Scammer. Do not let them pick your vehicle up from the scene of accident. UPD calls them. They will hold your car and act as if they will repair it. As soon as the insurance is ready he tells you he can't fix it and you have to move it to another shop. Once you do this. Your insurance will not cover his storage fees. Bob was "smart" enough to try to commit insurance fraud while talking to my adjuster....we were on three way Bob. They were recording the call Bob. Not surprised you were able to get away with this kind of stuff considering your ties to UPD.

Bob towed my car away from a very bad accident that I was unfortunately in. The responders on the scene somehow didn t transport my cell phone, wallet, keys or jacket with me to the hospital. Bob personally brought my things to the hospital so that I was able to communicate with my family, order an Uber and get into my home after I was discharged which he didn t have to do. He answered all my phone calls and put my mind at ease regarding my car while I recovered. There are other things that he went above and beyond with that he, a stranger that never met me before, absolutely didn t have to do for me. I won t disclose them here because it s not in his job description. He helped me out so much in my very tough time that I would literally call him an angel.I will never forget his kindness.

Roadside assistance set these clowns up to tow me. After almost a two-hour wait (was informed they d be there in 60-90 minutes) I called back and found out they canceled the job without telling anyone.

Roadside assistance assigned them. They called to confirm details. Exceeded the ETA. Didn t answer the phone & message mailbox is full. Roadside assistance canceled the tow for a different place.

The worst with towing. Waited 2 hours just ti get my car towed and when they arrived, the lady had so much attitude I ask them what took so long and she left

Extremely overpriced for a tow! And he never answers his phone, literally NEVER!! I certainly do NOT recommend this guy, I was forced to use his services or I would not be caught dead doing business with him...
