I am posting so that others won't get caught up with this business. Go elsewhere!I purchased a gift certificate for a Mobile Detailing for my elderly in-laws from Jack in December 2023. We agreed that we would be flexible on dates.Now we attempted 7 times to schedule the mobile service. I am ok that spring in New York we have to move around the weather. However, Jack proceeded to find ways to avoid doing the work. I hired a mobile service for my in-laws, who cannot drop off the car.This is where Jack's business practices are questionable. We booked 2 more dates( March/April), where my in-laws prepared their car for the detailing and Jack cancelled. The reason for cancellation was that he booked someone else on the first date, he decided to take vacation on another date. He offered to sub out the work to someone else.....The last straw was in April, the weather looking good, we were expecting to have the car done. Jack named the date and the time! When the time came and went, we had to start looking for Jack. An hour after the appointment, he responded that he took on another car in his shop and would not come till the afternoon. Anyone looking at a weather report would have know that it was forecasting rain in the afternoon.....sure enough Jack cancelled again.....After 4 months of trying to get a mobile detailing, which we paid for in December, Jack continued to find excuses to not do the work. He continued to schedule others on top of his commitments to us.He did return our money. Just a complete disappointment in his business practices, how others come first before he honors his word and previous prepaid transactions.This whole experience put way to much stress on my elderly in laws....completely unnecessary.

MY CAR LOOKS BRAND NEW!THE most amazing work.Every inch was cleaned and shined.Service better than any other - they finished my car in less than a day, inside AND outside.I ve had a pesky spot on the floor I couldn t get cleaned - and Jack made it disappear!I m so so happy with everything and know that he will be my go-to always for car detailing this service is Above and beyond

The job that was done on my 2022 Subaru Forester was amazing. The finish is better than new. Also, the scheduling of the appointment, coordination of drop off and pickup, and overall communication of what was happening was excellent. I wish everything went this smoothly.

I have been looking for an expert detail person for years - and finally I have found one in Jack !! He is fantastic- very talented, very passionate about his work - and committed to excellence - he detailed my 2016 pro- master van - and it looks like new / I am so happy with his work and knowledge about best coatings and techniques - and how to best care for a vehicle and keep it looking superb !!! I highly recommend his work !!!!!
