Covered under warranty! My 2018 Hyundai Sonata is losing oil. I've been told to "jump through the hoops first," and then "my engine problem" can be addressed. Meanwhile, more problems at my cost could be done in a day. I have researched my situation and found that engine problems exist for this make and year! That's not all!!! I've had to drive a certain number of miles that led to my car being towed at my cost of $220.00. Still more....the paint is peeling, and again, research shows this is common with my Make and Model! Miller said that I needed to make partical payment. The paint came off after Washing my car! Washing my car! Honestly, I wash my car in the drive-thru so the Salty undercarriage gets cleaned, not to lose paint! I couldn't be more disappointed. The service men tried to satisfy me with the fact that it was Hyundai refusing my needs, but I bought my car from Miller. I have my car serviced at Miller. I want Miller to respectfully FIX MY WARRANTED CAR!!! STILL LOSING QUARTS OF OIL. UNDER MILEAGE LIMITS. GUARANTEED FOR THE LIFE OF THE CAR. NOT TRUE!!!

My husband and I finally saved enough $ to buy the new car I've wanted for years. Gene had helped us answer by answering our questions and explaining all of the features the Honda HRV has several months ago when I first stopped by, and had fallen in love with the crossover. I can not speak more highly of Gene- he is absolutely amazing. He never made us feel pressured, was very laid back (but still professional), very easy to talk to, and when we came in (he still remembered us!), told him our budget, and what we wanted, he did not try to up-sale us (which honestly would have made us walk right out of the door and shop somewhere else). He made personal recommendations when it came to the warranties, yet still not pressured in the least.I definitely recommend Miller Honda to anyone who is looking for a pitch-free, more leisurely, and much more enjoyable vehicle buying experience. As long as we live in the area, we will *always* give them our business.

I bought a Honda Ridgeline truck, and I can t say enough good things about my salesperson, Nolan Denton. My husband and I both thought he was very fair and not pushy. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and spent a lot of time patiently explaining all the little details about the features of the vehicle. I never felt rushed. He was great to deal with!

Wife went into service a few months ago for an oil change. They told her she needed new brakes or they were going to seize up. I just had her brakes done at another shop less than 15k miles ago. The next time they said her brakes are fine but they re rusty and they need 220$ to take the rust off. Then my wife has an oil issue on her 2017 Santa Fe where it s burning to my much engine oil, and from what I m reading it s a common issue with Santa Fe s. They told me wife that she would need a new engine and that Hyundai would NOT cover. Their excuse was cause they don t have record of getting an oil change there before 24k miles. This is a 2017 with 54k miles and Millers service department pretty much told my wife that it wasn t their problem and to deal with Hyundai herself. After doing more research on this issue other customers have had this same issue with Hyundai where they have these engine issues due to burning too much oil and Hyundai blames the customer. The customer service my wife has received after the sale has been a down right travesty. I worked in sales and finance at multiple dealerships for close to ten years. The way they handled her care and didn t help her at all was crazy to me. I would stay far away from this dealership and service department, especially if you re a woman because they will try and take advantage of you. If you see a comment from Miller replying how they pride themselves on customer service and blah blah and reach out so they can help and blah blah. Just know that s a smoke show too. They didn t help nothing.

I just bought a beautiful 2018 Honda Civic hatchback. I was so pleased to work with Danny. He is such a sweet man and very personable. I know all salesman are nice, but I could just sense that he actually cared and wanted to make this process as easy as possible for me. The car is amazing. Car Salesman Aaron went above and beyond to help us get into our dream car! He gave me his personal phone number, texted me and updated me along the way, and would also reply within minutes even after dealership hours! We ran into some difficulties with insurance, and he helped us every step of the way, and again, this was well past operation hours! He truly made the experience so easy and I drove off in my new car less than 24 hours of first going to the dealership! The whole Miller Auto Team is efficient and effective, I recommend them for anyone buying a car!

The purchase of my new vehicle could not have been easier. Everyone was extremely accommodating and helped every step of the way to make sure everything went smoothly. My car was even delivered to me and my trade-in vehicle was driven away with no extra fee. Thank you to the whole team for all of your assistance and especially to Zachary for keeping me posted by email, responding to my inquiries quickly, and following through each time he stated he would handle something. Fantastic experience, and I ll be back for sure the next time I need another vehicle!

Very good service and sales. We have to go back to finish the nonessential work.9-20-2022 Just had them inspect, change oil & air filter, and replace broken glass in side mirror. We're very pleased with their work.6-5-2023 Service was quick and professional. We talked with available sales people about 2024 CRV-HYBRID options. Our leased 2020 CRV-HYBRID has been very good, comfortable, responsive, and very reliable. We're weighing options to buy the one we have, lease a newer model, or buy a new model. Sales people were informative but not pushy. The tire and oil change servicing was very quick yet thorough.

I just purchased my second car with so much ease with the help of Zack Andrews and Dave Bolton! The very first few times I went to go see about the Nissan, Zack was super helpful in explaining the process of trading in my old car and was extremely patient with this newbie. I was provided with various options and was fortunate enough to receive a really good deal on the financing. I had an excellent experience buying a used car from Miller. My local dealership didn't have what I wanted so I looked on Cars.com and a vehicle from Miller came up with a surprisingly good price. I arranged a test drive through their email site and was hooked up with Zack. After a test drive, I knew the car was for me. We settled on a price and after the up-sell of the extended warrantee that I chose to purchase, the car was readied to take home. It took a couple hours to get it ready, but I was happy with it and took it home. My wife and I thought we had looked the car over carefully, but as soon as it was parked in the driveway, we noticed that the bumper and reflector were damaged. After contacting Zack about this issue, he worked to get a new reflector and arrange with the body shop to repair the bumper. It took a few hours to get the car repaired, but it was dealt with and looks 100% better. Overall a great experience and I will definitely look to purchase a car through Miller dealerships again.

I would go back here to buy another car. Clean, professional, easy access to highway, great selection of new and used cars. Car that I bought from them, Honda Pilot, needed repairs that they took care of. Four stars instead of five because I brought it to them twice to fix the same problem and they did not repair it properly. Third time, they picked car up and left me with a loner. They made it right. Very trustworthy. Pretty sure I would buy another car here. Don't know if I would ask them to work on my car again. Car had to go in three times for them to get simple valve cover gasket job right.

I had an appointment today at Miller Hyundai with Anthony. Did a test drive of the palisade limited and it was very nice. Anthony was great we enjoyed it very much and couldn't have been any better. We certainly give him an A+ for his sales ability and appreciate the customer service that you provided and for Cheryl setting up the meeting. Thank you.

They sold me a lemon; it's not their fault. They've been real nice, but in less than 2 years I've had to go back 4 times for major problems. They put in a "new" engine last winter and now it's dead. Junk part, I guess. Again, it's not their fault, the service team is super nice, but yikes! I'm sure it's the same all over. Used cars = junk.

I can't recommend Miller enough, specifically Terrell Huffaker and Dave Bolton. This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealer, and what I thought was going to be a daunting and difficult process ended up being fun and a breeze! Terrell quickly realized what type of car I was looking for, and understood the price point I wanted. They also gave me more for my trade in than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. Once I picked a car and settled on my trade-in's value, I then was off to see Dave Bolton for financing. Not having the best credit I was most worried about this step of the process. Dave is a super upbeat and friendly guy and I instantly felt at ease. He worked hard, late into the evening to make sure I could pick up my new car the next day. He found me a much better interest rate than I thought I was going to get, gave me an amazing deal on a warranty and was just generally awesome. Terrell also worked late into the evening, dealing with my insurance company and getting everything else in order. He was very communicative via text, which I appreciated.I can't thank both of them enough, and recommend you ask for both by name if you are interested in a new car!

Bought a 2019 Kia at the end of August. Mike Redding, our salesman was great. Got what we wanted at the price we were looking for. However, before the first oil change I had to spend $360 on brake rotors that NEVER should have passed inspection. Daily calls for 5 DAYS to the service manager, left 3 voice mails. No calls back! Make sure you get your car checked by someone you trust BEFORE you buy from them because after sale service is horrible!

First time there and I have a 9 year old car. Very polite . Others came to help as no one was at the service desk . They weren't sure where he went yet all went well . One customer ahead of me one behind all within a minute . Service managers may be the ones stepping up. I was out 5 min. earlier then eastiment would have been sooner but they found a problem I will soon have to fix . No BS , no pressure to fix now or the sky will fall. Very helpful and informative.

Was searching for a specific car and this place popped up. They have good prices and gave me a better deal on my trade than other dealers did. Was very impressed all around. I've been very loyal to another dealership for several years, Miller Auto just stole that loyalty!

Being new to the area, this was our first-time here, however my mother-in-law has been a loyal customer for years because she loves the service.

I just got new car from Miller s Auto. My experience was beyond my expectation. I wasn t sure what car I wanted to get and Zack worked with me to find the perfect car that suits me and everything that I was looking for in my new car. After test driving a few cars I ended up getting a 2021 Hyundai Elantra. I couldn t thank Zack and all the people I worked with enough! I highly recommend working with Zack for your next car!
