This shop helped me so much, my car tires popped twice in one night! They got me In helped with the price financing worked with em for hours fixed the car. Was super sweet they fed me ! Mike was an excellent worker. I was stuck on valentine day ! Got me 4 tires for $75 a piece and then gave me an inspection and oil change and a whole bunch of other items I needed told me my car arms was broken !! Didn t even know cars had arms well they fixed the arms legs knew and toes. With a smile. They even gave me pillow to take a nap they were funny and heart warming! I would recommend this team if your car breaks down.. I would recommend this team to help deliver your baby ! Over all 10 stars

They were very quick and attentive. I called and they were able to get me in right away. When I arrived, my car was looked at immediately and I was informed shortly after what had to be worked on. The people were very nice and I got what I needed. I 100% recommend them.

Amazing,Amazing,Amazing experience!!!! I called and explained my issue with my tire and was told to come right on in. Hector made sure he resolved my problem as well as some other issue that he brought to my attention. He not only pointed them out but showed me to make sure I understood the importance of it & He worked out a great deal for me!!! He got me in and out and the customer service was TOP TIER!!, I couldn t have asked for a better experience and will be coming back for any car maintenance needed.

Ed and his team are absolutely phenomenal! As a woman I feel completely safe getting my car serviced at this location. Very upstanding gentleman indeed! If you are a woman, I highly encourage you to trust Ed and his team. No gimmicks and antics just straight business. When I come here I feel like not only do they care about my car, but they also care about me.

Ed was very professional and informative throughout my service. I went in for new tires and found some additional work needed to be done. They gave me a quote if I would be interested in the future. Ed explained everything and gave recommendations he gave me the whys and whats so I can make an informed decision. Overall great service!! I d recommend. They re genuine!

Shout out to Tyler and Hector and the guys at this location. We came in from Chicago and had a flat, they fixed it immediately and got us on our way. Everyone was kind and helpful! They were great!

I just recently had problems with my brakes and I didn t know where to go. I was referred to Mavis and they helped me so much. I was quickly attended to and they have such a great team there. I was more than happy with how everything went and i would definitely recommend anyone to stop by there if they have trouble with their car.

Excellent service (Ed, Mike and Pat). Friendly, fast, and efficient. They saved me a lot of money repairing my exhaust. Explained the problem and showed me exactly what was needed. Highly recommend and will definitely go back.

Misrepresentation of the price of inspection and 2 tires, once you get there they increased the price significantly.Then I noticed a valve stem cap was missing and only a couple of my lug nuts were torqued to spec; one little more than hand tight.If you just need an inspection and everything's good then they'll get you in and out and won't try to upsell you but Heaven help you if you need work done.

Had a great experience here. Mavis gave me a great price on mounting and balancing 4 new tires and an oil change. Even cleaned my brakes up to get rid of some noise I was having. Chris was great and was awesome to talk to!!! Even gave me some life knowledge :) It is so appreciated to work with people who treat you kind and try and work with you.!!

After another garage didn't mention when I booked an appointment that they didn't have a mechanic today, I called Hector and he said bring down. They took me right in and were very honest about what I needed done and what I didn't need done! These guys are my new mechanics for everything!

My tire ran low so I called to make an appointment for the next day. They asked if I could come in right then. I was surprised because it was 40 mins before they close. They found a screw in my tire and got it patched up. Even did an oil change for me and got me out of there in twenty minutes. These guys really are the best!

I got new tires and they didn't inflate them enough to turn off the dummy light on the dash. They left grime prints on my glove box and center console. They never put a new oil change sticker in my window.

I came in to get my tire fixed and changed. The guy at the front desk was very nice and took me right in as soon as possible. They were also very honest and just wanted what was best for me. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Store manager quoted best prices for every service I requested compared to other shops I visited. Suggested a service that I didn t even know was necessary and offered a discount because I was having so much work done at one visit. He put 2 technicians on the job to get it done while I waited. I m bringing my other vehicle in soon for a list of services I want done. Very satisfied!

I was on my way home to Binghamton when I noticed my tire was quickly losing air (I had issues with it for a few days).. googled the nearest tire center and found this Mavis on Oriskany Street. Made my way there and I was met with a courteous, kind staff who took my car right in. Tyler (my Technician) informed me that the plug they installed both inside and outside the tire was still leaking air. I asked if they could put my spare on, and he so graciously did so. (and this place was BUSY) When I went to pay, I was told "no charge" since they could not fix the problem. I started to cry... it had been an emotional week. I was in Utica helping my niece following surgery at Sloan Cancer NYC - my niece is diagnosed with terminal cancer. I shared that with the crew. Tyler immediated asked - Can I give you a hug?!!! which of course made me cry even more. Sometimes the simple kindness of strangers can change your world - and these guys - and Tyler in particular - did just that. I was safely back on the road, thanks to Tyler and Areal. And best of all, I received a much needed hug. Thanks Tyler (and Staff) !!
