very kind and thorough, and they even took me last minute when their inspector was leaving shortly. I was afraid to go alone to the mechanics as a woman but they seemed very honest and I appreciated that. Would recommend to anyone!

Last month I visited my grandchildren at Vestal. A day before my return to the city I had an issue with my tires, took it to Mr. Tire they put air check all the tires, they didn't charge me, but later on I realized the warning light for the air tires was still on, I waited, drive around but light still on, took it back to Mr. Tire amazingly they check again did assure I had no problems going back home. It was too cold, so the line was froze, tires were good, but they make sure of my long driving was going to be a safety one.Definitely this is a place I recommend for locals and for driving true the town.Thank you Mr. Tire and your staff, all were so helpful, cordial, and care, I felt so confident going back home!

My son had a dead battery that needed to be replaced ... on a Sunday. He was away from home at school so I couldn't be there to take care of it with him, and the local auto parts stores would not perform the battery replacement because accessing the battery was too much work for them. I called Mr. Tire and Dallas at the Vestal Road shop was able to get the right battery for the vehicle and arrange for it to be installed the same day. When you're a parent and your kids are away from home, it's nice to know there are places where they can go if they need help. Thank you, Dallas, and the folks at the 4010 Vestal Road store for the courteous, professional, and capable service ... and for being there when we needed help!

I made an online appointment a day in advance for 830 a.m. for an inspection. I was going to wait for my vehicle as inspections do not take that long. However, When I arrived, they told me that their vehicle inspector was very busy and that they wouldn't be able to get to my vehicle for several hours. What's the point of having an appointment if they can't get to your vehicle until several hours after the scheduled appointment. This is the second time I have been to this location for an inspection and both times I have had appointments and the same thing has happened both times. I will not be back. I went to the other location in town and they got me right in. Much better service there too.

Stopped in on a Sunday as my friend had a bad valve. The parking lot had a handful of cars in it. The guy working behind the counter was flustered because they had multiple cars of Enterprise Rental that were behind.I believe his name was Jeremy who comes back out to tell us, "If the lug nuts snap, it's not his fault he's just warning us." Then he made it seem we were inconveniencing them. Another couple came in for their car and he told them, "Well it's done, but there's only one tech and me here so bare with us".Customer service was both poor and slow.Lobby / Waiting Room is not very inviting either

We've trusted all of our cars with Mr. Tire for years and they have taken excellent care of them. We've been alerted to issues that genuinely needed attention. Staff are honest, detailed and have been excellent to work with. Great professionals all around.

I had a flat tire and pulled in without an appointment, no prior call and was still serviced despite all mechanics/bays being occupied! Mike, thank you for helping me out with the flat tire at no charge, you rarely see this type of courtesy/customer service anymore

Rude guy at the desk. He wanted me to drop off my car just to inspect the tires. Other guy yelling on the phone next to him. Never going back again.

BEST auto repair shop! I was charged $1000 to fix my engine somewhere else, but Jeremy from this place re-diagnosed and found out the place I went previously tried to write me off by making me change the parts that I didn't need to get it changed. He saved me $500. He was super accommodating and helpful. I've been to four different places around Binghamton area, but this place has been the most helpful place ever. Please go here!

I've been dealing with Mr. Tire, at this location, for several years and have not had any problems. I will continue to use them in the future. All the people I've worked havehave been friendly and knowledgeable. and easy deal with.

Mr Mike is the best person i met in my life...I was about to go to see my son in college trip, had a flat, He fixed my tire so quickly . Although they were very busy and tire was not even in stock... Very reasonably priced too. I really would recommend him to anyone who needs car servicing.

I had a 10am appointment that I made days in advance with the understanding I was going to wait with it. When I arrived the parking lot was overflowing. I waited for 20 minutes for the guy to get off the phone just to hand him my keys. When I finally did, he said we'll try to fit you in, and when I asked for an estimate and clarification he became rude and argumentative. I get he was having a rough day, but why are they taking on so much work that they cannot handle their appointments? And when you're in customer service, there is no excuse for rudeness. I will not be returning to this location.

Fantastic service. Was about to go on 250 mile trip, had a flat, they fixed my tire quickly and I was on my way. Although they were very busy they were very accommodating. Very reasonably priced too. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs car servicing. Mike the manager is a good guy.

Great service, great prices, great team. The mechanics take pride in their work and you can tell just by how clean the shop is inside. Will definitely be coming back. Ask for Anthony, he did a great job on my alignment.

Mr tire Vestal across from Binghamton University is my go to place for car repair. I came in with a slow leak in a tire that was getting bad. They took care of me fast and the staff are friendly and nice. Mike at the front desk and I chatted for the entire time my car was being fixed- made the time fly by. Definitely going here again in the future.

Broke down on our way up to Niagara and once we got towed in Jason took care of us. He checked us in quickly and assured us our car would be seen that same day. They called us later that day and luckily were able to resolve our issue the same day it was a small issue with a missing bolt so the repair didn t cost much. I love that they were honest about that. Quick, efficient and honest service thank you so much Jason and Mr. Tire. Made our car trouble just a little bit easier and smoother.

Not professional in dealing with customers. Tyre had an object and they offered to change tyre. When I told them I was offered a lower price or the tyre could be repaired, I found my car outside in the parking lot and was told you could go. I went to another tyre shop who was more honest and had it repaired. I would never come again

So i made an online appointment for today at 4pm for oil change at this location. I choose to wait for at location . But when i went there at 4pm guy said oh we cannot do that you have to leave your car for night . I don't understand whats the point of making an appointment if they cannot do that thing . When i ask him about that he got no answer and he left inside repair area without any explanation.

Jason and Tom are the best!! I ve come to this location as well as other local tire and oil services and I have never had the experience I ve had since now. My dad passed away in November and I don t know what to look for or do when it comes to cars- they showed me what I should look for and when to get my next oil change and how to shop for tires! I m blessed I came here. Will always return to see these guy! Highly recommended

I was on my way to Syracuse, NY and got a flat tire on the highway on my way up there. Thankfully we were able to get a tow to our location and they took us to Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers. The workers here are so cooperative and get the job done quickly. They had us back on the road within 30 minutes or so and even provided us some waters while we waited for the car to be repaired. If you re ever stuck on 81 near New Vestal, NY I would definitely recommend contacting Mr. Tire Auto Services to get you back on the road in a jiffy.

Every experience is a GREAT one at Old Vestal Rd Mr Tire. They always have a great attitude at the front desk. Service with a smile and speedy work. Jason and Steve at the front desk are always helpful and knowledgeable. They explain the car diagnostics in a way even a lay person can understand. I've had years worth of work on the same car. If there is ever a problem with the work or service they will make it right and do so quickly. I have visited other Mr Tire locations in other areas of Upstate NY and this location is my favorite so far. Waiting area is comfortable and well lit. Free WiFi and ample outlets to do work while waiting.Safety of the car is #1 and they make sure that if there is any issue regarding the safety of the vehicle they address it and give the customer all the options. If something needs to be fixed at a higher level of expertise they do not hesitate to say so. Overall a good experience every time.

Excellent Customer Service! Every Time. Ryan McGovern is very knowledgeable and delivers outstanding quality of workmanship and reliability. Very friendly and courteous. I recommend Mr. Tire to anyone that needs tires, wheels, oil changes, repairs, and more. Keep up the great work, team!

My experience at Mr.Tire was very positive. I only had to wait an hour to get my tires replaced and an alignment. The prices were very fair and service was very great! Jason was helpful and informative. I will finally be driving on the highway again.

Excellent service every time! They take my vehicle on time, switch the tires out quickly with the correct pressure, and bag the tires and load them for us. Been going for 5 years and never a problem.

I came in an hour before closing time with a flat tire and ended up having to get 3 new tires, a wheel alignment, and new TPMS sensor. They were super friendly, explained everything thoroughly, and had my car done in an hour. Overall, I had a great experience and definitely recommend this place!
