Came in for wheel alignment. Service was great! Andre & Anthony were very helpful. Handle cars with care. They also inspected some other issues I had with my car on such short notice. Great Team here. I highly recommend Mavis Discount Tire In Vails Gate!

One of the best experiences I ve ever had dealing with auto repair! Came in to get my tire patched up, and Andre and his team were quick to respond to my needs and got it done in 30 minutes. Usually feel like I always lose when it comes to Auto repair shops because of their shady practices. But this Mavis in Vails is going to be my new Go-To! See Andre and Mark for first class customer service experience. Their actions and outstanding customer service are a must for this industry and they re setting a great example for everyone to follow so that customers can feel the TRUST when they leave their cars with auto repair shops.

Called at around 5pm for a price quote on my brakes which I needed for inspection. Spoke to Andre and quoted me the best price in the area. I brought the car in and not only were the brakes done but they also inspected the car for me so that I didn't have to worry about going somewhere else. Great and fast customer service, friendly and informative staff, will definitely be bringing my car back for other services.

I had the absolute pleasure working with Andre and Anthony when my car needed immediate attention at your New Windsor, NY location. They were very professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly gained a longtime customer because of their generosity. Great auto shop! I was in and out for a tire change and the mechanics took the liberty of changing my brakes as well (I was metal on metal). Anthony got me a HUGE discount and offered me a snack during the wait. Very welcoming atmosphere, I will definitely be back! Good place to go when you're in a pinch

I had the most amazing experience here, Anthony and Marissa are the most trustworthy individuals I ve ever had the privilege of meeting. I came in to have my tires replaced and was having a bad day. They worked on my car and assured me everything would be alright. I drove home and my car feels new again. I will only go there from now on. Thank You Anthony for the experience. Hey this is the place to go when you want trouble free service. Not one time have I been disappointed with their service. They worked very hard to find an issue with my car(that only I could hear when o went to other car specialists). They never gave up, fixed the issue with patience and a gracious attitude. Not very common. Credit Andre, one of the managers for the culture of this automotive tire shop. And they do more than tires. Get to know them and trust them with your car like I did and still do.These guys I trust. And I don t trust many!!

Highly recommend!I stopped by this morning because I needed air in two of my tires. At the time, the air machine was temporarily down, but Anthony volunteered to come out and add pressure to all of my tires. I appreciate how professional, kind and swift he was and I am very thankful for the team's service. I highly recommend this Mavis Discount Tire in Vails Gate.

I took my vehicle here today since I had a flat tire. Anthony was professional, friendly, and efficient in identifying and fixing the issues with my vehicle in a timely manner. I was pleased that everything was taken care of same-day. I had an emergency issue with my tire today. Went into Mavis tire in Vails Gate and was helped by Anthony and Marissa. They didn't have the tired I needed but searched for the right tire and found it. Yeah!! Marissa went over and above to drive to the location and pick up the tire. I rarely leave reviews but really felt it necessary to leave a review for this location. From the first call with Andre being extremely helpful and then getting the same reception when I came in between him and Anthony, it definitely made the dreadful experience of fixing car issues more bearable. Appreciative of not feeling like I was being taken advantage of with the pricing and actually felt like they went above and beyond to ensure that I was getting the best price available for the work that needed to be done. Will definitely come back for all of my tire and brake needs.

I love using Mavis Discount Tire in Vails Gate, NY. They are very honest and understood the importance of my needs as a customer. Andre and Anthony were very helpful, as well as knowledgeable. Poor customer serviceAll I wanted was for a nail to be removed from my tire and plugged and got the run around.Anyone who has every experienced talking with someone who most likely hates their job and trys to scam and disrespect people and enjoys that kind of unprofessional service. They did exhaust work on my car a little while ago, but after I paid for the repairs and got my car back the check engine light came on. This was a red flag to me considering they just worked on my car and the light wasn't on before. I asked them why but they said it was normal, to just take the car through a few cycles and then it would turn off on its own. It still didn't turn off, and my car is in need of an inspection soon.So I took it back to them, and they said there was nothing they could do. So you mean to tell me you guys could create an issue my car didn't have, then have no idea how to fix the issue you created after I spent nearly two grand on repairs. They pretended they didn't even remember repairing my car by saying it was work they don't normally do anyway. I would never trust them with working on my car again.

The customer service here is great. Anthony took great care of me. I got a $20 coupon off my total without asking. I was done with my oil changed within 20 minutes. Very much satisfied!!
