Bought a Volvo S60 from Mr. Sinan a few months ago. Very kind and warm person and Chelsea in sales was wonderful. They are pretty firm on price but they sell very good quality cars at a fair price. Good people at Binghamton Auto Exchange!

Bought 2 cars from here, one of the easiest and quickest car buying experiences I've ever dealt with. The owner and staff were excellent. Chelsea in Sales was great to work with, the owner was very nice and attentive to us. And the cars were in great shape and took time to double check both vehicles for us to make sure they were ready to go. Will be back in the future for more.

Bought a Buick Lacrosse a few weeks back, and the car has been amazing so far.We showed up around 4pm a few weeks ago, and test drove several very nice cars he had in stock, not once did he seem annoyed that we were having a hard time choosing, or that he had to put the dealer plate on several different cars during our process.When we finally decided he replaced the rack and pinion, and put 4 very nice new tires on the car for us. The car is a beauty and worth every penny.Both the owner and Elizabeth were so easy to work with, and we will surely be back for our next used car!Thanks for a great experience

So I bought my 06 BMW 325i white back in 2016. Never thought to make a rating until seeing the reviews here. Best car I ve ever bought. Had minor issues just the normal wear and tear. Still is running like a champ. I bought the car with 101K and today she has close to 190k. If I buy another car again it will definitely be from here unless there isn t something i like... but he will negotiate a tiny bit, the guy and women are laid back, and no one harasses you outside of their building. I have nothing bad to say. I love this place

These guys are great! I was skeptical from the beginning buying a used car with all of the lemon's and their laws. Even past my 1000 mile, 30 day warranty I was having a few minor problems. I didn't even think to bother them with it because of the warranty. I called anyways and explained what was going on with my Jeep on Saturday afternoon before all of this shut down!! He said " Come bring it down and we'll have a look just make it before 5 because of the lock down protocol. They ran my vehicle straight in and diagnosed the problem, which happened to be the battery. Right away they replaced it, I asked how much I owed them and he said NOTHING! I was So shocked and thrilled. I then mentioned that I thought something was going on with the transmission and his mechanic immediately took it for a spin. They put something in the trans fluid and gave me a can to put in my gas next time I fill up. I was ecstatic. As I was leaving he mentioned that regardless of the warranty that they are there to help and will do anything to do that. Best business I have seen in WAY too long. I will forever recommend anyone and everyone that needs a car to visit Binghamton Auto Exchange and they will receive the best customer service and hospitality.

Today I drove off the Auto Exchange lot in my third vehicle from here. INVIGORATING! The vehicle is excellent ... like new, inside and out. I am picky ... I test drove multiple cars, all very nice, finding one at last that spoke to me. The owner, Sinan, and staff were very accommodating and supportive of this process. Binghamton Auto Exchange is overflowing with quality, pre-owned luxury cars, as they claim. Very impressive stock at good prices. The owner is choosy about what he brings in for sale, finding only high quality and something special in each vehicle. He tells me "I only bring in what I would drive myself." Sinan and Elizabeth made the buying experience so pleasant (and fun) that I almost hated to drive away! And Nick, from the on-site garage, is not only good at what he does, but helpful to talk with in his suggestions on routine maintenance. All cars are closely inspected and serviced before making it to lot. You won't find any stuffy, high-pressure salespeople here...in fact, no salesmen at all. You find a car on the website or lot ... the owner is on premises for direction if you wish ... the staff is professional and friendly. Very relaxed, yet easy to do business with. This is not the average 'used car dealer' by any means. My first purchase was over 25 years ago from the same place and guy! ... probably won't be my last. ~ Tony

We told Sinan the owner we were interested in a pearl 2012 Cadillac CTS4. He lowered the price to fit our budget. We took a 2nd test drive and had a mechanic look at the car. He said there is an engine oil leak, and doesn't know where in the engine it's coming from. He said have the dealer check it out and fix it since that would be on the 1,000 mile, 30-day warranty on the transmission and engine after buying it. We told Sinan there is an oil leak and we would need it fixed before we bought the car.He got all huffy thinking we were trying to get him down on the price which we were not doing. He said 'I am not fixing it, Someone will buy it'.So we told him we're not buying the car and walked out.Don't deall with this man. Originally he told us we always check the under carriage of the car. Yeah right and then lie to people about no problems with the car.Don't trust him!!

If your looking for a quality vehicle at great prices, definitely see Sinan. He's honest knowledgeable and he stands by the vehicles he sells. Bought a Ford Explorer had some issues after I left lot, and there was no problem with him correcting the issue. His mechanic, Nick knows is stuff and had my car back in no time at all. Definitely recommend going to see them.

fantastic mom and pop shop.At times they may have dead batteries or in other cases they may not budge much on prices.But the car game is tough. 44yrs in business and they are still thriving. And as far as their prices they are very reasonable. Iv bought two bmws from them. Won t hesitate on buying the next one from them.They stand behind their merchandise!!! Which is very uncommon.Job well done Binghamton auto !!!

Great ownership, great prices, and especially a great selection of high-end luxury vehicles that all are in near perfect condition that makes the lot feel like auto heaven.I purchased a 2011 Mini Cooper S Convertible with a 4 year warranty, and just recently a black 2008 Cadillac SRX4 for cheuffeur/taxi, both with low mileage and I couldn't be happier with the both of them for the price.What's considered a freak/unexpected accident not covered by warranty happened with my Mini, and Sinan immediately purchased/ordered the part for me, and then his personal mechanic fixed/replaced it within 20 minutes after I arrived at no extra cost.It's a very well run small operated auto dealership with an amazingly friendly staff all around, which is why it's got a great reputation and has been in business for over 40 years.

I just purchased my 5th or 6th car from here. Yes the owner is dry, but very trustworthy. I don't know another used car dealership I trust more I'm not going to get screwed. I even purchased a car that didn't work out and he took it back with a full refund after I had it 3 or 4 weeks. This wasn't from anything he did or tried to hide. Sorry the other reviewer had a problem with this owner not smiling. I prefer that to the phoney back slap Jeri that's just out to make a buck. You want a good used car this is where you want to go. The staff is so friendly here. I was anxious about buying a car for the first time and they were super friendly, helpful, and patient! I didn't feel pressured at all. There's also a small dog in the office who is really sweet!

I bought a car from Elizebeth there sight unseen. I normally would never do that but it was a two hour drive to get there and my job requires me twelve hours six days a week. more on that in a bit. We made a deal over the phone I didn't argue with the price because if it was as described it was a very fair price. Elizebeth was very cheerful and fun to deal with. (note I am a car sales man my self) She was very strait with me. The fact that I work 12/6 I asked if we could do a delivery on Sunday ( they are closed sundays) They met me Sunday opened up for me to get the car. The car itself was better than described in fact all the cars on the lot looked to be in very nice condition. Needless to say It is a family owned business that has earned my business and respect. My first dealership car buying experience. He did not try to over sell me on anything while let me take as long as I wanted looking at the car. He went over the car fax with me and answered all my questions honstly. I received a good deal based off of my research. No complaints and I will look forward to brining my business here in the future.

Sinaan is a stand up guy, great business, we just bought a beautiful car from him a week ago.When searching for a new ( used) vehicleBinghamton Auto Exchange is our first stop!!The inventory is Priced to move and they don't press you to buy anything..I now see why they've been in their establishment for as many years as they have.5* Business...

Went to this guy for help finding a car that I have been looking for for nearly 8 months. Non-stop test driving, searching, learning and research. I walk into this place and waited for approximately 15 min since NO ONE was to be found. Then, when I did get help... I had a man come out with the most dry personality. He didn't smile, didn't help me choose a car, didn't ask me what I was looking for... NOTHING. I saw one of his cars on Craigslist and wanted to take a look. I test drove it and when I came back, he didn't even try to work with me. This was the worst customer service EVER. It's disappointing because the man looked like my father. Except my father would have kicked butt selling me that car! He would have made me feel like his daughter. Good luck selling your cars, there's no doubt you will continue selling them because PEOPLE. NEED. CARS.P.s I found the car of my dreams, paid more than what this guy wanted for it because HE SMILEDDDDDDDD AT ME.

I just bought a Jeep liberty the other day and went there 3 time asking questions. They took the time answer my questions about the Jeep and let me test drive it. When I went back the 4th time I bought it. I was not never pressured to buy and made me feel like I was at home.

Worst dealership ever. Sinan is completely rude and I wouldn t trust anything he says!!! He lies just to make a sale!!! His vehicles look nice but take a closer look they are junk he is trying to pass off on someone. Do not trust him

The dog was cool and the lady was kind but the guy running the place plays hardball with pricing and even tried driving me up from the ticketed price of a vehicle I thought I might be interested in. Not somewhere I would spend my money.
