My son unfortunately picked up a nail on a Sunday. I called and asked if there was any way the tire could be plugged at around 4 pm. I was told that they could definitely plug the tire if it was able to be plugged.When we arrived we were treated like we were the best of friends with the staff. They fixed the tire within 10 minutes and sent us on our way. What great customer service we received from the phone call to the finished product.

Everyone was incredibly professional and helpful! Great service. Quick to get us taken care of. Explained their recommendations so clearly my young kids could even understand which of course, they appreciated!

I was having issues with my car saying running . So I pulled in Mavis in Vestal and talked to the manager Shadow, they were a little busy, but he was very accommodating. Shadow still managed to get me in and out in a timely manner. He had his employee Nicholas check it out and he was very polite and professional about explaining the problem to me to where I could understand what he was explaining to me. They were all great.

I take my car here for inspections, general maintenance, and more specific issues. Have never had a problem. Everyone working here is kind and willing to explain any question you have, especially if you aren t very knowledgeable about car maintenance. I usually take my car in earlier in the morning and it is done by the end of the day.

Highly recommend! I brought my car in very unexpectedly this morning with a leaking tire and they were able to squeeze me in for a patch/repair within 2 hours. Incredibly kind and friendly service in addition to quick and convenient. I will definitely return for any tire needs in the future. Thank you to all of the great staff here for a job well done!

Shadow was a competent, professional, courteous, and efficient helper through my entire experience. Car issues are always stressful and unpredictable, and Shadow made this process much easier. He took the time to answer many questions educating me on both the cause and the solution to my problems, he shopped around for the best price for parts, and got what was needed delivered within the day. He provided a courtesy test drive in my car to give me confidence and assurance, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe spare tire so this happened in the future. I was updated on the status every step of the way, so I spent no time waiting. I would like to give future business to this location and service staff.

Mavis doesn't seem like an auto repair shop. It's easy to make an appointment. Zach and Shadoe at the front desk are friendly and funny. My car went into the shop at the time I had reserved. I don't know enough about cars to know if their repairs are quick or not. But they kept me informed about what was going on. Two thumbs up.

This review is for the Mavis on Main Street in Vestal. I had the pleasure of working with the Manager, Zach. I have been in hospitality, sales & customer service for a very long time, so it makes me happy to see good customer service. Zach was polite, authentic, understanding, extremely knowledgeable & helpful. 5 stars! Mavis should be proud.

Went yesterday 2/5/24 for an oil change. Called late morning and got a 2pm appt. Got in on time. They showed me some issues my car had. Which I wasn't surprised, I knew some stuff was going on. Got my job done and went on my way. Again, great service and the nicest people! I definitely recommend them and will be back again when I'm in need! Thanks once again Mavis!

Perfect place to go if you want your car used as a jungle gym. I wouldn t take my lawn mower here after my visit! Definitely don t recommend

This Place Honestly Is The Best I ve Been There Once For An Oil Change And Another For A Battery And They Have Saved Me Money Once Again. There Is A Clean Shop And Store. The Professionalism As Well As The Friendly Atmosphere Is Amazing. I Won t Take My Car Anywhere Else But Here. I Highly Recommend This Place To Anyone. You Will Be A Happy And Satisfied Customer For Sure!

After a small unexpected accident out of state I was in need of a replaced tire relatively urgently. Tim and the team at Mavis in Vestal were extremely kind, understanding, and very respectful in helping me. Not only were they exceptional to work with, they also provided quick, high quality service. I cannot recommend them enough and will suggest then to everyone in the area after my experience. Thank you for your fantastic service and your kindness!

November 2023: Had a flat tire, brought it in to have them look at it and see if there was a nail or another issue. It was a nail, and they took it out and patched the tire. Very friendly. Was waiting for a little bit but that s to be expected on a Saturday morning. Will come back again if I have any issues with my carUpdate February 2024: had to come back to get a new battery. Manager Zach was very friendly and helpful. Got me in and out as quickly as possible. Highly recommend this Mavis

My car has seen better days, but the folks here always get me back on the road quickly. I have limited time but they always are respectful of that and work in a quick, efficient manner. Would highly recommend for tires and inspection. Thank you.

Jon Merritt called an was able to get right in to the vestal shop. My tire needed repair, staff was able to find and fix the issue this morning. They completed the work within 30 minutes and he was on his way. We will definitely refer friends and family to your shop. Thank you for your help today!

Took my car in for a flat tire, also believe i had a slow leak in the seal of my tire, before it became flat, talked to a worker, believe his name was shadow, he was very informative with what could of cause the reasoning of me having to fill my tire every couple days. He checked the wheel, cleaned around it nice, took a before and after video, was able to get it done that day, kept me posted !! I greatly appreciate Shadow and Mavis tire taking care of my car so well!!! Definitely will be coming back!!!!

Zach and Shadoe at the front counter are godsends. I called day of to see if they could get me in for a sheared lugnut, Zach said to come in at 1, I did, I was done by 1:30. Amazing crew they have at this shop. Highly, HIGHLY, recommend

Mavis in Vestal really is the GOAT! Second time I have come to them with a flat tire and they fix and put right back on and have me on my way! From the guys in the office to the guys in the shop they really went out of their way to get me going! Friendly, quick and affordable! Go to Mavis, they will hook you up!

Mavis Tire Vestal was very honest with me. They cleaned my tire and checked for the source of a slow leak. They did not find any visible issues, and they did not charge me anything. This is a drastic contrast to the past experiences that I had with both Mr. Tire places in Vestal, where I will never set foot in again. I was very pleased with Mavis. Check them out.
