Mike was amazing and went above and beyond. My husband and I were first time car buyers looking for a safe reliable vehicle for our newborn and came in without an appointment. He didn't hesitate to help us without making us feel pressured. We are so happy with the whole process and are excited to drive our new Tiguan. From start to finish, Mike has been excellent. Definitely would recommend him and Matthew's again

Took a chance on the Black Friday sale and was not disappointed! Our friend Jeremy took good care of us and made sure all our questions were answered. They even gave us a loaner for the weekend while the paperwork went through. All around a pleasant experience with zero hassle!

I had good experiences with the service department. The service reps were engaging, the wait times reasonable, and the cost of repair didn't seem too outrageous. The waiting area is well-lit, clean, and comfortable.

Did an unauthorized oil change (wasn t needed, went towards my free ones) and completely screwed it up. Car was leaking oil everywhere. Chris Skinner apologized only after it was prompted by me, said he d send people to clean it but never told them so they came with nothing. When they called him, he said he d send people instead of having those people get stuff to clean it-you have another dealership 8 miles away. People who came were also awful.

Well, this was my first time going into a dealership and when we arrived Jeremy Jackson was super helpful! He helped my dreams come true with this 2023 VW Jetta GLI!! Outstanding Dealership and Staff!We had been to another Dealership the day prior (not a VW Dealer) and was told the vehicle we were looking for could take several weeks or months to find. We had researched the Atlas and it had everything we were looking for and more. Adam Barnes was assigned to us upon arrival and I'd need an entire page to speak our thoughts of him .He is the reason we purchased the vehicle! He went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Within two hours, we had test driven, found and were ready to purchase an Atlas. It just so happened to be my birthday within 3 days and he made the delivery happen that day even with a snow storm!! He and the General Manager even stayed past closing to prepare the vehicle for the sale. They made it the best Birthday ever, cake, chocolates and all! I highly recommend Matthew's VW!

Matthews VW had the Cross Sport I wanted after searching all over online. They were so courteous and considerate of my time even though I ran very late for my appointment. Isaiah was responsive and patient as I discussed the purchase with my hubby. Very seamless process all around.(This may have also posted on the Mitsubishi side by accident, tried to delete it lol)

We previously dealt with Matthews Kia in Schenectady and had a reasonable experience with their service department; thought we'd try to give Matthews VW our custom when we were looking for a new ID4 to lease. Bearing in mind we're almost 3 hours away, I enquired via email with very precise requirements. I was surprised to receive a response that I would have to stop by in person if I wanted to discuss lease pricing. They don't seem to be internet ready We'll go elsewhere, of course.

Tim in the Service department was great! And the tech working on my car stuck with it through a difficult-to-pinpoint problem with the heater.I was disappointed that your vehicle loaner program only covers VW warranty service. That left me without my car for a week. One might be led to believe that we non-warranty customers are not as important to your dealership

Just purchased a 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan with help from Adam Barnes at Matthew's on Friday. It was an excellent experience. Adam was knowledgeable and patient with all our questions, and trust me, we had a lot of them! I am so grateful Adam was the one who asked if he could help us, although everyone there was wonderful. I really appreciated his honesty and helpfulness. Matthew's will definitely be the first place we shop for our next car, you should check them out and ask for Adam!

I was told to go down there on Saturday before 1 pm to show the tech what noise my car is making. I drove an hour to get there and then was told that the tech didn't have time for me now. After wasting over 2 hours of my time only to be told that you didnt have time to help me, I'll find a different dealership to work with.

Took my car to get the AC fixed. Rather than fix it, they simply refilled the Freon. It leaked out again and after editing 2 weeks for another appointment, I was told that the person who works on the AC wasn t available until 2:30 in the afternoon.

I'm disappointed because... Although my back brakes & rotators were changed as recommended, I'm still experiencing pulsation when braking. I'm wondering if my front brakes pads need replacing as well. Not sure if front ones were even checked
