What a wonderful and helpful group of people! Very professional, but also friendly and laid back enough to have a good quality conversation with! Justin Blunt, from Matthews Nissan in Vestal, was an absolute delight! He worked with me and helped me to understand the process of buying my new car, which I am thoroughly in love with! The quality of their vehicles is fantastic, and they are very passionate about what they do. My encounter with Mathews Nissan was truly exceptional. They provided excellent care for my vehicle, even going above and beyond by informing me about the 7-year warranty that I was unaware of. Within just two days, they efficiently replaced my car's transmission. I've been a customer since 2015 with the purchase of a 2015 Subaru Impreza and recently purchased a 2021 Certified Pre-Owned Subaru Outback Premium and couldn't be happier! Love the customer service here. Tanya is amazing at what she does!!! Left for a few months because of one bad experience with one service rep. Came back had Tanya and she reiterated that this specific rep had left. Thank goodness. The techs and service reps are beyond amazing keep up the good work Tanya and team!!!!!

I was in Vestal and I noticed the low tire pressure warning came on. I stopped at the Nissan service dept to have them add air to my tires. While I was there I asked them to check my battery because it was the original battery on my 2017 Nissan Rogue and I noticed it wasn't always turning over on the first try. Matt waited on me and I was in and out within a half hour with a new battery. He also changed the battery in my fob - something I never thought of doing. Matt thanks for the great service!

I am very satisfied with the service I received for my car. Everything was documented per my request on the repair order. I am very happy with the performance of my vehicle and the window marker letting me know when to come in again. You guys really do cover it all. Even discussed the multi point inspection in detail as per my request due to the mileage on my car . Matt Taft really came through for me on this and I will be returning. Matt has also given me some information on the Matthews Ford Norwich location as some situations require specifics from Ford trained technicians to diagnose. I am thankful for that information as well and excited that I can continue to work with Matthews as a corporationI do want to say one more thing .. the fact that I am able to get a shuttle ride to and from work when my car is done is the number one reason I can't ever leave Matthews. So many other shops don't do that now and in my life I don't have that as an option to not get a ride.Thanks so much !

I would AVOID this dealership at all costs. We went there today with full intentions of purchasing a new car. When we walked in nobody greeted us. Then they rudely asked us "what do you need". I nicely replied we wanted to drive a rogue and pathfinder. They stared at us and then said "oh, well we close in 4 minutes". Welp you just lost a customer that was planning on spending three upwards of 45k

First I want to say I have always had a great experience at the Matthews service in the past. The visit last week really upset me though. Over two hours for an oil change.... with an appointment. That's ridiculous. Only to find out that my paperwork was on the service persons desk while he went to pick up pizza for the whole crew. Unacceptable!

I had a great experience with Matthew s Nissan and, more specifically, my salesman Justin. He was on top of my lease and was always ready to answer my questions or concerns throughout the process. We test drove the car together and he was super knowledgeable about the car, which made my pickup easy and quick. One thing that really stood out to me was his honesty: he never came off as pushy or just trying to make a sale. He genuinely wanted me in a car I liked and could afford. I will definitely return to this dealership when my lease is up and continue to work with them because of how great Justin was. And I LOVE my new Nissan Rogue!!

OK, folks I may have had the best salesmen ever!!! Let me tell you I am a crazy old lady who has purchased more vehicles than you would ever believe. I always purchased a new one every 2 years--never had over 40,000 miles on any--AND I never had a salesman like Paul Whitfield!!! Absolutely the BEST---- Knowledgeable, polite, patient, good looking ( yes ,I can still notice )!!The sales manager was also very pleasant. Ask for Paul and tell your friends-you will not go wrong with this salesman!!! Thank you Paul.

Have both a Nissan and Mitsubishi and usually the service is top notch. A simple State inspection with less than 8500K on the Nissan. 1 hour for the inspection and ANOTHER hour just to get the keys back and the paperwork while I watched my truck sit outside. NOT GOOD!

Shawn Sprague, my salesman, was fantastic. Knew everything about the car and took the time to show me everything until I was comfortable. It took a bit of unnecessary back-and-forth in terms of trade-in and price, but it all worked out in the end.
