Lost one of our showroom windows here at Dent perfection . the guys at mauros glass were very prompt & professional . had us back to normal business in less then a day .. Thanks guys ! Much appreciated !!

Gmc Truck, Safelite wanted $800 more for same install. Mauro s was professional, quick and clean not to mention much cheaper than the competition. I highly recommend.

Love the service, professionalism and overall pleasant experience! Ordered an item (not from them, of course) with a mirror insert online, and it was delivered shattered. I called Mauro's, explained the situation, and was quoted under $30! I was so happy. Able to drop it off on my lunch one day and pick up the next day after work. They even offered to insert it themselves and everything, but I left the screws and stuff at home. The mirror was clean cut, and I've had zero issues. Highly recommend for all your glass and mirror needs!

Mauro s was hired by Carl s Furniture (mistake, I know!) to come fix a window that was broken during furniture delivery. Dominik told me they ll be out either Tuesday or Wednesday. Both days, no call, no show. I called yesterday, Friday, and they said they ll be out tomorrow, Saturday. Since I would not be home and I have double doors, I left the main door opened and they could let themselves in and fix the window. They held true to their promise and came and fixed the window (looks great). However, they left and never even shut my front door, left it WIDE OPENED! I stepped outside to check the mail and shut/lock front door and noticed there was broken glass ALL OVER THE SIDEWALK! Who does that? I will never recommend either company ever to anyone. Not Carl s nor Mauro s! I don t understand in this day of social media why a company would have such poor customer service.

They trimmed an inch off a 60 year old mirror for me in the middle of winter (the cold makes the glass more liable to shatter, and such a small amount is harder to work with than, say, cutting off 6 inches) as a walk in, gave me advice on how to remount the mirror, and loaded the mirror on and off my truck for me. Simple, efficient, inexpensive.

Mauro's previously fixed my window and a seal came off while I was driving so I called them to repair it and I was not very cordial in our conversation of which I had to apologize for because the seal was not put in rite from the factory but Dominick still got my car in rite away and fixed it as soon as I called. Good company, Solid owner.

It is going on two months since they were Called to fix the windows in my son s rental in Utica. Originally they said it would take two weeks to make the windows then install them. Every time they say they will be out this week they never show up. Never give any reason for the delay. It has been two months and they are still waiting for the 3 windows.Service: Window repair

The most horrible customer service ever especially the owner. Unprofessional. Constantly have to chase after them. nobody knows anything. Everyone tells you, you have to call back to speak to another person. if theres a negative button i'll hit a million time

They put a new back window in our truck but now the back defroster doesn't work & the seat belt is all out of wack. Greif, all they had to do was put it back like it should have been. We called & the guy said "I don't know anything about the defroster". Duh..........
