Bernicker Service Center is where I bring my small engine machines such as my snowblower, lawn mower and string trimmer for repair and maintenance. They pick up the larger machines and drop them off repaired within a week, which is excellent. I've also used Bernicker for maintenance and repair on my Honda, Suburb and Saab. They are very efficient, honest and easy to work with. Recommended.

The team at Bernicker Service Center is incredible. They always take great care of our vehicles in a timely manner and without up-charging or over selling anything unnecessary. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

For over a decade I have come to this business at the current and former location for services on my vehicles, lawn equipment, and generator. Consistently they have delivered a high quality of service, professionalism, providing a meticulous level of accountability of work performed in the receipts provided.Their services are not cheap and they may take longer than expected to complete the work but if you are someone who recognizes quality work done by a professional and appreciates attention to details you will see where your money was invested.I applaud their dedication to what appears to be preserving their extended family of employees since I have received the expertise of Pat and Mike over the years.

5 stars all around. Very dependable company with reasonable prices and very friendly staff. They have fixed my lawn mower and my mothers car. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for small engine and auto repair.

Years ago when they were still located in Cornwall I bought a Pressure washer from them. At that time they had expanded their business to include lawnmower supply. at the time of purchase one of the owners insisted that i purchase one that they had used one time for a discount. Used it one summer then after had nothing but problems. The following year I went to talk to them about it, expecting to get a free service. However the secretary informed me that I had the wrong business; that the business I bought the pressure-washer from was out of business, was the brother of the main business owner, "Bernicker," they don't work on small engines, and completely had no record. I told her, as I then noticed that the lawnmowers were gone, that I did not notice that there were two separate businesses when I bought the pressure washer; that -that Is/was misleading. I left saying I would not bring my car back.Why am I writing a review now:After the conversation with the secretary, I took it to Newburgh Power Equipment. They fixed it, said something about it recommended a new one. "Seriously" I asked. $400 is what I paid and I nod't use it very often. When I do I contently have to fiddle with the choke. This summer I have a list of chores for this thing. Broke it out of the shed and I am then reminded of its unreliability. (New gas, Clean Carburetor)The only reason I bought it then from Bernicker was to give business to local people.I'm going to drop it off at their new location and the I'm going to buy a new one from who are honorable.

The entire staff made me feel comfortable. They made me feel like I was one of the family and seeing as it's a family run business, that is very important to me. Under no circumstances did I feel like I was just another customer, providing a commission.

They broke my tire beads so I could install my sensors . The also welded my mower deck. Stop by and tell them David sent you.
