I just picked up my 2020 Mercedes 450E Wagon after a body shop repair and found what appears to be a new car! Not only was the repair first class (not easy to do on a dark blue vehicle), when I got into the car I found that it had been completely detailed (not at all expected). The cost of the job was more than reasonable and the turn around time was a day earlier than expected. Hats off to Dom and his crew.

My car was hit in the rear and I was recommended to try Borsella and Mastro. THE BEST ADVICE I have ever listened to regarding repairs. They have superb customer service and the work they do is amazing. When I picked up my car, it looked beyond brand new. They did a better detail than when I actually picked up the car from the dealer. It also runs soooo much smoother. Please, if I may, the best advice I can tell you is, if you have damage to your vehicle, take it to Borsella!!! You will not be disappointed!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I own a 2016 Toyota highlander which I try keeping her pristine I was hit on driver side by a guy that fell asleep. Out of all the listening I came across Borsella & Mastro were the only one that been doing body work for 3 decades. They did a outstanding job I would diffenately recommend anyone to go there and get their car fix. Words can not Express my gratitude and how they left my car looking like new

They took great care of a dent we had on the drivers side that went across the door and front left fender on a BMWX1. The metal was completely bent from an ATV hitting into the car and after bringing it in, they made it look brand new! The car was brought to us cleaner than we left it. Very well priced, top notch service and was done within two days. I cannot thank the team at Borsella and Mastro enough.

My vehicle was parked outside my house and was hit by some fool. I had it towed here and they took care of the car. Looks brand new. The customer service was great. I received updates every two days regarding the progress. I was in the loop always. I would definitely recommend this business for any vehicle repairs. Hope to never see them for a long time though . Thanks for the great work!

My 2020 Subaru Forester was hit while parked and had significant body damage. WIth a new car I was very selective in who I wanted to service my vehicle. After researching independent body shops and going through my insurance preferred list, I decided to go with Borsella as they use original Subaru parts. I'm so happy I went with them !! I expressed the timeline in which I needed the work to be completed and they finished before expected time! saved me money on my rental. Dominick handled all communication with insurance company so there was no stress on my part and I could function normally. They detailed my car and it looked the same as when I first drove of the lot. They refilled the windshield fluid reservoir and provided me with extra paint after the job was done. I couldn't ask for anything more and I recommend them with the highest regards! Thanks again for the great work !Service: Body & Trim

When it comes to car repair, Borsella & Mastro are the absolute best. Donna is extremely knowledgeable and will talk you through what is necessary to take the best care of your car. I have used them a number of times when I have needed body work done on my cars and have always received the best service. I can t recommend Borsella & Mastro enough. When my Jeep was hit, the other insurance company wanted me to take it to one of the body shops in their network but since Borsella and Mastro is a certified Jeep repair shop I wanted to take it them. I am so pleased that I did, they did an incredible job making my Jeep look even better than before it was in the accident. Dominick was even kind enough to remove the back hitch for me at no additional charge. They handled all of the billing so I didn t have to pay or worry about it. The only place I'll ever bring my car and truck to have body work. The service is outstanding. The work is flawless. I had to refer back to my photos to see which side of my car was hit. If you love you car and you want a repair that will leave your car like it left the show room floor, Borsella and Mastro Auto Body is the place to go.

Place was recommended from a few people. Pulling in spoke with Dominick which was great professional and very helpful. Within a few minutes he was able to get me an estimate to have the repair work done compared to others which took several hours. Also took the time out to coordinate a rental with a nearby location. Even while the car was in the shop called to verify the completion date was still on track another lasy answred and she was also very helpful even knoew who I was wothout having to provide all my detail.ust be great to have more recent technology.
