I d recommend this shop to anyone. They are honest and fair. They were great with my wife s car and mine. They don t go into a repair replacing everything just to run up the cost. They diagnose and talk with you about the options for your problem, with their honest opinion. Thanks for everything!

One of the few places that don't over charge or try to get unnecessary work done, they're always honest and even go the extra mile sometimes. Definitely recommend them over any of local shop

Cannot recommend this shop enough.Vinny & Joe are brilliant mechanics and the friendliest people you will ever meet.Would never take my car anywhere but here.Once you use them you'll never go anywhere else for car repair

I have never been treated so well and I have never had such a pleasant car buying experience. Bobby and the rest of the team at Papandrea's were honest and they went above and beyond for us. Everything from the financing to the service shop and detailing of the vehicle was out of this world. The customer service was fantastic and the vehicle selection is great. We will be back.We will also be referring all of our friends and family to Papandrea's!

I had recently been in a car accident and my previous vehicle was totaled. I shopped around and shopped around and just couldn t find the vehicle I was looking for and in the price range I could afford. Finally by surprise just driving by, I seen the vehicle I was looking for and it was at Papandreas. It was a Sunday afternoon so first thing Monday morning I took a drive back and there I met with Bobby, an employee there. Bobby was absolutely incredible to work with. He got me in that exact car and at exactly the price I needed. I couldn t be more pleased with the expertise, the honesty, and very mindful, respectful help Bobby gave yo me. I absolutely love my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and I can t Thank Bobby enough for getting me into it! I will definitely do business there again and recommend them to everyone!

Great business!!! The owner and his son are very knowledgeable about automobiles. I have had a few mechanical things done here now and the experience has been great. Bob is a fair and friendly car salesman that will work with you to get the sale done.

Update: Had to charge AC and they charged me $130 above quoted price and higher than the dealership. All other shops give you a call to say price went up. My dad picked up the car and when I called to complain they said quote "There is nothing we can do for you".That's after many years of being a loyal customer and spending thousands there.Old review:I have been going here for years. These guys have really great mechanics. I have had issues with my car where other places could not diagnose it or were offering really expensive and unnecessary repairs and these guys were able to pinpoint the problem every single time. I just saw that this place didn't have too many reviews and wanted to leave my feedback.

Bob helped my mom get into an incredibly clean 2014 Highlander with low mileage. She had totaled her 09 highlander and this was far and away the best deal in the whole state! Bob was so kind and helpful. They do not take cards in the sales department, so come with a check or cash in hand...

The transmission in my 2012 dodge caravan was acting up and we towed it to nye dodge and they informed me the transmission needed to be taken apart. We then decided to take the van to Papandrea's for a second opinion and were glad we did. Joe and Vinny found a bad transmission line and the problem was solved for an extremely fair price. Thank you so much for the honest and professional service!

I'm not sure what this other reviewer is talking about regarding his/her car because I have had quite the opposite experience. I bought my car from them in 2014 and have had nothing but a pleasant experience every time I deal with them. They perform all of my oil changes, routine maintenance and tire replacement. I was driving 33,000 miles a year so I have had to leave my car there many times and they are always courteous and quick. They aren't open on the weekends or after 5 so maybe that's when the other reviewer was calling but there isn't a chance you can't get them on the phone if you call during the day. This is a great family run shop with fair and honest people working there.

I've only dealt with Vinny, but even so, amazing family owned shop. He's extremely straight forward and does an amazing job for your money spent. I'd never go to another repair shop for mechanical needs with my vehicle in Utica!

Took the time to figure out a problem 3 other automotive repair shops couldn t! Including Carbone Chevrolet, which shouldn t surprise anyone! Had the patience to see the work through to the end taking the extra steps and not rushing it through for a payday...even though they didn t have too. Was always informed about what was going on, really appreciated the great service!

I bought a Crysler convertable from this guy in 2012 Beautiful car low mileage. We don't drive far and he even drove the car to Syracuse for us so we wouldn't have to drive as far. Great guy! Great cars.

I have had my car here for 3 and a half weeks without a notice or a callI checked in a few times a week butThey still never made a timely effort or effort to call me it's been almost 2 months and still no call now I'm waiting to get the car because I live an hour away but I can't get my car if it's not fixedAll I'm saying is there careless
