This is my 3rd vehicle purchase in 4 yrs from Matthew's, I've never had an issue, all the sales persons are polite and knowledgeable. The building/ facilities are always comfortable and clean. I go here primarily for the above and Matthew's one price, I don't want to have to negotiate a price with sales person trying to take me for everything

Super easy process. They got me exactly what I wanted with no hassle. The hardest part was waiting for my car to be delivered but once it was there I was driving off the lot within a week. They did everything they could to make sure I left happy. I worked with a few different salesman and each one was professional and super down to earth. Thank you Tim for keeping me and my family safe!

Outstanding salesman - David Reyes! Kept me informed on an order for a 2023 Camaro. Let me know when the car was scheduled to ship and then arrival at the dealership. I was very pleased with the service I received at Matthews Chevrolet. They did a great job solving the issues I presented without selling me anything I didn't really need. They called to say the car was ready. Everyone was pleasant. All in all, it was a most satisfactory experience.

They have deleted my review that put a bad light on them. They didn't acknowledge the good review after I bought my car in May... and then After I shared my experience in depth since then about issues I had.. guess they couldn't handle a bad review. They owe me $290 and I'm still waiting for he check but I will be in there tomorrow 2/5.. this company has turned out to be ridiculous. If you can read this.. buy your next car anywhere but here. Try Kevin's royal automotive..my friend had had nothing but a positive experience with them since day 1. Dear Matthew's, gonna delete this one too??

Bringing our 2022 Tahoe back yet again for a 4th time in the last two weeks to get repairs completed. First time was diagnosis, then was asked to bring back a second time when parts came in to finish. After the second time, not all repairs were completed because not all parts were in. We were asked to bring back a third time to finish repairs. We brought back and also ordered Lund low profile window visors and had those installed at that time. Upon picking up the Tahoe, we were told it was still missing one part to finish original repair and would need to bring back another day. When arriving home, we noticed the window vent visor on the passenger side was already not attached as it should have been and was installed noticeably higher than the rear window deflector (.75 inches), clearly visible to the naked eye. We are scheduled to bring it back in tomorrow to finish the original request and also to fix and reinstall the vent visors we ordered through GM and paid for installation.

Andy was awesome! Even though it was chaos when I had my truck towed in they made sure to take care of me and got me checked in. Andy was very upfront and communicated with me regarding some possible downsides of what might happen with the work. Thankfully everything worked out well! Thanks again!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Hanna could not have been more helpful and informative. Mike Ryder, the Service Manager, happened to see me and came over to ask how I was and if there was anything he or his staff could do for me while I waited for the service to be completed.They are the only dealer in my local area who I would trust to continue to service my 2023 Corvette.

I went to Matthews Chevrolet in Vestal with my brother to buy a preowned Trax. Ashley was our sales person and couldn t have been more kind, compassionate, and honest. She understood our situation and did everything in her power to make sure my brother was in a safe and reliable car while working with our timeline. We always knew she had our best interest at heart, and she made a stressful time a lot easier!
