Horrible customer service very rude employees back out on their word don't trust anything that they say very non-knowledgeable go across the street to Auto Plus better prices and the guy will always give you a deal Napa employee Thomas Rainvill is the most rudest customer service representative I've ever dealt with in my 40 years on this Earth he is the main reason I will never go back to this store and if you don't think corporate can do something about it guess what they said they can Thomas and if you're a dedicated Napa fan just avoid this Napa next to Kinderhook New York Chatham has a great new facility only about 8 minutes away Nassau has a very nice one but out of them all I would say most likely I will be going to Hudson Napa Dairy Queen very professional very nice staff

Bought a tire repair kit the end of November 2019...never used it, still packaged, had receipt...was told couldn't return it because it was past 30 days...not a good business policy towards people that are loyal to your store. Staff was helpful but would not recommend them.

I came in with a problem that I thought was going to cost me hundreds of dollars, but Shawn went out of his way to not only help me find the right and affordable parts to make my car safe, but helped me install them in the cold! Couldn't be happier with my experience and big props to Shawn for his help.

Napa is a little more then most places but they normally have the parts you're looking for and they also accept Afterpay

Joe was very helpful with windshield wipers he even put them on my car for me.Thats what I call customer service.

Prices are fair. Parts are usually within a day away if not in stock. Friendly staff, also super helpful.

Poor service and unknowledgeable staff. Go elsewhere if you value your car. NAPA parts are second rate, just like their service.

Super overpriced. Can find the same things at Wal-Mart for far cheaper on most things in this store.
