I Had my vehicle serviced on Thursday, 2020 Chevy Colorado oil change all fluids were to be topped off. I spoke with Corey. He told me to bring it in.

After so many years of not owning a car, Omar helped me in so many ways even before going into the dealership. I asked about many cars and he always responded with texts or emails. Once I decided on a car, went to the dealership to see it, test drive it and decided right there that was the car, Omar took care of everything. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, with the way I was treated, on how Omar explained everything till I understood. Just a awesome experience with Matthew's Mitsubishi, with Omar Rodriguez and with Mariah. Thank you so very much.

Very good experience. Got my truck in the day before service and service was completed the next day. Steve was great. He contacted me when it was finished and explained what was done as well as point out a minor issue.

Nice selection of quality used cars and trucks. Prices seem to be reasonable. My only draw back is that we were standing in the lot looking at several vehicles and found one we really liked but no sales staff were visible. We called the front office and asked for the sales department. We were placed on hold while being transferred and a salesman picked up. I explained that we were in the parking lot and would like to ask questions and take a better look at one of their cars. He said he would be rite out. Approximately 5 minutes later he came out. Once he found us he was pleasant and not pushy. He answered all our questions and offered a test drive etc. All in all it was a good experience e crept for having to hunt down someone to help us at first.

Had an appointment scheduled today to test drive a couple new Mitsubishi s. The sales person the appointment was scheduled with said he had someone picking up a vehicle in :30 so announced asking if anyone was available to help me I worked w/Omar R who stepped right in. He wasn t pushy or fake like so many car guys are. He worked at my pace & got the questions I had answered. Ended up buying a brand new Outlander and drove it home same day. I expect my vehicle's transmission to be 100% fixed and in working order by end of business Monday, or that I will be provided a loaner if this is not possible. If the vehicle cannot be made to be 100%, then I would expect Mitsubishi to stand behind their product and provide us with a similar alternative vehicle of equal or greater value. I also expect that I will not be paying for any of these said repairs.

Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and made us feel comfortable. Jeremy was great from the moment we walked through the door and was extremely helpful throughout the buying process and was always available to answer any questions I had and got everything done for us very quickly with no issues. Dennis was also great! Would absolutely buy from here again :)

Got a car the same day I looked. They made mistakes filling out paperwork and I'm also paying far to much for coverage for the electrical warranty, but it's needed. Car was one year old. My fault for not going in car, I just looked inside, but the smell is horrible. Smells like cigarettes and wet dog. My daughter doesn't want to ride with me. Plus there's no cd player and no vehicle manual.

Andy from the sales department was fantastic! He helped search and find the perfect vehicle for us (purchased for my wife). My previous experience was very grim with Matthews Volkswagen and it began to look grim in the beginning. I don t want to give low stars for service though because the service rep who took my cars service in did a wonderful job. He was not my service person to begin with and he handled a tough situation very well. Chris did an awesome job fixing a problem not caused by him and making my life so much easier during a rough week. I really appreciate all the help he gave me and think he deserves 5 stars for his service as a service representative. Thanks so much Chris I really appreciate everything you did for me and my vehicle!!
