I leased a CX-30 here and had a great experience. Mohammed is terrific - he got everything done quickly and efficiently and was very supportive during and after the deal. No pushy sales tactics either - there's no need because the car is fantastic!

Steven, the salesperson, was very helpful in regards to purchasing my vehicle. I would recommend him to anybody. He explain everything to me. Also, David the manager very helpful to me for the price that I was comfortable in paying monthly. He was very professional and helpful. Alyssa, she the face of Madza and I love seeing her. She always greet me ever time I get my car Services. Brian also very pleasant He makes me feel welcome. Mazda of Valley stream is the best.!!!!

Special thanks to my sales person, Rose, for being so sweet and not being super pushy when looking to trade in my lease from Nissan. I was looking at the CX-5 and she really tried working with me. She followed up with me via text which I greatly appreciated because it s hard to get on the phone during work hours. I also have to give the Sales Manager, Kevin, a big shout out. He was also very accommodating and was able to work out a decent deal for me. I did shop around at other dealerships and I have to say from Rose to Kevin to the financials guy (sorry forgot his name) . everyone was easy to work with and did not make me feel uncomfortable. I ended up leasing the Mazda CX-5 Signature and so far I love it! I would rate this place 10/10 and use Rose as your sales person!

I just got a new car here at Mazda of Valley Stream and was very impressed by how good the customer service was. I was helped by Kevin, Stephen and Tommy, they were very accommodating and patient. Im so happy I found a new car dealership to come to and would recommend anyone I know to come here.

Kareem Haniff is the best. I was so scared to purchase a new car, he made the experience so great. He took his time to explain everything to me and reassured me that there was nothing to fear. He is great at what he does and I nominate him for best car sales men of the year. The time and care and the kind words from him was way more than his job title, he is kind and actual cares about the car he is selling you. When you visit this location ask for him specifically, everyone there is great but Kareem is the best. I will continue to go to this location and continue to seek Kareem's expertise.

I've been car shopping for years but due to the number of awful salesman and economy, I couldn't come to a decision until I met Rose and Tommy at Valley Stream Mazda!I'd finally decided on the 2024 Mazda CX-5 and was all set to purchase the car at another (horrible) Mazda dealer on LI but they tried to bamboozle me in the end ,so I decided to go to another dealer and thank goodness I did!Rose was so calming, which is what an anxious person like me needs. She took the time to answer all my questions, and was beyond patient. She helped me to understand buying vs leasing and why leasing might be better for someone like me! Once we decided on the lease, Rose passed me over to Tommy the biz director/comedian at Mazda who was so kind and patient, too. He broke down multiple payment options, was honest about what add-ons I needed or not, and made me smile!After the the deal was done, Rose sat in the car with me and went over all the buttons, functions, and even put water bottles in my cup holders. She also wrote me a hand written thank you which was the perfect final touch to a 5 star experience!!Thanks Rose and Tommy! I'll be sending all my referral your way!

I am a more than happy and satisfied customer and would like to share my amazing experience in purchasing the CX-90 today with Cesar Reinoso and Tommy McGuinness at Mazda. Not all car dealerships are the same and we can attest that the service we got today was above and beyond. Cesar expertly helped us through finding the right car for us and guided us through the entire process. Meanwhile, Tommy provided a transparent breakdown of all the financial details, giving us the chance to make very informed decisions about the available services. Cesar and Tommy stand out as some of the most charismatic, positive, and welcoming individuals and made the buying experience extremely smooth, stream-lined, and comfortable. Their approach is refreshingly not pushy, and they have the rare ability to really listen to their customers. Moreover, they are very patient, and it is obvious that they are committed to helping people find the car of their dreams. Cesar, in particular, is very well-mannered, gentle, and soft-spoken, coupled with a high level of attentiveness. It did not feel like he was there to sell me the car, but rather make sure that all of my needs were taken care of. I had a good experience during the lease of my wife s car. When my car died I returned. The salesman Kareem Hanif was the best part of the transaction. I would give him 5 out of 5 stars. The Finance guy pulled some shady stuff and I didn t buy his explanation. If you do buy a car from them beware of the finance guy!!!

Cesar was an absolutely amazing salesman! He is extremely kind, down to earth and honest! He will be real with you and try and help you in every way! He was able to get us a great deal on a 2023 CX-30 plus added benefits you won t get anywhere else. Absolutely love it! I had a great experience shopping for my brand new CX-5 today. From setting an initial appointment to driving off the lot it was smooth sailing! I was a little nervous coming in knowing today's current market but left very satisfied with my competitive rate. I owe this to William Perez and Kevin who worked with me and got me in my brand new car faster than I thought. Tommy was also very friendly and personable. Poor communication!!! I purchased a brand new vehicle in February and was suppose to receive my license plate in March it is now April and I have no update on my license plate. I don t receive any calls with an update. I constantly have to reach out to them for information. Good service with purchasing my care but no follow up. Very unpleased with the lack of communication and follow through with my license plate.

My salesman was Stephen Oddo. I was so happy to work with him again. He sold me my first Mazda 6, 5 1/2 years ago. This week I purchased the Cx-30 AWD Premium model. He is an excellent salesperson, he listened to what I wanted, advocated for me on my trade-in, all went very well. The finance rep also did an amazing job getting me a low APR for my loan.The car is GREAT to ride, I love the height, being higher in this car than my sedan. It is just the perfect size and has great features. I am confident I will be happy with this care.I highly recommend Stephen Oddo and the staff at Valley stream. It was a pleasure.

I went to lease my 4th car from Valley Stream Mazda. I must say that the people at the dealership are very professional. The sales specialist Cesar Reinoso was more than helpful in helping to select the make, and options and payments that I preferred. He made the process very smooth, he was very informative, friendly, courteous, making the lease process enjoyable. the leasing dealer at the finance department was also very friendly, courteous, helpful and informative. I give this dealership a 10 out of 10 and I would recommend anyone who s in the market for a new car or used car to come to Valley stream Mazda, if they want to have a good experience in purchasing their next vehicle. I love my new 2024 CX 90 and thanks to Valley Stream Mazda for making the this experience a good one.

If you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, you must ask for Cesar! He is very genuine and is there to help you with anything you need. He was very honest from start to finish. Not once did he pressure you into anything. He was very helpful in answering all questions and showed concern for my best interests. He is a super amongst the other starts in his team.

I went in this past Saturday 3/30 to test drive the CX-5. I had a deal with another dealership but I didn t say anything to Valley Stream. When I walked in I was greeted by the Sales Manager Kevin P. Talk about a great guy, Kevin fits the bill. He made me feel like a hero and introduced me to Mohammed who was to be my salesman. Mohammed is a wonderful gentleman who knows everything about the cars. We sat down at his desk and the first thing he said was what price do I need to tell you to get your business? I told him a price much less than the one I negotiated with the other dealership. He brought the number to Kevin and said let s go for a test ride. While I drove, Mohammed answered my questions in expert fashion without even hesitating. There was no hard sell tactics used by either Kevin or Mohammed. I felt right at home and all we did was laugh. We get back to the dealership and Kevin calls me over to his computer. He says look at the screen, look at this number. He changed a few numbers and the next thing I know, my price is staring me in the face. You could have knocked me over with a feather. I was absolutely stunned and ecstatic. Kevin says to me do we have a deal? I couldn t get the words out of my mouth fast enough. I couldn t thank him and Mohammed enough. Mohammed sent me to another area, and told me to have some coffee and something to eat while he takes care of the details. I have been leasing cars for 30 years and never, not once was I treated with such friendship and professionalism. This was actually an incredibly enjoyable experience. When my car was ready, Mohammed took me outside and explained how every knob and button in the car worked. He didn t rush me not even once. He took his time and patiently answered every one of my questions. Then he loaded the Mazda app on my phone and taught me how to use it. I was absolutely in disbelief at how wonderfully I was treated. Before I left, I went back inside to say goodbye to Kevin. I thanked him, and got a handshake and a hug. I then thanked Mohammed who said don t be a stranger, stop by and say hello. If you want to deal with consummate professionals whose goal is to give you a great deal, go to Valley Stream Mazda and ask for Kevin and Mohammed. I can t say enough great things about how they do business. I can t recommend anyone higher, they are the best. Thank you guys for a truly wonderful experience.

I bought a pre-owned vehicle at this dealership yesterday. The deal was pre-negotiated via email and phone but no deposit was placed so I was pretty skeptical about trekking out to Long Island; getting ready for the bait and switch.As it turns out, the very pleasant experience I had communicating with Alexis on the phone was mirrored by Stephen Oddo on the floor. Great guy. The finance manager and pre-owned / service manager also went out of their way to make it an A++ experience.If you're in the market for a Mazda and live in the tristate area, I'd suggest bypassing the local dealership and making your way to Valley Stream.

I went to see a car for my sister when they were about to close. I understand it was a little late and they said they can quickly show us the car and we can come tomorrow if we want to buy. They left us hanging outside for 10-15 minutes which was pretty unprofessional. If you can't do something then just say no, simple.

Our experience with purchasing a car from William Perez at the dealership was disappointing. We encountered difficulties with the Bluetooth functionality, which was not disclosed to us at the time of purchase. Upon contacting Mazda corporate, we learned that this is a known issue with the model and that a recall may be in the works.When I reached out to William Perez to address the problem, he dismissed our concerns, suggesting there was no issue because he couldn't personally verify it. Despite confirmation from others at the facility, he insinuated that I was being dishonest. Additionally, when I mentioned the possibility of a recall, he downplayed the seriousness of the issue. He had told us in order to fix it, we should purchase a Bluetooth headset.It's disappointing that such a significant problem was not disclosed to us prior to leasing the car.Update: I spoke with Kevin and he was unable to do anything for us. He couldn't do anything for our horrible experience with William and told us to keep calling corporate regarding the Bluetooth issue. Very unhelpful.

Valley Steam Mazda and Kareem for the WIN! The car buying process tends to be a exhausting one, with twists and turns, and of bunch of OH WE JUST SOLD THAT ONE...While I could go into great detail about the negative experiences, I would rather highlight this positive one.From the first visit with Kareem, he was a gentleman, knowledgeable, and just great people skills....(we went in the rain and he brought out umbrellas, happily showed us around with a smile and answered every question without hesitation). We were undecided as it was our first stop and there were some other dealers with deals....our second visit was similar to the first, Kareem was attentive, on point, responsive and patient. We told him about competitive offers and he and the team presented options. Kareem is truly an asset to this team and was the main reason we brought our business here.On our third visit, we pulled the trigger, while it was a different car, it was the same level of customer service! Kareem and Dave helped close the deal. Tommy, nothing but professional and a great dude, knows his numbers and his cars and just a pleasure to chat with.I cannot recommend this team enough. TOP NOTCH, Mazda of Valley stream for the win.
