It was a very pleasant experience. The whole time we were there we never felt pressure from anyone. The staff was friendly and professional. They respected our opinions and never tried to change our minds. It was the best experience that we actually decided to purchase our new car there. I generally lease my car and when it s time to negotiate a new lease I detest the upcoming process. However, my experience with Nova at Bical Chevy was pleasurable and quite the experience. Making an appointment was easy. The staff was friendly. I took my car in. Checkin only took about 15 minutes. My oil change was fast. I paid a lower price using a coupon on the website. Checking out was a breeze. Staff at the dealership was professional and friendly. This was my second time at this dealership. Great experience!

The car was brought there (to Bical Chevrolet) due to a failure of the oil cooling hose, second time in two years. When I asked the service people at Bical if they had capacity to fix the truck quickly, they said yes. The car was brought in Thursday afternoon, diagnosed on Friday and determine that the part would take 5 days... The dealership called me Wednesday to tell me that part came in (was received) and I should bring my car in to have the car fixed.. I told them that the car was at the dealership already and if they can let me know when it will be ready. After several calls to the dealership, and promised that the car would be ready on Friday, when called on Friday they said end of day Monday. After calling several times (and they would not return calls to inform me) the car was ready end of Day Wednesday, around 4pm. I told the Service representative that I would need to get someone to drive me there, and I would be paying for the service over the phone and pick up the car later, since they close at 5pm. The cashier was to call me back so I can give them my credit card. At 4:55 pm still no return call, so I called the dealership and got the service rep on the phone. So I said let me give you the credit card # so we can settle the bill. He asked that I scan my credit card and ID and send to his email so they can process. they do not accept credit cards over the phone since they had an incident where customer canceled payment after charge.... Obviously sending credit card copy and ID (Driver License) is a risky proposition that no customer would be asked to do. So the car stayed thee for another day. Two weeks for a oil cooling hose that has ruptured twice in 2 years. So I lost use of the car for 2 weeks, had to pay over $400, even though the part as covered for a failure that the warranty covered.. And I paid for the towing service to get the car there. A matter that I will be taking on with Chevrolet.

I received expert attention without any pressure to buy. The price was very fair and they never used tactics I ve experienced at other dealers whereby they start at an outrageous price then they have you put more money down convincing you that you got your price when you really are paying that high outrageous price. James was my salesman, he was a pleasure to deal with. Very thorough and knowledgeable.

I had an excellent experience with Lisa Bautista, my sales consultant and also with the store manager. Everyone in the store behaved nicely and gave their best to deliver the car for me. Lisa, specially explained almost all the features after getting the car and was a great help to find the right car for me! They are knowledgeable about the car as well. For example, I went to other dealers and throughout my car search journey, I found that not all sales consultants are aware of car's all features. I have taken quotes from 4 different Chevrolet dealers and Bical Chevy gave the most reasonable price. Absolutely recommended!

Staff was friendly l, courteous and professional, dropped my car off for some warranty repair. Staff was up front about wait times and expectations, they found a problem and replaced the battery free of charge under the warranty, had no problems since. I would highly recommend Bical Chevrolet

I was looking for a 2023 Chevy Bolt 2LT with adaptive cruise control and it was difficult to find one. My husband finally found one at Bical Chevrolet and started speaking with Darryl. We live in Brooklyn so we spoke with Darryl over the phone over the course of the week before finally coming into the dealership. In this week I had spoken to some other sales people from other dealerships in the tristate area and the conversations with Darryl were amongst the nicest and easiest. Everything at the dealership went well and there was no pressure to add on unwanted services, etc. The car was clean and perfect for me to drive home that day. Darryl even called a week later to see how I am enjoying my new EV and genuinely cared. At that point we spoke about the EVgo credit which he put in for me the next day. Working with Darryl and this dealership was surprisingly easy and painless and I would, and will, recommend Darryl and this dealership for future car purchases.

Well to start offI walked into this place on a humble.Just taking my chances.I walked right in and walked right to Dan and he made me feel like I was in the right place and in the right hands. Dan is an excellent salesman to go toTo see about a car. So calm! Days later my car was ready to go home with me!Would I recommend Bical Chevrolet to friends and family I sure will! My visit was a disaster. I dropped off my car for check engine light. Apparently my pedal sensor was faulty. They repaired it and my warranty didn't pay. A major repair and it didn't pay (portfolio warranty)Then I said replace my spark plugs and they did (charged me). The next day the car started to sputter. I took it back and they said now it's the coils that needed replacing. The warranty paid for it with a deductible of course. I believe they should have checked the coils first before changing the plugs. That way the warranty would have paid for the plugs as well. That's the game they play. Made me waste a personal day pay to boot. Waiting for the new traverse that's supposed to come out in March and no one is making any effort to give info. I have the money to pay in full. Think I'll go back to Honda.

DO NOT use this business!! They are thieves. They will make up issues with your vehicle. They have exorbitant labor fees for work that take a quarter of the time they charge you for. They used aftermarket and second-hand parts. The staff is rude when confronted with their underhanded practices. My vehicle went in with no check engine light. During the MONTH that they had my vehicle, which needed a minor repair, they attempted to have 4 other issues done, which would have cost me thousands of dollars, none of which were necessary. I still received my vehicle back with a check engine light. Where does anyone bring in a vehicle with no check engine light and get it back with a check engine light. During the MONTH they had my vehicle, I had no idea what other damage or disrepair was done. This is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with, and I have a history of owning cars for many, many years. I WOULD NEVER use this dealership even if they were the only option. I'd rather walk. Their integrity and moral compasses are horrific. The staff was rude and obnoxious. Please save yourself headache and heartache and run to another dealership. My score is actually a negative rating. I could only put a 1, but they are actually a minus 10

I just purchased a 2024 Trax from Bical Chevrolet. From the minute I walked in the door I knew i was at the right place to get my next car. My saleperson was Nova, she was a sweetheart, very professional and knowledgeable sales associate. She discussed all the different options on the car I was interested in getting. I also dealt with Bruce in finance who was also very professional and willing to answer all my questions. I also had the pleasure of being introduced to George the General manager who thanked me for having interest in getting my new car at Bical. My suggestion to anyone who is interested in getting a new Chevy vehicle to please visit Bical you will not be disappointed.

Horrible|Terrible| and all other negative expletives.I recently took my car for service for an issue, where the car (2013 Chevy Impala) would sometimes not start and several of the service lights were going on and off while driving, making it difficult to drive safely. Despite my better judgement of not doing business with Companies whom entrap you by charging you an exorbitant amount of $$$ for just looking/assessing the car, I decided to receive service at Bical Chevrolet of Valley Stream. After 2 weeks of the car being serviced at Bical, I was told that there was a short in the engine control module ECM and the body control module BCM. I was told that the total cost for service and labor would $2,114.94. Additionally I was told that car had been driven and tested for any issues. After paying and driving off with my car, my only expectation was that the car would function.1 week later the car would not start, I took my car back to Bical Chevrolet of Valley Stream. This time around I was told of a different issue; the actuators for the HVAC unit were causing the battery to be drained. I was told that I would need to pay $432.51 for service and labor. After pleading the issue associates/manager, because I now had valid fears that I was overcharged and mislead; I was told that someone would get back to me. It has now been a week no one has given me a call or followed-up. I guess they got what they wanted which was my hard-earned money.I thought the point of going to the dealer and paying exorbitant amounts was because they'll know exactly how to diagnose and fix your car. Clearly that's not the case. Where's the integrity in the work that you do, or satisfaction to the customer.My recommendations to anyone who will read this is "Go to Bical Chevrolet, If your interested in highway robbery without the highway, or Lube service without the Lube"

Sold me a brand new car. Started getting diagnostic notifications regarding battery and transmission two months into brand new lease.They didn't take responsibility or address any issues and kicked the can down the road until my lease ended.Best part is the manager finally looked at the car himself and realized it was never programmed right in the first place.I suffered years with that problem and they never fixed it until my lease ended. I had to pay 3k for another issue that was probably caused by that lack of responsibility from the initial problem that was an easy fix.And then the mechanic tried telling me that it was because I put regular gas in the engine. As if I had a turbo engine that required premium gas.

Dan was extremely helpful in finding the vehicle I was looking for. He spent a lot of time researching vehicles for me to help me find the perfect vehicle.
