I had an outstanding experience with Arc Special Automotive! I needed a New York State inspection, and when I called, they told me I could come in immediately with no waiting. This was a refreshing change from all the other shops in the area I had contacted, which insisted on a multiple hour's wait or dropping off the car an unnecessary inconvenience especially for a quick inspection. Arc Special Automotive completed my NYS inspection in just 10-15 minutes after I arrived, providing quick and efficient service. I appreciate their prompt and hassle-free approach, making them my go-to choice for automotive needs. Five stars all the way!

I would definitely recommend this Buisness and give it a 5 star. Never been dissatisfied with the work they do. Asad is a scam artist. He put rusted caliper and rusted tire rods in my car and charged me 1800$. Scam scam scam. This business needs to be reported scamming hard working people for there hard earned money

My car is a Jeep Compass and it had a horrible sound as if the suspension or shocks were damaged. The manager at the front very good gentleman. He told he would have it fixed in 3 to 4 hours and he did. The car didn t have that horrible sound and he did it for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend coming here. I took my car to this mechanic and it was a horrible experience. I brought my car here for the first damage that I had which cost over $1000 . Every time I picked up my car something different was damaged that wasn t damaged in the first place which led me to think that it was damaged by the mechanic so I had another reason to bring back my car and spend more money .

These guys really know their stuff. If your looking for a auto repair shop that does it all. This place is the way to go with reasonable prices for excellent work. My car now drives like it did when i 1st bought it. Highly recommend and the owner and son are very welcoming !!! My sister showed me this shop. I had a broken axel and struts that were no good. Asad and his team got to work on it right away. I was working with a limited budget. They worked with me and even had a program where you can pay over time. They did great work at a fair price and they did it fast ! I came in first thing in the morning and he was very personable. He kept be up with all the details and gave me options instead of telling me I have to pay a huge amount of money leaving that as the only option. Got there @ 8am was in and out by 10:30am. Fast and informative service. came in with a list of issues that I knew about but kept to myself. they diagnosed and found all and gave me a great price on the services. I been going to these guys for about 3 years now, they are very attentive and very respectful with the work. I go in and usually am in and out within a proper time it would take one to do the work. Asad the owner has taken care of my truck since I first got it. He is the one I go to that I can trust that will give me an honest answer, quality work and reasonable prices. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Office is very comfortable with a/c for summer months and comfortable seating while you wait.

This shop is amazing!!My hummer H3 broke down on my way to work. I took it here and found out it needed a brand new transmission. They changed the transmission in 2 days. The owner was very nice to us. They showed us the new parts and the old part of the car. We did not have a mechanic but after all his hard work, he is the best. I recommend his service to anyone.He is a good guy!!
