This Company should be very careful on how their staff is conducting business when they aren t looking . This store showed me and my husband bare minimum of customer service . Not only was there no customer service All of your pricing is wrong, everything is priced wrong in the steering wheel covers section and the antennas area. With (3) gentlemen just chilling talking by the registers, you would think this would be something that could be fixed or worked on Joshua our cashier was more into his conversation then to converse with his customers and add on to his sale . We were looking to purchase more and get more info as well .

One of the worse autozone I buy my oils and everything from autozone but you guys just lost a customerI was there getting oil for my car and filtersThe guy at the counter was confused about what i was getting and told me to go get the filters from the back if knew where the filters where i wouldnt have askedWas being very rudeWas going back forth with other customers while checking me out and telling that every time Im about to check you out you remember to get something But if you deal with one customer at a time then the confusion wont happenHe was say stuff in spanish also

Since walking in Sanique the rep that assisted me was courteous and professional. She provided me with options and explanations, my car battery needs were met, they are installing my battery now. I am completely satisfied

Nicholas at AutoZone in Valley Stream NY went above and beyond in providing excellent service. I had purchased a battery at the same location a few days earlier (the service then was top-notch as well), but had forgotten to install the washers that came with the battery. I came back to AutoZone with the washers; Nicholas was very helpful and polite - he installed them himself immediately, and said that I should come back if I have any other issues or concerns. Nicholas had an an amazingly positive attitude throughout our interaction.I'd give 6 stars to Nicholas and AutoZone if I could.

5 stars for the staff who are really great but the manager is really nasty. Yells at the staff in front of the customer. She don't care about customers at all. One of the boy is helping me but the manager keep interfering and stop him to help me. Really annoying

They open early which is great. I needed a new battery for my car keys and Sonita was very helpful. She got me the battery I needed and changed it for me as well. Thank you!

I bought my car battery from the auto zone 8 months ago, my car battery was very stable, I went to check at the vellySteam Auto Zone in New York, the employees here did not have time, they helps me, he is not agree to check my battery in out side in the store thought, I will never buy anything from the auto zone again. That s very stupid thing ,Bye Humayun Zaigirdar

I went to the Valley Stream store three times. The first two experiences were good; I was helped by men who were very helpful. On my last visit 8/23/23 I encountered a woman who was unpleasant, sarcastic and very unhelpful......Needless to say I will not be returning to that location. I drove all the way to the Elmont Autozone on Hempstead Turnpike and was assisted by helpful, courteous staff.

The store is very clean and tidied up. The employees there are very nice and have a large knowledge about parts for my vehicle. I came in looking for several parts for my suspension and they were all available and I was out of there quickly within 10 minutes. Everything was quick and the employees were very nice.

I ordered a pick up earlier in the day and they did not fitful the order in the whole day. I don t understand when I do this in other locations in 30 min the order is ready. Very slow service I m going to return the item. Is not like I don t need the parts.

I purchased an item. Exited then return with it AND another very similar item made by the same company, of which is what I intended to purchase. The unprofessional, sarcastic, and possibly racist lady looked up the item and determined it's not in stock. While she was researching, I explained to her that I purchased it at an A Z in the Bronx. She sarcastically quipped, "Well, i guess you should go back to the Bronx to purchase it!" Whilst not letting her know I caught her sarcasm, I exited. She did this in the presence of two of her colleagues who appeared to be of the same country as hers. Your response will dictate if I patronize this location or any other AZ again. Thank You

BRO JOE IS AMAZING, HE FIXED MY HEADLIGHT JUST BY LOOKING AT IT, Bro is so magical, He has such dream eyes and a charming smile, his goatee reminds me of my uncle so that makes him even better. At the end HE GAVE ME A TIP 10/10 customer service, He deserves a raise

Came in for a battery change & Brandon helped me out. He is a stellar young man, very knowledgeable about everything I asked him. He was quick and efficient. He was very sweet and welcoming the second I walked through the doors. I will definitely be back with any car needs.

I ordered online a few items for my car, my order wasn t ready after two days and i called to see if it was ready. They told me it was, but they didn t had the oil filter. This was okay with me. When i went to pick it up, they were acting like they didn t have these items, which WERE SITTING ON THE TABLE WHERE THE CASHIER WAS, RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. So they started looking for all the items as if my order wasn t ready and told me that they had to cancel my order and i had to repurchase because all the items were different from what they have found. Even though, as i said, i saw all of the items that i ordered on the table, including the filter. So they gave me different things a lot more expensive and almost gave me a 50/50 antifreeze instead of the concentrate. I still had to pay more than what i originally paid in the beginning. These people were also talking a lot and not paying attention. I wasted more money and time during this visit.

Awful experience...my car battery was completely dead, I had to turn the car off after I got it jumped. I go into autozone and this worker tells me he's trying to go home he couldn't help me right now. Then the Indian manager lady said nobody can help you right now someone is on break and everyone else is busy. Drove down the street to autoparts. This nice Caucasian guy hooked me up and installed my new car battery. Autozone customer's always comes first you need to learn that. Lazy workers.

The worst autozone I ever visited. Two associates told me they were not able to help me with my check engine light because last time he touched someone s car, it blew up. Unbelievable. Then, they gave me the machine and told me to do it myself and refused to help further.

Excellent service. I went to Autozone on the evening of 11/23/22 to pick up brake pads and rotors for a 2003 Camry. The young man who assisted me was very helpful from start to finish. Thank you so much.
