Never been satisfied with the service I got from this place. I purchased the car from the dealership and that was fine but service wise, is the worst I ever seen with lack of honesty or may be professionally weak. They made me change alternator and the light was still on. When I called them, lady on phone told me the new alternator you put was bad without offering to have a look! I will never do any service in this dealership again.

They have tried to sell me tires everytime I went. Even when I bought tires from them 3 months prior. Scam artists. They were super aggressive about it and insisted I needed them. My tires are fine. I will not be returning.

Great experience as always. Service manager explains everything clearly in easily understood terms. Estimates are accurate, and work that is needed is clearly broken out from that which is optional. I have been taking my Volvos there for over 20yrs and have every reason to continue.

Was able to get a very fast appointment after hitting a giant pothole and having a noise at the front end! Drop off was great, contact was great, check out fast and easy! Tonya was awesome. I love my 2018 Murano. Gary was a great salesman.. not pressured.. the service people are also great. From the service desk to the mechanics.. thorough and very good people. I didn't feel taken advantage of and had a very pleasant experience.

I had a car check engine light on. I paid $260+ for service charge and part cost. After repair, they said issue is resolved and check engine light was off.In less than a week, check engine light came up again and it says the same code issue as it was a week ago. They really didn't repair or diagnosed the issue professionally. Overmore, when you go there, there is no actual interaction of a customer with mechanic so no way to understand what's going on behind. A service representative asks for the information and convey it to the mechanic. It's not a transparent way of working. My experience is a very poor quality of service to set up the business. Either mechanics are not doing their jobs well or the service reps. I would not like to go to this place.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Traveling through NY as part of a vacation and hit a pot hole that took out the front right tire of my 2020 Altima. Got me set up with a matching tire and checked alignment, all within a few hours on a Saturday. Definitely came through for me!

I only will go to this shop for any service done to my vehicle. Customer care is top notch. As a truck driver who's only available on the weekends to get serviced, matthews is always accommodating and I greatly appreciate that.

I purchased a Used 2007 Nissan Pathfinder from Elmer the salesman about a year ago now. He was very friendly and helped a lot. I noticed at the time it had a dent in the front near the tire. So I asked if that could be something they could fix before I buy it. They said YES absolutely we can. So he made a call and told me his "Dent pulling guy" is out of town. But Elmer would call me in a week If I buy it now I would have to bring it down to get it done. This seemed reasonable at the time so I bought the car. 2 weeks went by so I called Elmer. He said on this conversation that his "Dent guy" isn't in town again but he would call me when he was back to make an appt. So then 3 weeks went by with no call. I called the dealership Elmer was off that day so They gave me his voice mail and told me he would be in tomorrow. I called the next day and "They cant find him" So I left another voicemail. So I called the next day. On this call Elmer assured me that he was trying to get a hold of this "Dent guy" During these 3 weeks other things started going wrong with the car which I will get too later. so a 2 months went by and still no call back. I decided to call again and also fill him in on some more things that have gone wrong, and ask about the dent. he wasn't there but the person on the phone said he would be in tomorrow and I should leave a message. I left a message. I called the next day and I got bounced around on hold forever for 25 mins. Then at the end I got a voicemail. I left one more message that explained that I look forward to their call. I NEVER STILL TO THIS DAY GOT A CALL BACK! ITS BEEN A YEAR! C'MON! This is crazy. Anyway during this time early on I noticed that the back hatch didn't lock this was about a week in that I noticed this and when I called about it they said they wont fix that... Most likely because I was already stuck with the car. Ten about a week after that every ball joint on the car started squeaking. Winter comes and the heat doesn't work. And a few other random things as well. Long story short and the moral of this story is don't be stupid and give this company and money. and if you do make sure everything is fixed before you do. I have been nothing but polite and respectful to these people. and I received nothing they promised me.
