I recently (2/8/24) purchased a 2023 Suzuki GSX-S750Z ABS from Jen @motoworld. I can t say enough how great of an experience she made this purchase. I live 2 1/2 hours away so I didn t need any extra headaches. She made the entire process effortless. I am completely satisfied with the level of service I received and would highly recommend anyone to give her call for their next wheel!

Drove 6 hours round trip to get a bike from them and would do it again! The sale process took less time than loading my bike. Great communication, clean shop and killer customer service ! Jen was amazing to work with as well as everyone else that helped seal this deal!

horrible customer service. I went in with a pre approval for a brand new bike. I asked the associate some questions about the bike I was looking at didn't answer any question just kept telling me to sign up on his tablet to get a pre approval. asked if he could show me some of the features on the bike by turning it on. not starting it as I stated just turning it on. the associate was extremely rude saying something about not starting it in the building and I stated I didn't want to start it just wanted the accessories on. kept pushing me to get on his tablet and sign up for a pre approval. then the associate hands me a brochure for the bike I'm looking at and it's 600 dollars more than the brochure that's on the bike itself when I pointed it out he removed the one that had a cheaper price. like how are you going to raise the price while I'm looking at the bike. save your time and go to a real dealership where they actually know what they are selling and can answer questions and not raise prices as your looking at the product. I hope anyone who reads this takes heed this company cares nothing about their customers and only cares if your pre approved. too bad the employee didn't know I was already approved and knew exactly what I wanted. lesson learned go to a real dealership thats been around and has a better reputation. 4/3/24

I recently bought a 2021 Honda Rebel 300 from motoworld in pristine condition. Bike was practically new. Chris is an amazing guy to deal with and he is super friendly. He made the sale as easy as possible by doing all the paperwork ahead of time and me only having to sign a few things when I got there. I will definitely be going back there again! They are the best dealer I ve ever had to deal with. I love the bike!!!!! Everyone looking for a well maintained pre owned vehicle for a good deal I suggest going there and seeing what Chris has to offer.

This place is awesome, they had what I wanted, took my trade in, got my new ATV, the second week came in a trade a bike and trailer to get a bigger trailer, plus got the wife one of those awesome go- carts, order all my parts, very good to work with, I recommend this place for all your needs, sales, repair, and parts

I recently purchased a pair of go-karts from this establishment for my children, and unfortunately, one of them had a factory issue. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service I received from Chris, the owner. He took the faulty go-kart back without any hesitation and took care of the necessary repairs, completely free of charge.During this time, I underwent knee surgery and was unable to return to the store to pick up the fixed go-kart. To my amazement, Chris went above and beyond by arranging for his staff to deliver the go-kart right to my doorstep, once again at no additional cost. This truly exemplifies a business that prioritizes customer satisfaction and isn't solely focused on monetary gains.It's evident that this place is thriving not only because of their inventory but also because of their unwavering commitment to their customers. I am incredibly grateful for their generosity and outstanding service. I feel compelled to express my gratitude in person and will definitely be visiting their store again soon.In conclusion, if you're looking for a business that goes the extra mile and genuinely cares about their customers, I highly recommend paying a visit to this place. After calling Chris to set up service for my Honda atv on Monday July 10 he said bring it in. After thinking about it I was wondering if I could drop it off on Tuesday July 11 and wait around for it. I called the dealership 6 times and got a voicemail explaining their hours unable to leave a voice message. He called me back annoyed that I called him that many times. When I asked him if I could drop it off on Tuesday he said he was declining my service request. He mentioned my hurry, which I wasn t in ,the weather being in the 80 s, Friday afternoon at 3:00 o clock and him being busy. If I was able to leave a message he could have called me back at his convenience. Mentioned other businesses that could take my business. So much for customer service! Just terrible.I would like to respond to you concerning your response. First of all I was the one to make the appointment not you. We agreed on the day. When I called back 6 times to reschedule I couldn t leave a message as I previously stated. It was you that was very rude and declined my service request. What professional business has an attitude that they must sell an item with a warranty to do a simple oil change on an atv. You gave me all kinds of excuses during your rude conversation. Real professional calling me a city slicker. Maybe others are right you did pay them for a favorable review because my experience with you was the worst. O-stars in my book. I bet you ll be changing your business name again to fool people.

Man chris always does a wonderful job and got me ready for the season,all the way from the phone call to dropping my bike off,Chris is on top of it and never lets me down ever hear I go see him and he always takes great care of me, when I got my bike back he even washed it down for me my bike looks amazing especially now with the new tires if you guys need tires go, see Chris and he will take care all your needs!!!!

Awesome customer service to be had here! I recently purchased a bike and did a trade in with Chris, who was phenomenal even though he was swamped. He never once gave the impression that dealing with me was anything but a pleasure, even though I could tell that he was keeping several plates in the air. I definately would recommend Moto World over the "Other" powersports dealership in the area. No BS here and you get attention no matter who you are.

We purchased a 2011 KX65 remotely. The pictures looked good, and the owner stated the bike was in excellent condition because a grandfather had purchased it for his grandson, who turned out not to ride it, and then traded it in on a boat.I bought it over the phone, and then drove with my family over 2 hours to pick it up.The owner was not there when we arrived, and the other workers didn t even know where the papers were, but finally found them. The worker specifically stated the compression was checked and all was well.The tires were wiped down with oil, but I thought it was just an attempt to clean it up. The seat was torn, and frame had a lot of rust, but I wasn t about to make a scene, so we loaded it up.At home, after washing it, I found that the tires were completely dry rotted, and knobs were falling off. That is why it was coated in oil.The front tire tube was popped, so I replaced the tires and tubes.The compression was very low, meaning rings were at risk of breaking and locking the cylinder, so I replaced the piston, rings, etc.When I opened it up, the cylinder base bolts were all rusted through heavily from a blown head gasket that allowed the coolant to enter the cylinder. Hopefully they didn t run it long this way and ruin the main bearing.The spark plug was coated in a thick crusty black carbon that broke off in chunks. When turning it on when cold, gas poured out of the overflow. I checked the float height and found it was rich by several millimeters.Now that I have it running decently, I see the clutch is dragging. I readjusted and ran some tests, and it still won t release, so it s either a worn basket, froze bearing, or warped discs.It s now been 1 month and the owner hasn t called me back since our last call where he said I don t even know why we are having this conversation. .I simply wanted some compensation for the parts, as I fixed what they were dishonest about.Had I paid a shop for this, it would have been a lot of money. Thankfully I can do the work myself.My kids were promised a bike in excellent condition that was barely ridden. What we received however was a very neglected bike with new plastics to make it look good.

On a whim, I decided I wanted to purchase my son a fourwheeler. With a quick google search, I found Moto World. By the end of that day, I was bringing my sons wheeler home. I picked out a wheeler for myself that night as well and was able to pick it up after work the next day! Chris and Brandon were super helpful and made the experience quick and easy. It was a week ago yesterday we got our wheelers and we love them. My son has rode his for hours on end, every day since we brought it home. We just got our plates today as well! Couldn't recommend them enough and we can't wait to hit the trails! Thanks Chris & Brandon!

Staff was straight to the point and honest. Smooth buying experience, I didn t have to worry about anything. The owner even drove my motorcycle home for me because it was a short drive and I didn t have my endorsement yet.

Chris is a very good worker and blessed us up at the shop here at motorworld. Very good spot to bring your bike and shop around. Definitely recommend coming here if you need your bikes right or if you re coming here to shop. Good peoples and good service.

Been in this place twice now, first time the sales guy was very nice and helpful. 2nd time I tried asking about a bike with the owner and it seemed like he didn t even wanna talk to me. very uncomfortable and ended up just walking out. Prob will never go back

My experience at motoworld was outstanding!! I called in while on the road for an emergency valve stem replacement and they got me right in and back on the road within 30 minutes! I will definitely be going back for any other services.

My husband and I came in to your store yesterday, interested in seeing your inventory and considering what we might want to purchase for the upcoming season. The associate didn t greet us or say a word as we browsed, even when we walked up near the service desk. We didn t think too much of this, but a little while later, another patron came into the store. The associate greeted this man kindly, asked if he needed help, ran up and gave him his business card, and offered him a free Red Bull. He walked right past us to do this, and still didn t say a word to us. He said a friendly goodbye when this man left. Another man came in shortly after and it was the same situation; the associate greeted him, asked how he could help, etc. We were in there for a solid 20 minutes, respectfully browsing and admiring the inventory, and nothing was said to us. I can only assume we weren t treated the same as the other patrons because of the way we looked. We both have tattoos/piercings/etc, and it truly felt like we were being judged as unwelcome customers for our appearance. We left upset (with no goodbye), and will definitely not be returning. I just hope that in the future, whoever comes into your store hoping to support your business is treated with kindness and respect, regardless of the way they look.

Great service at motoworld! They got my buddy s sv650 right in on a Saturday morning for a valvestem replacement. They have quite the inventory of bikes, quads, and other machines to look at as well. Would highly recommend stopping in there for any needs.

False advertising and rude owner.We were looking at Honda Rebel and we were told $4000 for the bike by one of the employees. We said we would be back with the money. Few days later we showed up and bike was marked $4500. We objected to the price and were told that the owner would call us the next day. No one called us so we showed up at the store. We talked with the owner at the front desk. He told us that the bike was $4500 and did not want to entertain any idea of his employees saying otherwise. He went on to print the brochure for the bike like we cared for the brochure. We told him we didn't care for the brochure and he said that the price was $4500 and didn't want to talk. He seemed very snippy and rude with his responses so we left the building and will not be going back for anything ever again.Read the bad reviews here. If you do end up buying anything at this store pray that you dont have to have the owner make things right.

Bought a gokart for grandaughter kandi gka 200. She absolutely loves it. Recently popped a link on the trails. Went to shop and they gave me a master link at no cost. Upon installing noticed drive sprocket was set from factory 1/2 inch off from rear sprocket.. back sprocket is shot from deing so far off. Owner told me just bring it down and he will take care of. Good selection and great prices. Check them out before you go anywhere else.
