We just had our Prius Prime back heated glass replaced. Easy Auto Glass did an amazing job, very fair priced. Same day job. Super nice people. I called them Monday morning about a back window for my brand new truck The helpful lady Said yes, I could have one by 3 o clock For $200 I cannot believe it Shernoff, 3 o clock comes she had my glass Very very very helpful on what I had to do to change it. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

Great service, awesome work! A chunk of ice smashed our windshield in my truck while driving down the thruway. We had the truck towed and Easy Auto had the glass in stock and was willing to move their schedule to get us right in so we could get back on the road. They even dropped us off at Nail Creek to grab a bite to eat while we waited. Definitely recommend these guys!

Laura took very good care of us from the first phone call. Very kind and understanding. We had a car window smashed and she guided us every step of the way. Promptly replaced our window helped us get back to normal after such a terrible day. She ever brought the car up to my place of work. Her dad was also great. Thank you for doing this for us.

One fine Saturday, heavy winds ripped off the top 8' of a nearby spruce tree and spilled it into my driveway, obliterating the windshield of my parked car. Even though I guessed Easy Auto Glass were closed, I tried calling anyway, hoping someone might be in; as it went straight to the answering machine I hung-up & resolved to call them first thing Monday morning. To my surprise, Laurie (seeing my missed call) reached out to me first; I was impressed with the hustle and promptly called her back to schedule a replacement -- she got me in a mere two days later. Her father gave me a ride to a nearby coffee shop to pleasantly pass the time while she fixed it. It was ready within a few hours; I followed her instructions to help the seal cure (leave the windows cracked for 24 hours). It's been several weeks since and there are no defects as far as I can tell. Excellent experience all around.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I cannot express enough how thankful I am I found EASY AUTO GLASS in UTICA, NY. Laura runs her business with full of hard work, dedication, and knowledge. There is no better place than here when it comes to getting your glass damage in your car window whether replacing or fixing it. Laura knows how to make you a complete satisfied customer. Also, thanks to her wonderful father, my son and I got a ride to our apartment and and did not need to wait for the car to be done. Awesome business!!!!Better than those bigger companies out there. I normally do not post things and give reviews. Because of a bad storm I had to shatter a window. Laura assisted me in replacing it, and even picked my car up from me and dropped it back off to me at work. She made everything so easy and did everything she could to help me with what was and horrendous situation. I work in customer service. She went above and beyond and I can honestly say this is some of the best service I have ever received. I would and will recommend them to anyone. Thank you again.

Laura has a passion for what she does. Her work speaks for it self. She's very customer oriented. Always has a smile no matter what time of the day you may come in. Gives fair prices. When I biring my car in for glass change, I am confident that my car is in good hands. When picking up my car after her work is done everything is clean and ready to go. I strongly reccomened Easy Auto Glass to everyone!

My wife was stranded in Utica 6 hours from home with a destroyed windshield from a rock hit. Easy Autoglass worked with her over the weekend, drove 100 miles to get the correct windshield, drove her to and from the nursing home she was visiting and did a perfect installation in the promised time.These people turned a very stressful situation into a pleasant business experience and were kind and compassionate. This level of service is impossible to find nowadays, but Easy Autoglass deliver.I have told everyone I know about the incredible service we received in Utica for our windshield problem.If you ever need auto glass service, go the this great business - You won't be disappointed!

The owner went above and beyond trying to correct body and rust issues that were found under the windshield molding. They were extremely friendly, as well as, fast and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend for any glass repair.
