It's great to see a business with the heritage like that of the Bick and Heintz Co. On more than couple jobs I've asked their assistance with they have been very helpful and willing to accommodate me when working on projects involving old trucks. Nice people to do business with.

I needed a custom driveshaft for my car. I sent in an email with what I needed. They called me right away, walked me through all of the measurements the needed and were patient on the phone as I crawled around under my car to check my measurements. Just a few days later they called to say it was ready. This driveshaft was perfect snd will more than handle all of the power my car has. I highly recommend this company!!

Brought a driveshaft in and they charged me an outrageous amount of money for u joints, a slip yolk and a balance, more than a new driveshaft, this was September. All of the weights have since fallen off and the carrier bearing they installed has wore down it s flange so there s just a washer around my driveshaft. Would not recommend ever

I have known the owners Bick & Heintz since I was about 10 yrs old. It's the kind of place that is hard to find a great family owned business. I highly recommend them if you need truck work done. They are great welders

Had a part on a Craftsman Bandsaw that was not available anymore. Brought it down to them on a friend's suggestion. They fabricated a replacement part for me and it worked out great. Saved me from looking for a new saw. Very reasonable and quick.

I went in for work to done on my car, unfortunately the part was not repairable. Al was very helpful in recommending what needed to be done for a less costly repair. Al also determined what it would cost for the labor. The information was very helpful. Al is very knowledgeable, he took the time to give detailed information. I would recommend Bick & Heintz to my friends.

Replaced u joints and balanced drive shaft , very poor quality work , u joints bind , balancer damaged , and looks like pieces of scrap steel from the floor were stuck to the shaft with bubblegum. When I questioned the work they became rude and ultimately a female rhino from behind the counter chased me out ! And she was far more threatening then all the guys forcing me to leave . Make the trip to Syracuse!

Rude people old fat man try to scam my son 500$ when it was just 20$ spark plugs replacement people are rude and unfair
