As a female, I'm always nervous whenever I have to service or fix my vehicle because of the high prices I'm usually charged especially for unnecessary repairs. However, my first experience with Artie at Future was AMAZING!!! Now I have been a customer for a little over a year.They are very professional and courteous. They take the time to explain each charge and why it is necessary to be done and any unpredictable repairs found are discussed with you before it is placed on your bill. I love that! Artie will also give other options that are cheaper which is an unusual but admirable practice. Currently I'm relocating to Massachusetts and I'll still be traveling back to NY to have my vehicle serviced with Future at a price that can't be beat :D

I have been going to Future Automotive for many year, I would have to say since they were on Boston post rd, then Artie moved to 5 Secor Ln in Pelham and know in Mt. Vernon ,I remember the old Crew Artie, Allen, Billy, Jose, Cirillo & RobKnow it only Artie & Cirillo.They are great bush of guys who knew there stuff and still do. They do great work on your car at a reasonable price.I would't have any issues allowing my wife go there to get her car fix they are very respectful and honest especially when it come to women.The best part of there service, should your car need something they take the time to reach out to you and advised of the coast prior to doing the repairs, so when you return your not hit with a surprise but better yet you know what to expect.So by all means i highly recommend you bringing you car to Future they get the job done the first time around.Artie always stand by his repairs if you are not happy let him know he will make it work .Great job guys keep up the good work.
