I purchased a fuel pump assembly for a 05 Chevy trailblazer which failed three days after install from sales rep Darren the heavyset African-American man with a big (TOOTH)at the Mount Vernon store when I call to order a new assembly and I told him the situation he had a nasty attitude and told me I get what I paid for insinuating the car parts are garbage unless you're buying the real expensive parts my car broke down in I had to spend $180 on a to bring the car back to Mt Vernon then an additional $200 to reinstall a new part because I purchased it myself to the mechanic shop Tony and Victor's after paying $350 for the first I live on the budget and had to borrow the money from my brother and to have nasty customer service when I'm the one financially in the hole is unacceptable I spoke to Kevin the manager who was very nice but unfortunately his staff isn't

Can I give no stars??? I have been back and forth with my mechanic 3x trying to get the correct brake pads for a 2019 BMW. Gave vin number and all! This is ridiculous! Whoever is in inventory or putting together orders need to be retrained. Wasting time and money!

**Avoid due to poor customer service** I went out of my way to visit an independent auto parts store passing Advance Auto and Auto Zone. After walking in I waited to be called to the desk. Some guy walks in behind me, goes right up to the desk as if i were invisible and the guy behind the counter serves him immediately. I walked out and went to Auto Zone. No problems there. The internet is probably a better choice, only that you need some lead time with that.

Brought radiator in july2021 and Dec.2021 its starts to leak,try to get a replacement today and it's a no go cause I dont keep receipts anymore

Mt Vernon location has the best customer service compared to the Yonkers on Saw Mill. I travel to Mt Vernon to give my business.

Its a great place to get all parts needs american muscle is there specialty.they have a lot knowledge and can get hard to find parts great prices thank you guys .
