Horrible experience! My vehicle got towed there after being crashed into, and they took there sweet time to make profits off my insurance company. I've called them many times asking them what was going on with my vehicle since the accident, and got no answers.. just oh, we'll get to it. Poor communication. Very unprofessional. My vehicle sat there for nine days with no answers for me. I just wanted my vehicle out of this place so I asked for it to be towed, and they charged me out of pocket $400.00 for a tow from Oriskany Blvd in Utica to York Street in Utica... while collecting the money from my insurance company. Just awful! The tow guy Dave is nice, but the rest are something else.

The absolute worst place to get your car worked on in New York state. They passed my car with only two posts on the front two tires cracked and broken rotors which at any time could have hung up my calipers and sent my car off the road. These people and shultz's used auto sales where the shadiest people I've ever dealt with as in buying a car and getting it fixed. If you have anyone that you love riding with you or children in your car do not take it here do not buy cars here and I wouldn't recommend doing any business with these people.Services: Exhaust, Tires, General repairs & maintenance

If you are able to drop off your vehicle early please do so the are very busy but they an awesome crew of mechanics and the prices are reasonable

Brought vehicle in for a bad mass air flow sensor on 4/6, told they were going to order one. It is now 4/27 I've called multiple times each week only to get a run around. No-one seems to know if the part got ordered or not. But "they will call me back and let me know"... 3 weeks no return calls, no sensor, nothing.

This is the only auto repair shop I trust. They are honest, fast and get the job done right the first time. Very accommodating . Very fair pricing
