Was able to get my son s car in last minute to get a new tire . Thank you so much to the mechanic that fixed the brake issue and made his car safe to drive.

The opposite of every experience or impression you have about automotive repair. They (the Dans, Talon, and the gang) are genuine and understand the importance of developing sincere and honest relationships with customers. They want what's best for your car AND your bank account. Get to know them. Be a return customer. Other than my kidding around about the coffee being "interesting" at times (I don't come for the coffee but hey, while I am there)...they will take good care of you. Last thought - many issues are due to owners not keeping up on routine maintenance. Small bills can get bigger $$$ unnecessarily, so keep up on routine stuff! Safe is safe - and that can be more or less at your expense. It's teamwork - you and your mechanic. Do your part and I assure you - they WILL do theirs!

Shout out to these guys. I was in town last week driving from appointment to appointment. Had made the trip over from the Capital District. Found a nail in my tire and honestly had very little time to deal with this. Pulled in and asked if there was any way someone could put a plug in for me quickly so I could make it to my next appointment on time. These guys stepped up and helped me out. They didn't have to. It's great to know there are still some good people out there willing to help a person in need. Thank you, Dan and Nick I think his name was. I would absolutely recommend you all to anyone who asks. It's hard to find good people anymore.

They explain what type of tires I needed for my vehicle at a price you could afford. Prices are reasonable including oil changes.

The staff at the vestal location were amazingly fast and kind. They were able to fit me in with only a two days notice, and have the best prices for car maintenance around. I would recommend servicing your car here to everyone.

Had my tires replaced at Big E and came back as my low pressure light kept coming on. I was out the door in no time after they found a nail in the tire and fixed it. Trustworthy, good prices, my go-to!

My girlfriends car wouldn't start unexpectedly after an oil change. So we reluctantly tow it to Big E. They charged her $780 for a new starter and battery. We obviously declined and opted to tow it elsewhere which happened to be "BC Automotive".At BC they said it didn't need a starter. They changed the battery and she drove off saving almost $500 minus paying for towing twice.I also bought a brand new starter just incase for $90 when they were charging $300 for it.-5 stars is my honest rating.

Rich and his team are awesome. Honest, direct, thorough, courteous, and helpful. I would be hard pressed to go anywhere else in town for tires or service. My experience here has been consistently 5 stars. Their workmanship is always first class and pricing competitive. Great job guys!!!

I was fortunate to have the Vestal store manager Dan address all my concerns with issues with my car on June 8, 2022. He was extremely professional and a pleasure to do business with. He is a very positive asset to the Big E team and their core values of customer satisfaction.

I bought my tires here last year and was very happy with the service, so I scheduled to have my car inspected with them this year. I am always very nervous about taking my car to a mechanic due to how many times I've been taken advantage of. There were several other women in the waiting room and we were all treated fair and with respect. I actually got my inspection sticker without having to pay hundreds of dollars! I will continue to come here with all my automotive needs.

I came to Big E tire on the vestal parkway after having a horrible experience at Sams clubs tire shop. Everyone at big e was wonderful and extremely professional. I would recommend anyone to come here.Thank you to Kenneth, Austin, & both Dans for all of your help!

I've been taking our cars here for a few years and have been pleased with the service. Vehicles are repaired and kept running, they are up-front and pretty reasonable about prices, and "extras" are not found *every single time*. They're great about flat tires as well.

I put in a service request online late at night. The next morning i got a call(i missed it), text, and voicemail to get me in at the time i requested in the vestal ny location.i called back and they set everything up and gave me the price in advance. Very professional, very friendly. By far one of the best experiences in a garage/tire shop! Definitely recommend these guys

Big E Tire in Vestal is fantastic. Jorge, the manager, is an amazing person and the other employees are just as awesome. They will do anything in their power to help you. the prices are reasonable and I trust them with my car and also to be truthful about what the car needs. They have helped me quite a few times and I would recommend them to anyone who needs anything to do with a car. Keep up the great work.

Horrible experience, they wasted my time and could care less. I had an appointment for an inspection. I dropped it off and killed time for over an hour, came back and it had been untouched. They told me it would be another hour before it would be done. I complained and the manager sat there not saying a word. Why make an appointment if you are not going to honor it. Why do they time their time is worth more than mine. Very disappointed and don't want to go back. The thing is I bought tires from them and need them rotated and balanced. Now I wish I didn't buy tires from them.

Most important is the fact that maps show Meineke is here. That store closed and Big E Tires has taken up residence instead. The manager Rich is very professional, honest and has integrity. He has a great working relationship with the staff. Thus excellent service is provided. They will only do what your car needs. No sneaky over charges and no fabricated service demands. Just good work done right. I had rotors turned on a car I had just bought since the dealership ignored my requests for proper service. I will return for general maintenance. Five stars is not enough! Wonderful crew!

Super friendly from the first phone call, they had the tires delivered and put on my car the same day! If thats not enough they also had a better price with install then anywhere i went. I will definitely be buying all my tires here from now on!

So honestly normally this place is great. But i made an appt for 8am for rear brakes and horn check right? The vehicke sits on the lift waiting for parts for an hour. Do they check the horn? No... We will do that after the brakes. 2.5 hours into it i go look at car and its still got a wheel off and the guys texting and eating a sandwich. Truly awesome... Not sure what is happening to my favorite auto shop.... Guess what horn wasnt fixed

I had originally went to Court street for an alignment. I wasn't satisfied with it. I called the Vestal Big E tires. I explained to them what and the why's. They got me in and checked the alignment and did the adjustments on the new parts that were supposed to be done at Court street. Needless to say I will travel the extra miles to get work done in Vestal. The guys showed me an issue and they did a wonderful job. I'd recommend the Vestal Big E tires before I'd ever send someone to the court street Big E tires. This was the 3rd issue with Court street and definitely the last. The gentleman that did my truck in Vestal did know his work. Thank You very much for making me pleased with your concern for my safety and others too.

There is no shortage of places to buy tires. And I pride myself on shopping. I was very pleased with the whole process at big e. These guys were top notch from quote through service. And the after sale service can t be found elsewhere. Absolutely would recommend

Had considerable work done , Front and rear brakes and rear shocks. I was nervous and jerky about the time but only because my work laptop had run out of power. The work seems of high quality and the car behaves beautifully !Oh, since I had a lot of time to wander around, I see the plastic wall plate cover missing from the 120 volt outlet by the water fountain. Maybe replace that so some little rug crawler doesn t stick a finger into it

Awesome service. Will definitely return. Got me right in with my appointment (same day appointment), found the issue, and since it was a simple fix, charged me nothing and wished my happy holidays. Earned a repeat customer. Thanks.
