I love love LOVE the staff. I cannot speak more highly of them ALL. They are very, very, very warm and friendly and have made my day on numerous occasions. They have helped bring heavy parts to the car, installed wiper blades, and countless other deeds that shows the quality of the customer service they provide. I highly recommend you visit!!!!!

I came in on a Friday night around 8:45pm in need of a front headlight bulb because I had been pulled over earlier because of it. I came in and waited about 5 min after there were three employees chatting and only one actually working with a customer at the register. Finally one employee JP came forward asked me what I needed. He helped me out no problem, told me what bulb I need it. After waiting a few more minutes to pay because again only one worker was at a register , I went popped my hood removed the cap to access the bulb jiggled it and it turned on. To my surprise I figured let me return this bulb I just purchased and not opened yet. Two more employees walked in as I closed my hood reached and went to reach in the car for the receipt. I was parked right in front so I walked to the door and it was locked. I look at the time 9:00 on the dot. Knocked and waived at the now 5 employees sitting at the register just chatting. JP came to the door and I told them what happened and asked if I could just return the bulb. He said no because they closed at 9 and he couldn t help me, that I have to come back tomorrow. Yes I understand they close at 9 but what is it have a little bit of human compassion and just help me out. It would ve taken less than two minutes to return the bulb and I could be on my way. I wasn t from the area I was just stopped by because I didn t want to keep driving with a light out. This I m not a review for Advance Auto Parts because I know they are better than this, it s a review on the people that work at this location. I m currently sitting outside of this location writing this review and funny enough after 15min of sitting outside they are still just sitting at the register talking. You tell me do you think they really couldn t help me?

Just want to thank Mr. Vernon for not giving me grief when I had a issue with my brake pad n Rotors issue. He was extremely friendly and resolved me concerns. Very patient and professional. Also big big shout out to Jeremiah who picked up perfectly where Mr. Vernon left off. He is very friendly, patient, professional and responsive to customer needs I will always come back to this particular store for all my vehicle needs. Thanks Guys!!

I got to visit this location for wiper blades and I have to say it was the best experience. Vernon is the most helpful individual and was extremely attentive and accommodating. He helped me get the wiper blades on the car and made sure it was the right fit. His service is expeditious and very knowledgeable. Recommend to stop by and ask for Vernon.

Best Auto Supply store that I have ever been to simply because of the service. The employees are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Without asking for help, they replaced my wipers while I was finishing up payment and on my second visit same exact thing with a new battery. Love this place.

The cashier was taking care of a customer and it does takes sometimes. On the other hand he had to takes calls and deals with them as well. While the assistance was outside helping other customers. So it takes time. However when it wasMy time to be served the cashier Customer service was good that why I gave 4 star.

It could be better.I don't like when someone puts there own time over the customer time .For example when I'm in a hurry for work. Because I don't want to be late.

The prices are fair, they have plenty to of products in stock. The only issue us they're often under staffed. I waited 15 minutes in line to pay for car cleaning products, while one of the only two employees there debated with a guy as to why he should buy two head light bulbs for his car.

I gave them 2 stars because my experience, I walked in looking for belt conditioner, the young ladies was nice and eager to help but clearly had no knowledge of what I was talking about and quickly turned into two lost people looking for merchandise.

I went here because both headlights went out all of a sudden. There was no wait. The staff is very knowledgeable- especially Andrew. He also is super smart and had great conversation going above and beyond to install the bulbs for this clueless single gal. I ll be back for all my auto needs.

I needed a rear wiper for my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport so I dropped into Advance Auto Parts on my way home. I was attended to the moment I walked through the door. The gentleman located the correct wiper and immediately offered to install it. Before I knew it he was heading for the door, wiper in hand. It took him less than two minutes to install the wiper, despite the drizzling rain. I gave him a small tip and apologized for the amount. His answer was: "It's the thought that counts," and gave me a smile. He totally made my day. Sorry Autozone, I found me a new auto parts store.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Well stocked well lit. Pricing is average but should be overlooked because of the staff. Their helpfulness makes up for any price difference.

Knowledgeable staff however they dont service people fast enough. They're easily distracted so it takes forever to check out. There was 2 person in front of me and even then it took me 7 mins until I walked out. I prefer to go an auto nearby than this one.

Well stocked auto parts store, they also carry tools and vehicle accessories. Customers can call in their orders and just pay and collect. There are also a number of other store locations.

The in and out service I've seen in years. It wasn't crowded at all. The salesman was very efficient and got me the battery I needed immediately.
