Last night (Saturday, 2/17) during a white out, my nephew's battery died. After a jump from a neighbor, they were willing to put in a new battery just before closing, and were so kind and supportive. They've earned my business for the future!!

Paid cash for a transmission fluid and they refused to return my cash. Pretty petty for $12 bucks.

Came to the store to have a test ran to see why my Honda CRV isn't starting right away, was told it was a bad alternator. Bought the part from them and still had the same problem. Went back to let them know the problem still exists and was told I needed a battery. Guess what, my CRV is still doing the SAME thing! They don't care they will tell you whatever to take your money. Just go to a mechanic, lesson learned!

Not a fan. Staff was rude and didn t seem to know what they were talking about. You re much better off googling car information and buying parts online. More accurate and less expensive & if you re in a pinch, I ve had much better experience at advanced auto. This location in particular I would avoid. I never plan on going back.

Decent on the price for parts, but don't expect them to know exactly how to install a low beam. The guy plugged it in and placed the bulb in the headlight assembly without locking it into place. Definitely created a unsafe experience.

I had some battery issues. They tighten the terminal connection fixing the problem. They could have tried to up sell me on a battery I didn't need but they were honest about it. Thdy fixed the issue without charging me and sent me on my way. Very thankful!

Excellent customer service, they even went outside and helped me put my windshield for my car. They helped you to get the more affordable price for the merchandise you are looking for. All i can say is. I hope they keep the multicultural staff because they all speak different languages and i saw how they were able assistance each one of the client. I found that fantastic for AutoZone Auto Parts.

I was able to get the adhesive I needed to put my interior rearview mirror back on. And the gentleman that I asked for help finding it was very helpful and even explained what to do. And now I have a fixed mirror.

Needed some assistance with installing my new wipers, they were installed by a very nice employee. Pretty honest and knowledgeable on vehicles. Great to see that you can ask questions and not have to pay out the backside

This Job can be very stressful and challenging trying to understand those that don t speak good English or trying to get effectively communicate to people how a cars check engine light. Every model has its corks. Sometimes you have 15 people in front of you. You try to cash people out who are ready to leave then help those who needs back shelf parts picked. And hoping the computers or software is correct and don t crash. Your suppose to have the answers and get people out the door quickly when many people in the store. But good group of workers you try and learn everyday.

Person behind counter gave me the wrong part, even though I handed him the exact one I needed. Also charged me 5 times the price for the item I bought, causing me to have to make a return trip for refund. Got the correct part the first time at my local NAPA.Isolated incident, though, usually no problems purchasing parts. This particular visit was very unsatisfactory, however.

Another quick stop, ran in to get a replacement turn signal light. They were friendly and directed me to where they stocked them. I was in & out in a couple of minutes, a lot faster than if I had gone anywhere else.

Was in a pinch for a new battery and Rachel and her manager went above and beyond in their help and service at a critical time. Very professional and caring. Would go back there again for any of my automotive needs.

Had my headlights go out right at dusk on a Friday night. Wearing a suit I was not prepared to battle changing them. Had to get out of town. Ran in to A-zone and Taylor sold me the right stuff and put them in in moments. Right price, good customer service and no grease on my suit. Thanks!

In the past I have had nothing but good things to say. However, today I purchased wiper blades and had the store install them. First they installed the wrong size and after correc ing that, one flew off as I drove away.

Staff is always helpful and knowledge. Great deals of oil and filters. I get premium Mobil1 oil and an extended life Mobil1 filter for usually $25-$30 after tax, where normally the oil alone goes for that much at Walmart or Amazon.

People don't know what they are doing here I would still recommend going to Herkimer even if it is farther people have no clue what they are doing. Manager really needs to train them a little better.

Auto zone is really best car parts store around they always have grate service if they dont have part in stock usually its there next morning.Chek engine light on they put it on computer and tell you what's wrong for free not like some mechanics trying to charge from 20 up to 60 bucks for doing that. Auto zone do it free and you don't have to buy part there they give u code and name of the part and you can go buy it anywhere you want.if u need to charge your battery they do it to for free usually in hour hour and half the most and what I like when u looking for part u always have option same part with different prices like brand name makes difference or warranty or some part usually get rebuild and they are like new and those parts usually are A lot cheeper I know other stores have those things but auto zone is always with best aervice and workers dont mind getting out and getting dirty just to halp you I just want to say tnx. Grate service and product I never left disappointed.

Simple stop, just needed a new turn signal bulb, guy pointed to where they were located. I was out in a couple minutes. The place was clean organized.

This is a place that if you need something for your car then this is it. If your maintenance light comes on then this is a place where you can go to at least find out what is wrong. The very professional, friendly Staff will come out and plug your cars computer into their machine then tell you why the light is on.

The sales staff here are so very knowledgeable of your a thur z auto product needs etc... You can save big money bucks there... there sale staff treat all customers with respect , professionalism
