I needed help with my 2001 jaguar XJ8, while what seemed like 30 out of 32 shops did not want to touch the jaguar, Ralph and his team were not hesitant to try to fix the issue. Ultimately in the end they were able to resolve the issue while being extremely professional and extremely fair priced they have a customer for life. For all your car needs just come here, they ll take care of you for sure.

Needed a local auto mechanic as the starter in my 2003 Ford Taurus had to be replaced. Last Saturday evening I called Ralph s, described my issue and was advised Ralph and partner would pick up my car Monday morning. My car was picked up, fixed and back to me in 3 hours. The price was very reasonable. So happy to have a mechanic in Yonkers/Bronxville area that I can trust.

Unfortunately, I really can't give any stars because I never got to see any work done. I took my car for engine light diagnostic and trip check several months ago. I was called back in a few hours with a laundry list of things that needed attention, some of which I questioned since I had just had work done on the car in the last 1,000 miles that addressed couple of the issues on that list. The woman seemingly got frustrated about my questioning, and told me to give her 20 mins and she would call me back. I never heard back again. I was really looking for a new mechanic here in my Mt Vernon neighborhood since my mechanic of 20+ years sold their business years ago. Based on the reviews, I had high hopes but this lack of professionalism is just disappointing so the search continues...

My decades with Ralph and his many excellent mechanics has been a tremendous blessing for my family and our fleet of cars over these many years. We always had pre-owned (used) ones and many were supplied by Ralph. He has never let us down. Always helped get the best troubleshoot done and tried his best to keep repair costs fair and reasonable. I been to some terrible car repair shops over the years and it has been so wonderful to be able to finally trust my cars to Ralph.I can t say enough to recommend you take your car to him first. i cannot recommend ralphie more. having trust and faith in a mechanic that won t charge you an arm and a leg or even charge you for unnecessary things that don t need to be done.i only trust ralphie.

Towed my car here for an emergency fix took me same day, had back next day.Honest and professional what more do you need from a shop.A+Also, literally next to fleetwood train station to help when you don t have your car.

I'm trying to not write an essay-- So I'll sum it up by stating that they have the BEST service, prices & mechanics that I've ever encountered. They are so friendly & rest assured that your car is in the best possible care. It's a great feeling to call or drive up & your name is remembered! The easiest referral that I've ever made

First I had some troubles but it seems to be from misunderstanding each other. I had a good talking with both owner and mechanic. They talked gently and respectfully to me with the problems that I felt. This company offers good sentimental understanding to customer if customer felt some sad things from them. Just a advice to customers who are visiting this shop do not hesitate to talk and solve the problem calmly in the shop before you leave. Thank you to owner to being a moderator. He is a nice owner.

This is the best auto service business I've ever used. Everyone is polite, friendly, and accommodating. While that is nice, even better is the quality of their work and the trust I have in them. If anything, I've been surprised at the LOW amount on the bill whenever I pick the car up. It has gotten to the point that when I bring my car in and they try to give me an estimate of what the service might cost, I don't even let them. I tell them to do whatever they need to so, and I'll see them later. A really top-notch place. Lucky to have found them.

Total Car Care is the best auto mechanic around.I had gone to them a couple of yrs ago and somehow forgot about them. Had a persistent problem with my Acura that i had taken to several other shops. I had made suggestions to these other shops about what I wanted checked first and no one listened to me. Instead these other shops charged me an arm and a leg without heeding my suggestions.Total Car Care did the exact opposite. Tim and Reno listened to my suggestion with respect and checked what I asked first. Turned out it was the actual issue. They fixed it right away and called me to inform me in a timely fashion that they wanted to make sure everything worked properly the next day. I so appreciated their honesty, integrity, timeliness and respect for their customers. They called me the next day when the car was ready and charged me a reasonable price.Total Car Care is now the only place I ll rake my car.Finally a mechanic I can trust.

Total Car Care is one of the most trusted repair services I've ever experienced. I have been going to them for my Acura repair for years and have no difficulties whatsoever with them. The prices were fair and they give a full detail repair of my car. I strongly recommend them.

I had a great experience with this car shop! They took the time to show me what was going on with my car, before and after, and also test-drove it with me to describe the issues. I think I got a good deal for the services provided. I just got it fixed yesterday, but for now, it seems fine.

I agree with Andrew (below).We have been using this excellent shop for years, and through a number of cars. This is truly an affordable alternative to top shelf dealer service. Vittorio and Rino are intuitive and honest mechanics you you can absolutely trust with your car. Over the years we have brought them our Volvo, now Audi and also several vintage cars, both American and foreign. They are very fair in their pricing, and get to the bottom of problems in a timely fashion. They and their staff know what they are doing, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They are also very personable, smart and fun to be around. A breath of fresh air. You will thank us later.

I'm very happy that I found this place. I went to that area for something else and my oil change was due, so just wanted to give it a try and am glad I tried it. The guys were professional, kind, genuine and explained thoroughly that some of the repairs recommended by local Honda dealer were totally unnecessary. They actually saved me a lot of money. Thank you so much! Give this place a try and am sure you won't regret it.

I started coming here after bouncing around to other auto repair shops in the area. I couldn't find a place where I felt comfortable that the people were trustworthy and were not giving me "the business". Thankfully, that all changed. When I took my car here to get a new muffler the owners greeted me with a different level of respect and professionalism than I have been used to. I made an appointment the day before and they were able to fix my car the next day, same day service! It's running great and I couldn't be happier. Since then I have been coming here for oil changes, tune ups, and inspections. I will continue to use them because they are truly the best shop around. Plus the metro north is right across the street so I can leave my car there and go to work. Generally I wait with my car because they are so fast for things like oil changes. Give this place your business - you will not be dissappointed!!

Today was my first visit and I was extremely pleased with the attention and service received. I only had an oil change but I was concerned about noise I heard from the front end. Not only did they check out my concern and assured me there was no issue, they found a leak that was damaging the ignition wires and repair the issue, I was aware that my wiper spray was not working but had not mentioned it to them. They charged me a very reasonable $15 for parts and labor for that issue and $34.95 for an oil change. Just a tad more than the chain stores but well worth the attention and service I received. I will visit again and so should you!

These guys are the absolute best. I've been bringing my car here for years and they do amazing service and they are everything you'd hope for in a body shop regarding customer service. It's a huge convenience because we live nearby, but even if we move to the end of the earth - I'll still take my cars here. I highly recommend.

These guys are good and honest. I've been using them steadily for four years now. The price is decent, but more to the point, their diagnoses always seems to be good. They're always ready to point out potential problems and preventative maintenance, and they are up-front with the cost - to the point where they'll readily give you a recommendation of when you should stop putting money into a car that's better off dead.

I ve been going to Total Car Care for 10 years. They are straight up honest, dependable and friendly. They are straight up about the fix and the cost and they look to help you save money. They are the absolute best and I trust no one but Total Car Care to fix my car.

RUDE RUDE....poor customer service. Only want business but use the naivet� of customers to their advantage. They failed to explain in detail what was wrong with my car and expected me to have them fix it without understanding the issue. Went so far as to hang up on me multiple times when I was asking questions about my car for a service I paid for. Will never go back! Don't recommend...money is too valuable in this economy to spend it on companies that employ rude people, shouldn't have to pay for poor customer service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have used Total Car Care for many years for both my Chevy SUV and my VW and have always been satisfied with their prompt and reliable service. They remember me and always address me by first name upon entering. It's hard to find reliable and trustworthy auto mechanics and am glad to know these guys.They're located right across the street from the Fleetwood MN train station so commuters can easily drop off/pickup on the way to and from work.Update: Oct. 16, 2019Another great experience w Rino and Total Car Care. Brought my car in for a NYS inspection and a tire rotation. When they started working on the inspection they determined that the tire rotation was not yet necessary and called to tell me.Most other repair shops would just do the work and charge me. These guys didn't and wouldn't. They are the best.

I have been a customer for years and years now. I bring all my cars here. At times I run 6 cars at a time. I need them on the road and in tip top shape. Great service at a good price. Total Car Care is also located right outside the Fleetwood station, so you can drop off your car before work and hop on MetroNorth.
