It was my first time at Mavis and it was an exemplary experience. Marcus and his team is dedicated and passionate to their work. He did explain very well what I needed to know about the car service I came in for. I would definitely recommend this place and will come back for their service if my car needs to. Kudos to this wonderful Mavis crew!

Marcus and Shawn were absolutely great and professional! I came in on a Sunday after work and they got me right in no problem and even saved me some money! Shawn noticed a small problem and fixed it with no hesitation! I got 4 tires and an alignment they got me right in and out and again on a Sunday after I got out of work at 3pm :) highly recommend!

I brought my vehicle here for inspection, the gentlemen were able to get it in quickly- it did fail. However they were able to figure out what was wrong, give me a price range and fix it all (tires, brakes and rotors) in a short amount of time. I was shown to my car to explain why it failed. The employees were friendly and professional. Overall, happy with their service!

This is great place for your car service, and maintenance, always give good deal to costumer, also Marcus is good employer, treat his customer right , he asked you before he do anything your car, just check and make sure everything is fine with you

Great service at the Utica location on Genesee street. Came in for an inspection and new tires. Additionally, during inspection they found my break pads were worn and front left ball joint had slipped and cracked.I really appreciated that Marcus brought me in and showed me what was wrong visually and didnt just tell me.They had everything in stock to make the changes and get me set that day.Thank you Marcus, Miles and team for the excellent service!

Came late at night straight after work, legit 45 minutes before closing and they still took my car in for a lift and inspected it. I drove over a cone that got stuck under my car before work so I was concerned about possible damage/leakage. Thank god that they were open and accepted my desperate worried self. I highly recommend the guys here, they took their time with my car and definitely knew what they re doing. I usually don t trust anyone but my father (a mechanic) with my cars. Will be back in the future!

Marcus & Sean were very respectful and polite, I came in for an inspection Sean let me know my tires were pretty bad he had them swapped for me, got the inspection done on a Sunday. Highly recommend.

They tried to charge me $1,300 for front tires and front struts to pass inspection. I went to a small locally owned garage and got my car inspected for $10. Mavis sucks. Don't go.

I came from another shop to get a second opinion on my vehicle and spoke with manager Kyle and he made sure my vehicle was looked over the right way and my tires were checked and balanced , thank you for being honest and helping me to make sure my kids were safe in my vehicle !! One of the most honest places to go the people there are great

Scheduled an inspection easily online for the following day and they called to confirm the appt, which was great. Made recommendations about future maintenance/service with a quote, but weren t pushy about it. They re always super friendly and quick! Highly recommend them.Update on 3/24: I forgot I had scheduled an appointment earlier in the day and 2 hours after the scheduled appt time I called to see if they could still squeeze me in and they did! Marcus was great, super friendly and easy to work with. So appreciative they were able to get me in and I didn t have to reschedule.

Sean is amazing & very helpful, I had a flat tire I asked him if he could check it out and he did so right away. Unfortunately it was a hole in the side of my tire so I need to replace it all together but he was able to do that for me within 20 minutes. I was in & out in no time. Thanks Sean! - Danielle
