I had an appointment for an oil change. They took me right in, changed my oil, rotated my tires, inspected my brakes, adjusted the air in my tires, reset my tpms indicator on the dashboard. They didn't try to upsell anything or give me a list of stuff that's wrong with my car. I was in and out and on my way. Price was reasonable too.

I called here at 12pm on a Friday and was able to get right in to patch a tire. Brad at the front desk was very professional and helpful and the repair was done in 30 minutes. Not to mention, I was not charged for the repair. Quick, professional, and convenient service at Monroe! There s still good people out there believe it or not, I ll be back if i m in need!! Thank you!!

Scheduled an inspection online. Greeted rudely apon arrival. Shop was already open for 2 hours before I arrived but they claimed they tried to call me and tell me they didn't have an inspector on site that day. I had 0 missed calls, but I did receive a text saying my appointment was confirmed. When I attempted to reschedule the soonest option was in a week. This was odd to me because their website showed multiple open appointment slots. Whole encounter seemed fishy.

I recently went in for an inspection, and several things ended up being bad enough on my vehicle that they caused a failed inspection. (The tech who was inspecting my vehicle actually brought me out and showed me the bad parts and ensured I understood what was wrong with them, which i very much appreciated.)They, of course, offered to fix these things in order to pass my vehicle, but the cost of the repairs ended up being a bit passed my budget. Upon hearing this, they worked with me in order to find a solution to fit my budget. In the end they came up with a fix for one of the parts, that I'm sure caused them quite a bit of excess trouble, so that I wouldn't need to be charged for the complete replacement of the part.I feel that they may be a bit on the pricier side compared to some mechanics, but they are also quite knowledgeable and kind, which I feel makes up for it. Many places that I've been in the past I feel would not have gone to the lengths that they did here.

The staff is AMAZING here! I had a major problem with an oil change from another shop. The staff immediately took my car in and fixed this issue. I was traveling east from Syracuse and desperately needed help. Being far away I was nervous but the issue needed to be fixed so I could drive for a work conference. The staff finished the work quickly and I was on the road within an hour! The store manager and mechanic Matt were very polite and took time to explain everything to me. I appreciate their helpfulness to fix my car!

I was in a pinch with a bolt in my tire passing through town. Service here was fast and easy. The guys that work there were super friendly and kind. I highly recommend this place for auto and tire repair! Thank you again!

Nice employees, small clean waiting room for an automotive garage with a TV & plenty of magazines. They frequently mail you coupons for oil changes, brakes, alignment, etc. Once you are on their mailing list.

They were not able to work on my vehicle because the supplier they use did not have the part I needed so they referred me to another shop and did not charge me any diagnostic fee. The other shop was able to help me. Overall I say they were very professional.

I caught a flat about a block away from the shop.. I was lucky to have seen the shop and pulled in. I was greeted by the store manager who was very friendly and they offered me immediate service to repair the flat as they did not have my tire in stock. But I was able to purchase four new tires at a great price because they were on sale. I came in the next day for my tires and they got me in and out super quick and also offered a free courtesy inspection which made me aware of repairs needed that my personal shop never told me about. They got me in immediately again the next day for the repairs. I didn't realize how much more smoothly my vehicle could ride as I thought it was in tip top shape. I was thankful to have been next to a shop after my tire popped but I was even more thankful that I got lucky with a friendly atmosphere and good prices and great quality. They've definitely gained a new customer.

While traveling in from out of state I got a slow leak in a tire on my van. I didn t make an appointment - just showed up hoping they could help me because they were close to my hotel. They got me in quickly, found a piece of wire in my tire right away, and plugged it for me. Made it home safely! Thanks so much to these guys for the excellent and speedy work!

Been here twice, last year they quickly diagnosed the problem with my Jeep and gave me a couple of options. Was there today and the service was great and quick. Spoke with Tony at the front desk and he even gave me a discount on my oil change! Will definitely be back

Always a pleasant experience with this North Utica shop! I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation online the day before and they were able to approve my request quickly and work me into their schedule. The staff is polite, knowledgeable, and honest. There was a way to package my services cheaper than paying for everything separate and the owner explained my options but didn t pressure me into them. Overall I did save some money though! The service was quick and my car is running so much smoother now! I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

Went to Monroe to swap tires and get an inspection. Staff was courteous and professional. The manager Reuben informed me that that the tire machine was down and apologized but rescheduled me for next week. I was able to get my inspection done. I would have left 5 stars if Monroe would give their workers the proper equipment to get the job done. However the staff is obviously hard working and competent. I would recommend and will bring my business there in the future.

I Love a garage that will work with you and are honest and up front about prices and your options, even if those options don't include them doing the work. Those are few and far between and Monroe in North Utica is definitely one of them. Refreshing to have a garage prioritize helping you more than just making money off of you. I was surprised at a price, due to no fault of their own (actually due to the fault of another garage who was actually giving my car the wrong service for months, and they even took the time to figure this out for me and call them up and let them know about their mistake) and when I tell you they worked with me, THEY WORKED WITH ME. Well beyond fair and understanding. Highly recommend

Great experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived to this shop less then an hour before closing - explained I needed an oil change ASAP because I was traveling to FL that same evening. They happily squeezed me in. Tony, the store manager, was efficient and gave me a great discount. Thanks guys! Definitely recommend!

I was traveling on the Thruway and hit an object causing a wheel issue. I was able to get off at the Utica exit and stop in to get help. Tony and the technician were so helpful and friendly. I am grateful that they helped me out on a moments notice and were able to show me my issue with the wheel and change to the spare. Thanks to them I was able to still make my meeting that I was headed to. Great service!

Over the years I have developed an excellent relationship with Tony now running the North utica store. He has been great to work with. I'm currently out of state, contacted him and he was able to help me resolve a problem from another state. That's true customer service! Tony cares about his customers and I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for someone to service their vehicle to bring it to Tony and his staff!Sincerely,Mike

Great Service! Extremely helpful and fast! I came in with a flat tire right at closing time on a Friday night. Tony, the store manager was able to patch my tire and get me back on the road to Massachusetts. So grateful! This is what customer service should be!

I've always trusted this shop so when I had my heat shield become detached while I was driving I pulled in, and was met immediately by their representative in the parking lot. He could hear me coming and came out to greet me, and took my car into a stall immediately. You can't get better service than that. After removing the heat shield which turned out to be a little trickier than expected they refused to charge me for the fix. I have a big smile as I reflect on my experience today, because this shop delivered old fashioned service, and it is rare to have that kind of experience in 2020!
