So I did not need my car repaired but they have a gas pump that we used to fill up our car, and the service was very nice and was honestly a highlight in a seven hour car ride. They have a cute little one room museum that I recommend you just stop for

Trustworthy, reliable and polite. I ve had them work on my car 3 separate times (brakes, tires and U-joint) and each time was great. Superb service!

We took our daughters car normally her father does all repairs but at times when he s busy he puts it in Bretts hands. He fixed a sway bar and a light bulb on my daughters jeep renegade. I couldn t be happier with the price and service. Also let my daughter handle it on her own she is 17 and when she picked it up and paid she said Brett was super nice. Great business I would trust for anyone.

Always great honest service. I mostly deal with Brett and he is as knowledgeable and honest as they come. Oil changes, tire leaks, wheel bearings.... only a few reasons I've been there and never had a problem. In fact I'll be visiting again very soon for some snow tires and another oil change.

Hi to ALL who sees this...PLEASE PLEASE go to this service station. Brett (Technician) is the coolest most down to earth car tech YOU WANT LOOKING AT YOUR CAR. With me he has always been straight forward. Honestly I'm a worry wart when it comes to odd/weird sounds coming from my car and he concurred lol. Made me feel better.Honestly what happened is my brakes have been squeaking lately and my inspection is due this month. So getting my ducks in a row I'm preparing and expecting to need new brakes. I have drums in rear and disk in front. I get couple estimates for saving purposes. One est was 700.$ the other was 500+. So some couple days later I'm in my car thinking who the heck would be cool enough to just check my brake pads and such (tire as well) and tell me HONESTLY what they thought and boom it hit me, the gentleman out in Varysburgh (Brett) at West's Service station.We chatted for a bit and told me I could bring down when ever I wanted so I went over then. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE dealing w/my car. He is the same guy who helped a yr or 2 back I was having problems with the psi in my dash mount with crazy readings. He reset for FREE. In and out 5 min tops. I had to go back and atleast give him 10$ for lunch. He could have saved me 30$ or nothing yet he was kind enough to stop and do something that took 5 min that's been bothering me for a month. Back to my inspection...I called Brett and he was MORE THAN HAPPY TOO HELP. He told me my brakes had enough on it and the tire shouldn't be a problem either!! HE GAVE ME THE CONFIDENCE WHEN I TOOK MY CAR TODAY FOR INSPECTION (Brett gave advice day befor). I was there less than 25 min where I got my inspection done and I still have half life on my brake drum and PASSED INSPECTION. I was stoked...the BEST part of this post is THIS. I asked Brett to give ballpark figure of cost for brakes and tire (if needed). His hallo got bigger and bigger. Go in for rest of story...I WILL SAY THIS....Brett's estimate was at the LOWER end maybe even lower. He gave me an estimate of around 400$ all brakes, plus I asked price match for tires cause Walmart was cheapest I could find 83$ and Brett came in 30$ LESS than that...THEY ARE THE PLACE TO GO EVERYONE. If your not quite struggling but a high car fix will HURT. WESTS SERVICE STATION in Varysburgh, NYUPDATE 8-13Brett giving information that I needed and confidence to go get the inspection done it DID PASS w/half life of brakes in the drum..Thank You Brett !!!!!

I run a shop too and worked with Brett to help a customer out. He's a really nice guy and very knowledgeable. I'd recommend them for sure.

They pump your gas just like when I started driving years ago , also very friendly . l was just passing through but if I lived nearby they'd get all my business.
