My car was dented and scratched, estimated to fix within 2 weeks and unfortunately the repairs took 1 month to complete. I was inconvenienced tremendously and struggled to get around for errands. The customer service was horrible. When I called and asked for updates, I was promised a date to pick up and that kept changing. Will not recommend to anyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They were very pleasant to deal with and fixed my car brand new. Took 2 weeks longer than estimated and the alignment was still off. Otherwise. I would've given them 5 stars.

Always professional. My car was. Fixed back to original . Could not tell my car was in an accident. I have used them on two different cars and I was pleased both times with the work

Poor customer service. Confusion in their follow through and greeting customers in time in the morning. I was told by my insurance that it showed I didn t show up to my appointment although they have my forms filled out, which I completed in person.

I have brought 2 different cars there and the experience was great both times. The work was excellent and they went above and beyond the service and attention to detail that I expected. And they were very helpful when I needed a rental car while my car was being fixed. The last time I was there I met the wife of one of the owners. Even though she doesn't work there she too was very nice and helpful, and very loud, but hilarious. All in all it really is a quality shop.

Had my car fixed here twice and the work is outstanding. It is a smooth and easy transaction from the very beginning. All staff members are extremely helpful and courteous. The work is superb and completed in a very timely fashion. I have recommended the shop to friends and everyone has been satisfied. I would recommend this shop for all your cars needs.

I had a wonderful experience at Quality Body Works. Justine at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. I had a crazy dent and they made it look like it never happened. I do not know the names of the guys that directly worked on my car but they did a perfect job. Im very happy and satisfied! The car was only 2 days late from the estimated date that it was supposed to be ready which was perfectly fine. 5 stars!

I have come to Quality a few times for both minor and major repairs. Each time my car has come out fantastic. The people I dealt with were informative and they did a great job of answering my questions. I felt the prices were fair no better or worse than any other place around. I will continue to bring my car here and recommend it to anybody.

I gave 2 stars because the lady up front is nice, but the shop is lame. They had my car for like 3-4 weeks with no communication about when it would be done until I started calling them frequently and then still wouldn't give me a date of completion. They missed tire damage that should have been fixed(which doesn't make sense because if you fixed my rim then there's no way you could miss the big slash in the tire). My car came back with an exhaust leak, which was ignored, they replaced my taillight with a used taillight that was clearly tinted before because you can feel the tint residue and for good measure I got it back with a white hand print of bondo or something on my front seat. I thought about bringing it back to fix the issues, but the first time took so long that I don't want to go through the hassle of not having my car for weeks. All in All, if you go though insurance, bring it somewhere else.

Was sent here by insurance for a body reapi issue. These folks had my car for one month. My issue was not their work but poor customer service. There was an issue where I had to return it and when I asked for management. Person in charge never came forward and the desk clerk was left to deal with the situation. Take your car to a place that cares.

Great place, clean, reliable and friendly. Had my cars fixed there several times, from small dents and scratches to major body work, they do a great job. Can't even tell the car was fixed or painted. Flawless work

Great Staff! Incredible service! Quality Body Works Inc, made my 2004 Honda Accord look brand new. I highly recomend them to anyone that needs work on their car!

This is the worst body shop ever! I brought my truck there, it sat for 3 weeks, I missed out on over $600 in work, they didn t even fix it. Also they tried to shake me down by saying Usaa is crappy insurance and I would most likely have to pay half of it out of pocket! Do not waste your time go anywhere else

I nearly didn't recognize my car. They did an amazing job. They go the extra mile. Are very accommodating. Finished when they said they would and exactly what they quoted. I highly recommend them.

My Mom was recently in a accident. Geico recommended this auto body shop and the results were amazing not to mention it took 1 day for her to get her car back.

Best experience I ever had dealing with a body shop my 2016 maxima was only 3 months old when Someone rear ended me I was so upset my car was brand new and you know cars after they been in accidents are never the same after a friend of mine recommended quality body works in mount Vernon to me that there work is flawless and my car will look the same it did they day I drove it off the lot well off course I had my reservations However I'm writing this review to tell you that my car came out looking like it did they day I took it off the lot I highly recommend quality body works in mount Vernon The staff was professional and knowledgable as well and helped me with all my needs

I would never recommend this auto shop to anyone or ever come back They kept my car for over two week never once called to let me know the length of time for a minor job I feel because they knew the insurance was talking care of the bill they didn't have to contact me leaving me stranded in another State Poor customer service Ridiculous
