WHY CAN'T you service my car that is new and under WARRANTY!!!! I have a new RDX with 2500 miles and the blind spot monitoring just stops working. Two days later it works, five days later on the highway it stops working again. I get an appt for a Saturday, show up 15 minutes prior, 1 hour later my car is sitting in the same spot. The staff have an attitude when I ask about the wait time. Long story short, the problem is intermittent and although I show them pictures of the error message and a video of the dash, they claim they can't fix it, but are worried about their survey scores. The proposed solution was to drop off my car and let their technicians drive my car home for a week with the computer attached. A WEEK to diagnosis??? I give an honest review, which causes the service manager(Norman) to call me. His solution is for me to take my car to another Acura service center or basically "F-OFF". Jay Rosenthal is the general manager, leaving him messages and emailing him with no response for two weeks now.

The service on my car was done in a timely manner and vehicle runs great but the highlight of the service center in Valley Stream NY is Courtney Jackson. She is courteous, professional and such a sweetheart. She makes your experience of going to the service center delightful.

The MOST helpful Acura Dealership I have come across. I was helped by Victoria & she was so kind & patient & explained any questions I had without feeling rushed. Ive gone to other dealers including my own personal dealer & always felt brushed off by everyone & as if they didn t want to help. I currently have a lease & I absolutely will be giving my next business to this Acura when It s time to give it back up & step into a New One! & the Manager was exceptional as well, overall amazing customer service.

Ethan is kind and helpful, he directed me to the appropriate person to handle my car issues promptly. Courtney provided exceptional customer service by ensuring thorough communication. Yes, I will recommend it to anybody. Acura Valleystream very very nice per people. If you have any problems any issues right away, they will fix it or they. It s a big situation. They will schedule an appointment. Especially if you go look for the lady in the front she s very nice very kind very loving person She has glasses and beautiful nails

Went in for an oil change. The service representative was very nice and courteous and informed me that the tires needed to be rotated as well. Two of my wheel locks were defective so they replaced all of my locks which will prevent future issues. Oil change and tire rotation was very timely and professional. Since it was a rainy day they also gave me a coupon for a free car wash. Good going . Courtney and the mechanic staffperformed a great job. Thank you.

Contacted Acura of Valley Stream earlier in the week to schedule the installation of a remote start on my 2019 Acura RDX. Arrived on time for my appointment and was greeted/attended by Victoria. She s very professional, amicable, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was told the installation would take approximately 1.5 hours. Thinking I could have taken a nap while I was there .wrong!!! They completed the installation in less than a hour. I was elated to be in and out quickly. Plus Victoria provided me with a complimentary car wash from one of the neighborhood car detailing businesses. My remote start works impeccably. Extremely contented with the overall service.

I have nothing but good things to say. As long as Norman is in charge I will continue to go to Acura of valley stream. I used to go to a different location and I ended up there because of their great reviews and met Norman there. Then I moved and was very reluctant to go to Acura of valley stream. But when I walked in I saw that Norman relocated there also and it gave me such relief. Norman is amazing. He extremely pleasant and very professional. He makes my experience, going to the dealership for service, worth it. My mother even goes there, from 45 mins away, for service and she loves it also. I forgot to mention Courtney is also a great member of the service team. She's is awesome.

I had a 7:45 AM appointment for service A, and I was done and ready to go within an hour. The gentleman who assisted me was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a voucher for an exterior car wash at a local Car Wash. I appreciate their kindness and hope to continue receiving such excellent service in the future!

ExpensiveUnorganizedTime consumingBut, kind employeesI visited on 12/26, got there for a B1 service at 7:20am. I d been putting it off for weeks simply because I know this is an all day ordeal. They should accept appointments for this service. They open at 8 and there was already 3 cars ahead of me at 7:20 am and an entire line behind me by the time the door opened.Oil change was $130, a few days prior I had priced it out at Pepboys near me and it was cheaper with no line- I only said no because I wanted to stick with Acura. I shouldn t have.The service consultant was a nice Black woman, I cannot remember her name sorry ). She was kind. She had good jokes. She definitely aided in this experience. I did not like how her boss called her in the middle of her consultation to complain about something she d done wrong. That s unprofessional and not my business, he should schedule weekly supervision meetings for 15 minutes- why interrupt time with a paying customer to scold someone? The cashier, a younger woman, at the end was also nice.Sadly, because it was the day after Christmas, there was no attendant to drive me 1 mile away to a cafe. I could not sit in there that long so I walked- there s also an N6 bus .They ended up having to change my air filters, so up to $275. I left around noon. 4.5 hours and expensive

This is one of the worst Acura service I ever go to I take my car in to get it service,first time they service it they break my wheel lug and try to tell me that it s not them,second time I take it in for a light that s came up on the dash they told me the connector wasn t connected properly so they connected it,upon checking I realized they damaged the wire,and covered it up,saying it s not them again,but when I came in it was perfectly time smh.

I brought my car in for a check up and oil change at 9:00. I was told it would take about an hour and a half. At 11:30 I went to ask about the delay. While speaking with a representative an attendant came by with my paper work. The representative told me to wait while she processed the report. Ten minutes later I was told to see the cashier. I paid the bill and picked up my car at 12:00. The delay didn t bother me as much as the fact that no one acknowledged this inconvenience or attempted any kind of an apology. This led me to believe that this was a normal occurrence. If an oil change and check up takes 3 hours I will look somewhere else for my car service.

I went in after getting my car from another dealership, I had issues with my screen on my RDX. I immediately took it to this location and they were able to accommodate and fix the issue immediately. David G. Was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, he was able to see to my problem and make sure that I was updated along the way. Definitely love the experience I got from here!

did A6 maintenance at your facility, on Thursday 12/21. the service itself was good, wait time was reasonable, however, there are 2 things that I'm not sure if it's up to Acura's standard. 1. The lady worked at the checkout desk was unfriendly and impatient to say the least, all my paperwork was stapled in wrong order, and when she realized I already have my car key when she couldn't find it on the wall, she asked me, and I quoted "Who gave it to you?".2. The car wash voucher your dealership offer is below par, it only offer exterior wash, no interior or even vacuum was included. I know it's "free" but I also hope as a luxury brand, Acura and your dealership can offer something that can match the brand and exceed customer's expectation.

I went to Acura in Valley Stream on Saturday for an oil change. The service was amazing and quick. They checked my car and let me know if anything else was wrong. I appreciate that. I was able to use a coupon they had no problem taking that. I even got a free car wash. I recommend them.

Since we bought our 2022 Acura MDX we never fail to come to Acura Valley Service Center. They are all very nice and reliable. They always find ways to help you out and you won t feel uncomfortable. Keep you coming back. Il give them the highest rate as far as customer service is concerned. Highly recommended.

I recently had my car serviced at Acura of Valley Stream. Norman the manager, Courtney the service agent, and Danny the mechanic worked in tandem to complete the job in a very timely manner. Norman kept his promise of handling my concern. I was very pleased. They all endeavor to assist in whatever way they can at alll times. Thanks to all - I appreciated it.

This place as the worse customer service and staff and the manager is not any better. When you call no one answer or they leave you on hold for a long period of time that I had to hang up and call right back to get help. I will not recommend this place at all
