Sales staff were great very helpful and friendly. They worked to get a rate on my finance that was so much better than originally signed for and my monthly payment was significantly reduced! Great experience buying from them, love my new car!

The service was great, they paid good attention to details such as that I had a light out and I wasn't aware of it. Got that changed, got the recall issue done, and also the oil change that I had come for. I was most excited when my phone battery was dying and John went and grabbed me a charger! How to calm the savage beast!!! Most appreciated!Services: Brakes, Oil change

I received a recall notice on my car and Christine was quick to set up a time to pick my car up, which made life so much easier not having to coordinate a ride during work hours to drop my vehicle off. Rachel was very informative in regards to issues my car currently had, she even sent me videos so I could see exactly what the issues were. Billy was very helpful with guiding me in the right direction with questions I had to with my insurance and setting up my rewards account with Ford. I look forward to purchasing a new car with this team in the future!

Fixed rear end in vehicle but didn t change the axle bearing on the other side causing the rim to catch on fire in South Carolina.Also they ran the brake line over the axle in error, causing thebrakes to burn out.Had dealer in South Carolina correct the mistakes and put in a newAxle shaft.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took way too long. I was the first customer of the day for just an oil change and tire rotation. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes. The place is very nice, clean, comfortable and the people were friendly but, it should never take that long for and oil change and tire rotation.

I purchased a car from Don s Ford. After I said I would purchase the car, they took it to have it inspected and detailed. IT WAS GONE FOR 3 HOURS. My son drove the car home and said it was shaky. I didn t believe him at first because the test drive was perfect, so I drove it. It was horrible. I immediately took it back to the dealership and their service department said the tires were horrible and had flat spots. Nothing specifically against the service department, but this dealer sold me a car with horrible tires, which I believe they switched after I purchased the vehicle, because the test drive was smooth as butter. And this service department had just passed this car for inspection with tires with flat spots.

I scheduled a 7:30 am Express oil change and asked them to check on a leak they questioned on my last oil change between engine and transmission. I have never had an oil light come on, low oil or an oil spot under my car. I dropped my vehicle off the night before. I was told vehicle would have to go to main shop for a master mechanic to look at probably in the afternoon, but they would try to hurry it along. I said I made a morning appointment because I have other things to get done. They told me they would do their best. I only received the intake text and video. I called the shop 2 times to get updates. I never got my vehicle back until nearly 4 P.M. There was no leak. I realize better safe than sorry, however had I not had access to another person's vehicle I never would have been able to get to my appointments. I was not a happy camper. I am happy that there were no further problems with my vehicle, but almost $90 for a partial synthetic oil change seems a little high to me and that was after using my $10 rewards discount. Life is getting too expensive.Service: Oil change

Don s Ford has a great Service Department! Service Consultant John Mazza is especially good at his job. I had an issue with the tailgate latch on my F150 which caused damage to the tailgate. Since the problem was because of a recall John worked diligently to get me a new tailgate and recall parts.I would recommend Don s Ford Service Department highly to anyone.Service: Auto body & trim repair

My car (2019 Edge I named Walter) overheated on my way to work last week. I called Dons and made an appointment for Monday morning. I was able to get in, get my problem diagnosed, and have it fixed under warranty within 2 days! Based on the white smoke, engine knock and hard shifting I thought my car was going to be in the shop for a while. John kept me updated via text and let me know what was wrong (internal EGR valve leak) and when it was fixed. Walter is now running just as smooth as before; minus the coolant smoke. Couldn t ask for better service. Great work guys, thank you!Service: Engine repair

Front service desk employee extremely rude and condescending. Called my phone and left a taunting voicemail. I will never bring you my business again due to that employee, regardless of how well the actual service on my car was. I deserve better when I m spending $2,000 on my car getting worked on.

Service guys are great! From the guys working in the office to the ones working on my car. With an oil change and tire rotation, I was in and out and just a little over an hour. Great waiting area. Quiet and comfortable

I had an oil change and needed a new battery and air/cabin filter changed. This service took 3 1/2 hours while I waited there; then get in my car to have the car beep as if my tailgate is opened. I go back into the service area and the customer service worker comes out and gets in the car while a service tech comes with the air filter that was never changed. Had I not had to go back in would I have been notified or reimbursed for the air filter not being changed when paid for. Customer service worker took car back to service bay as the tailgate wouldn t open at all with the door, key or button. I was less than impressed that it took this long and that the filter wasn t put in. The customer service worker was very apologetic. After getting an oil change at another Ford dealership, I got a email from the DMV about needing a safety inspection. A few days later the car went into an alarm. Said to have my parking breaks checked now. I made a call to Don s Ford due to having a not so good experience at the other dealership. The lady on the phone got me an appointment for the next day. I really appreciated the extra effort she made in having to get me an appointment so fast.When I arrived for my appointment the lady took care of me right away. Before I new what was happening she had my car in the bay and had a technician working on my car.When she arrived back at her desk she had a list of all the recalls currently due for my car. She asked if I would like to have them done. I replied yes and went to the waiting area to wait for my car to get done with the inspection.When my car was done with its inspection I thought that I would need to arrange for the recalls to be done. But to my surprise, one recall was finished and she already ordered the part s needed to complete the other one.Service was way above my expectations, I plan on having my car serviced at Don s Ford from now on. Brought vehicle for an inspection of before a long trip. Staff very professional, welcoming and friendly and business itself. Extremely accommodating couldn t ask for anything more. Also had some recall. Repairs done quickly would refer to others for any service needs
