Exceptional Service and Quality Repairs at All City Auto Body and TowI recently had the pleasure of entrusting my Chevy Tahoe and my wife's Toyota 4Runner to Chris and the team at All City Auto Body and Tow, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy from the moment I walked in. Chris took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly assess the damage to both vehicles. His expertise was evident as he explained the repair process and provided a detailed estimate, ensuring transparency every step of the way.The repairs themselves were outstanding. Both vehicles looked as good as new, with no trace of the previous damage. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. 2 months ago, I had an accident with my 2023 Dodge durango . It just so happened that this place was up the block from my business, so I decided to get a quote. Mike (who is the gentleman in the pictures) was very knowledgeable and took charge of all the insurance jargon and red tape nonsense, and made the whole process easy for me to understand. Not to mention the care he and the team at all city did with my truck. I was so impressed I brought a client of mine to get her 2014 dodge durango worked on. And man, did they do an outstanding job! I highly recommend Mike and the people at all city for your body work needs. Doesn't matter if it is a new or old vehicle. They've got you covered.

My car was hit in the rear by another car! A friend recommended All City Auto Body. All I can say that they did a fantastic job on the repair, and if I need another repair I would use them again. I hope that I don"t!!!Also, I will recommend them to friends and family!

I'll say this, if you car is involved in an accident whether you go through insurance or pay out of pocket , if you want it done right , your car to look like it did the day it came out the factory bring it to All City Auto Body. Speak to John or Mike, they are both great. I brought my Mustang in two weeks ago after it was smacked on the Grand Central Parlway. John was very communicative from the day I dropped it off to the day I picked it up. He called twice a week and provided updates each time until my mistress was restored. Picked her up this morning and am speechless and To be honest... she looks BETTER than she did before the accident. Before and after photos attached. Shop is clean, John and Mike are friendly and make you feel like family and the mechanics are friendly and approachable, these traits are extremely RARE almost NON EXISTENT in many body shops today out there today. Thank you John thank you Mike thank you All City Auto Body the Beast is Back thanks to you.

Fantastic job! My car got hit and I knew exactly who to call. This is my second time having my car repaired by All City and both experiences were exceptional. Mike is truly a gem, no one better. His professionalism and diligence makes for such a pleasant experience. My car is practically brand new. The service provided by Mike & All City was like no other. Other car repair shops can t compete.

The All-City Auto Body & Towing team exceeded my expectations. Shout-outs to Chris, Graham, and the entire team. From day one, they put me at ease and all I had to do was give Chris my claim number and they handled EVERYTHING. Their workmanship is way above all other places. Our car looks just as good as the day it came out of the show room. The end result and customer service was outstanding.

I had no issues and even one issue that I suspected could ve been issues turned out not too be ! where I m sure a lot of shady places would take advantage they did not . They do the right thing! I had a great experience with this store! Chris was especially Helpful he was super kind, professional and punctual. He answered all my questions before I even asked them. I went to All City to have my car repaired after being hit by someone who was responsible for the cost to fix. John at the shop handled everything from soup to nuts! He was truly amazing and so thorough and efficient. They dealt with the insurance company and I didn't need to get involved with payment thankfully. So refreshing to be treated so well and kept updated on where they were with the repair. If I ever need repair again, I will absolutely be back without any hesitation. Service was stellar and my car, inside and out, looks fantastic! Thank you so very much for making a bummer situation tolerable and sooo worth the wait. I would recommend them to anyone without any hesitation - 1000%.

I was very pleased with the work done on my car. My rear bumper looks brand new! They were able to perfectly capture the original paint color. Excellent service and many thanks to Chris! Highly recommended

Work that left me speechless!! My car was hit from the side and called their tow truck to get it towed to the shop... tow truck showed up in no time and had my car getting into the shop to get fixed right away ! Kept me updated while it was getting fixed and even got me another rental that they had paid for when my insurance company did not want to cover my rental for any longer !! When I got my car back, it looked better than when I picked it up from the dealership... detailed and waxed too! Mikey was the best help throughout the process and I would recommend to anyone looking to get their car fixed !Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Car towing

I got bodywork done as well as a new paint job. Not only were they efficient but professional and they finished faster than I anticipated. I can t say enough good things about all city auto body and towing, I definitely recommend you go there for all your body work needs.

Shoutouts To Mike, Graham The whole team ! I was involved in a accident & was left with nasty damages & They brought my baby back to life ! My car looks brand new again as if nothing never happened to it. They even detailed it ! They did such a amazing job ! Let s not forget the amazing costumer service as well, super friendly. Best experience ever. All I had to do was give Chris my claim number. They handled everything.. EVERYTHING. Got my rental, fixed my car kept me informed the whole way. Chris, Mike and the crew were fabulous. Even detailed the car for me. You can't even tell I was hit. Perfect match! Please try them you will not be disappointed!!!

Got into a car accident in December. I was referred to All City Auto Body and Towing by a co-worker. Came in and was greeted by Chris and from that moment I knew I was in good hands. From the rental to the repairs of my Dodge Durango was nothing but professional, courteous and top tier work. My car was brought into the shop and within 10 days my car was fixed and detailed. Chris kept me up to speed with all the repairs, findings and the dialogue with the insurance company and at times Chris advocated on my behalf. This was a great experience and I want to thank Chris for making this unfortunate inconvenience a smooth process for me. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.

The great thing about All City is they not only make sure your car is fixed but also they make sure it looks like a brand new one. 100% satisfaction! Two weeks ago, I had a car accident that caused severe damage to my car's side. Throughout the entire process, All City Auto and Tires provided exceptional assistance from the moment of the accident to the final stages. Their outstanding customer service, communication, and transparency were truly impressive. Not only did they fix the damages on my car, but they also detailed it upon completion, reigniting my love for my vehicle.Thank you again!I would reccomend them over and over again!

I had a car accident and All City was not only able to repair my vehicle in a timely, professional and efficient manner. They repaired and painted the body damage, they towed my vehicle and then performed all my car service needs. They explained all the necessary steps and were so courteous! I am so thankful that they were the silver lining in a terrible incident. I would highly recommend them to anyone and use them again without a doubt if there was a need. Someone had hit my car and after bringing it to All City they handled everything!! They worked with my insurance company and fixed my car so well you couldn't even tell it was ever hit. Best experience I ve ever had with a body shop. Make sure you ask for Mike!!

I had a wonderful experience with All City Auto Body and Towing! When I first arrived at the body shop, I spoke with John, whom is one of the managers. I explained that my Suv was damaged while it was parked and I had to pay out of pocket for fixtures. He immediately offered three quotes and was highly sincere and honest. He went over everything in detail with me of what is expected to be done on my vehicle and promised to have my vehicle fixed with a week time frame. Additionally, offered rental car service that picked me up directly from body shop and took me to Enterprise rental car desk, at no charge. Amazingly enough, I was able to get my vehicle back a day earlier than promised and I was able to save on my rental car return. Upon retrieval of my vehicle, I was so impressed to see the work and attention that the service team inputted on my vehicle, it was fixed and painted to perfection, and was impeccably detailed and clean. By far, this is one of the best service I have received by management John and Mike, and service team, kudos to you all! I highly recommend All City Auto Body and Towing to anyone seeking too-notch service to their vehicle. This is the ideal place to go when looking to fix your vehicle. You are treated with care and kindness and professionalism, especially from John the manager. He has definitely shown principles I follow every day. Thank you John and your team.
