Amazing service, very attentive to all car service requirements my car needed. Extremely flexible team, they were very helpful with the removal of my IDD, and making sure my vehicle was always up to date with maintenance. Glad to know I have such a committed auto shop which I know I can rely on for the future.

Sad to see a business take advantage of people. I was away and sent one of my customers to this place to change a bad ignition coil. My customer showed me the receipt, and $787 plus card surcharge came to over $800 dollars for unnecessary work, both air filters were replaced about 5 months ago, including the key battery 2 weeks ago. Stated they changed the plugs, and none was changed ( I visually checked myself). One coil should have been around $200. A cabin air filter for $110 is a rip-off. And the nerve to say he needs front axles if I replaced them 9 months ago, both sides were done. Stay away from this place. These people are not honest. I recommend some of my customers to go there in the past when I was unavailable and never had a complaint, maybe because they were younger and this customer was an older person and they decided to take advantage of him. A misfire on one cylinder due to a bad coil is one of the simplest parts to detect and change in less than an hour. So 1 hour of labor plus part cost should have been the total for this job. They turned to be a Rip off and will never recommend this place to any of my customers ever again. Honesty and respect should be the number one policy. Scam artists. Oh, and don't forget they pressure this gentleman to sign for the work prior to even give him a quote, and pushing that all needs to be done or car may not run right.

Very clean and professional staff.Worked on my 2011 bmw.Had my car up and running like a charm.Would recommend anybody to come and try this location.They are straight forward and know what they are talking about.

Raj and the guys are experienced and keep my car on the road. I have never had a problem with my vehicle since I went to his shop. Love it there. I also appreciate a clean bathroom, which they have there too. Great staff, great service.

Excellent shop. Raj and Ram, a father and son team, are gentlemen who also know their cars. As a car enthusiast, I've been looking for a good shop in the tri-state area for a few years and with R&R I found a spot where they really understand cars, and are good mechanics who also treat you well and work with you to fix the issues that need repair. That combination has been really hard to find. Raj & Ram are authentic�good guys who go out of their way for people, not just with their cars. They do what they can wherever they can because they believe in doing the right thing. Not just good work, but good advice as well. Their shop is clean and organized and it's a pleasure to do business here. I highly recommend R&R.

I have no hesitation taking my car into this repair shop. I've been taking my cars in for years now and I've always had a great experience. Raj and Nick and the team do really good quality work at reasonable prices.They are very friendly, patient, review and provide a detailed diagnosis and repair price. Once the work is complete, they walk to through what they did and show you the old parts.If something additional pops up during the repair process they call you to let you know.No pressure and friendly environment. I'll definitely keep taking my cars here for inspections, oil changes, repairs etc.It's unfortunate to see that some customers come in with ignorance and arrogance, expect the world and that their vehicles should be fixed instantly for pretty much free.Be mindful that these guys work in a service industry, treat them with respect as you would like to be treated and I bet that you will have a great experience like I always do.

The absolute best Father & Son repair shop in Mt. Vernon. They understand and are knowledgeable about vehicles. Highly recommended Worth every penny you spend getting services from here. Absolutely amazing!

Raj and son Ram and staff are very competent mechanics and I highly encourage you to let them work on your vehicles. Raj will work with you the best he can on pricing and he is very reasonable. Everyone is pleasant to deal with and the work gets done in a very timely manner. I don't know what else you could want in an auto shop. These guys know what they're doing and they can be trusted. Go there and you won't have to worry about finding a good shop for a long time. Thank you R and R

Initially I was happy to find a local mechanic but the experience has gone down hill. Doesn't give updates on vehicle while working on it. Days go by and nothing. Quoted me $150 for an oil change on a 20yr old car. I would advise females to avoid this shop.

I ve been taking my car here for years. Excellent, honest customer service and they do a great job. I wouldn t go anywhere else. Also, Raj has NEVER been rude to me. I have no idea what the other reviewers are talking about. Perhaps they did something stupid with their cars and don t want to know the truth? I d rather have honesty than, sure. We ll run 4567 diagnostics for $356 dollars because you re never wrong . Raj always tries to save you money and won t recommend something you don t need.

Did my progressive inspection there. Ram was so nice an friendly. He even removed and replaced my registration for me. (I had it thrown on the dash, hate removing them). Will definitely be coming here to service my car. They are really nice. Thanks Ram. (Hopefully I am spelling his name right)

R&R always performs professional service with quality parts. R&R diagnoses and repairs cars the right way the first time while standing behind the work they do and doing it on time. I always feel confident after a repair that I will not have to return for the same issue. If a recommendation is made to repair your car properly, R&R will not compromise on parts service to make more money. My family has been going here for at least ten years because of their integrity and professionalism.

I went there once for them to check my car out and the owner was very rude and unprofessional. Don t go there ! They only work on new and expensive cars to rip people off . Great place to get your car serviced. I've been coming to this mec for a long, long time, and now I drive out from Long Island to his shop whenever I need major or specialized service. R&R they are the BEST in my opinion.

We have taken our 3 Toyota s to R&R for over 10 years. That says it all. He is honest, does great work, fair prices. Recommend him HIGHLY!

The owner is rude. The workers, including the second R (the son) of R&R seems like a decent people, he (the son) does all the work. The father just walks around, chats it up, and bills you. If it wasn't for his nasty disgustingly appalling attitude and the way he handles situations I would say by far this is a recommended place to get services for your car. The price and work seem fair in comparison to some of these crooks out here. But my car magically has a leak after an alignment is done, called him to inquire if he could look at it or could suggest what it is or the causes, he proceeds to yell at me claiming that I was blaming him for something he didn't do. All I wanted was some advice courtesy and help but I got the complete opposite. I just need my car to not leak. Propper protocol in my opinion would have been him saying I don't think it's possible for an alignment to cause a leak, maybe it's possible that after the alignment was done something that wasn't sitting correctly slipped, so something of that nature, bring it in I can take a look and see how to fix it. But noooooo.... he just assumed I'm accusing him and reacts in the worse way possible. The whole time I remained calm but he got belligerent. Then he even rashly said I don't have to take my car there at all. How does he keep a business running like that???

Raj is the best when it comes to his customer service and caring for your car. He only fixes what needs to be fixed or replaced. Very honest mechanic and staff. His prices are very fair. I would recomend this shop to anybody looking for a very good mechanic..

Always great service parts and labor 1yr grantee. The work area is usually empty, meaning he fixes cars good the first time. Prices are competitive. Most importantly honest!

Fantastic repair shop. The owner Raj, his son, and their staff truly take pride in their work and their price is very reasonable. This will be my go to shop for any work that needs to be done to my car.

Don't let the father personality put you off, they seem good at what they do. They were able to balance my tires perfectly after a few failed tries at other shops. The son is good people.

Gave us a new radiator in a day at a very good price. Owner is a super nice guy. He was able to get us back on the road after a minor accident.

Not easy to find a shop like this one. Highly professional and supersmart about cars. I used this shop because it has state of the art equiptment. I really should be keeping this a secret and but these guys are so nice I decided to share them

Raj is RUDE. Won't ever go back there. Went because a reputable source recommend him and his shop. But after more than one interaction with him I can say I am thoroughly disgusted with his choices on how to speak to paying clientele.

My car wasn't changing gear once it is left idling. I had to turn the car off and back on to move my car, the break light was on all day and night, the skid light was on, the car was also dropping speed. THANK GOD AND WORKERS ALL IS FIXED.
