I had a pretty last second emergency with my exhaust where my flex pipe rotted out from my cat....at only 20k miles. Dealership and local chain shops couldn't touch it. I was in and out in 30 minutes with a toddler in tow. They were super friendly and helpful. I even asked what they would quote my brakes and rotors at and it was TWO HUNDRED dollars less than the dealership. I found a gem with these guys! You have my business from now on and I will refer anyone needing service to this shop!

This place is absolutely amazing. Professional, polite, and quick. These guys know what they are doing. Mike took care of us with an exhaust that was rotted and only 2 years old. He explained why it happened and gave us a great price to replace. Don't look around for muffler or brake work. Just go to TP Brake & Muffler, and you won't be sorry. Fast, professional work, guaranteed.

moved out here 2 years ago and needed a good garage to take care of my vehiclesI don t care if i have to tow it a million miles and back, but my vehicles will only be serviced at TP until the day i drop.Thank you for your professionalism and giving me updates as soon as you got them not to mention a great crew to hang out with if you stick around and wait for your vehicle while it s being serviced.Hopefully i don t need to be back for any repairs anytime soon but i know im in good hands if i am!!

These guys do fantastic exhaust work. I had them install a stainless steel cat converter on my 91 Camaro to match the Borla exhaust system and I also had them install a Borla on my Tacoma. I ll probably never have an exhaust problem with those vehicles again.

They got me right in, I dropped it off at noon, they called me 2 hrs later, customer service is pretty good, although they kinda rush you off the phone but is what it is, overall a solid 4

The guys are great. I had work done approximately eight months ago. I brought my car back and the part they installed was failing. They honored the warranty and replaced my axle for no charge. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! I have a classic car that most can t or won t touch anymore. Honest, old school, handshake service. You don t find this anywhere anymore. Usually I do all the work on my vehicles myself but when I can't I bring my vehicles there as I have never had issues after they have worked on them!!!

Had my winter tires installed. Unfortunately one of the hub caps was not re-installed properly, and came off of the wheel. Had to spend fourth dollars to purchase a replacement. Not happy !!

I have been to plenty of shops and I won't throw them under the bus. But these guys "Kenny and Mike" I really appreciate you guys. Ya'll got me in and out the door without trying to charge me an arm and a leg. My Chrysler 300c AWD went into the shop sounding like a gorilla on steroids to sounding quiet as a church mouse. lol I had to ask was this price right I felt like I was cheating them ;-)Service: Exhaust

I replaced my muffler here 7 months ago the hanger is completely rusted out the guy said that they replaced it and I told him it doesn't rust out like that he continues to say it might be a defect. When I come into the shop he said they cant get me in today I showed him my receipt and a picture of my muffler off the hanger and he said "thats cute" couldn't get me in yet they pulled my car up at 11:13am. I will never come back to this place, lesson is definitely learned. It baffles me that this was their mess up and they're trying to blame the parts. They didn't even tell me what they did they told me im all set. They re welded a rusted hanger and a week and a half later i have the same problem. Good job TP

I was given an outrageous quote from another facility, and so I spoke to Ken at TP to see what they could do for me.. not only did they beat the price of the competitor but they did so within 1 day and for half the price! this place is really great, i ve gone here w multiple vehicles and recommend it to everyone. they re very quick getting vehicles in and out and are extremely reasonable on prices. they explain everything well and are all very nice. overall this place is great, and they do not inflate their prices like crazy like other places i ve gone.

I always try and go to TP for all my car repair/maintenance needs. Just sucks they don't do NYS inspections on-site because this is an auto-repair shop you can actually trust. Plus they have excellent customer service and their wait times aren't usually too far off the mark. Sent boyfriend here to get his Muffler taken care of. Muffler literally fell off car, they told us they can fix it just needed new muffler/exhaust and they had to build a new bracket for the muffler because the old one was shot and rusted.. excellent customer service & car was done within a day like they said it would.
