The person or people working at this buisness are so disrespectful. They called my place of buisness yelled at my coworker and called her despicable names because we were not able to ship out parts today due to it being a union holiday. We will not tolerate this type of behavior from a buisness.

I had called to purchase a vehicle a while ago. That being said, I had a great experience to start. I had payed thousands upfront since traveling to NY was tough for me. I trusted this place which was a big red flag. The following months were void of information as to my purchase, paperwork was delayed to the point that I stopped receiving contact from this place altogether. I would call and no one would pick up, 3 contacts of people and no one would answer. I made it clear I wanted my money back but again was ignored after I was told to wait 2 weeks for a refund. I have not forgotten, and plan to get a settlement done. Do not recommend this place to anyone who values their money, trust and time.

If you wanna be lied to, ignored and deemed incompetent. This is your go to place. You worried about your car? Expect no response. Put a down payment for one of their auction cars the sell? Consider that money gone. They will tell you a time frame when the car will be done and then you ll wait and hear excuses. Good luck to anyone that comes.

They have been servicing my cabs for a few years now. I am so happy with the work they do, their customer service and the the turn over. Very professional. Henry is the MAN!!

Do not I repeat do not go to this shop they are very incompetent they don't know what they're doing I bought my Volvo XC90 to these people they didn't have a clue on what to do to fix my problem if you like your car and you value driving do not bring your vehicle to this place do not also you have to understand something ladies and gentlemen when you take your vehicle are the reviews that you see are all from Spanish people and look who's working on your car and look who's the owner it's not rocket scientist stuff here choice is yours just remember one thing don't say I didn't tell you good luck they are not professionals so if you take your call there good luck there are a bunch of people from another country and continent that just is going to do just enough to get your car running get you out of there and send them money back home good luck
