No public restroom, not even for vulnerable individuals such as children.

I've shopped in Undilla store several times over the past 2 years. I shop there because their competition (Red Apple) dosen't have sub sandwiches or cheese steak etc. The manager (blue haired woman) doesn't make here own son or his girlfriend wear mask in the store and social distancing isn't a factor for those two either. The real reason I am writing this is because I went there this evening 6:15 for a sub sandwich. I ordered an Italian sub. The toppings I wanted weren't available. Hence, no provolone cheese, to make this note shorter. The only toppings available were lettuce, tomatoes swiss cheese, pickles and hot peppers. Not even onions. The only person there working (young girl) said her manager "never" leaves the sub station full.? Here we are on a Friday evening and nothing is ready to go on the sub station? It will be the last time I shop that store. I'd rather drive 6 miles to a store that puts customer service first.

This used to be one of my favorite places to stop for gas, drinks, or even a snack. The place is so horribly understaffed that the wait times have become unbearable. They have a single person making subs, ringing people out, making pizza, turning on the kerosene pump, etc I was in line behind 2 people and it took 20 mins

Who would of thought gas would be cheaper in NY? I honestly can't rate the help or store. I never went in. I used the express pass check out with my cc. What I didn't understand was paying .10 more putting on my card rather then paying cash. Not many carry cash these days. CC and bank card have taken over. You would of got 5 except for the extra .10 charge.

dirty, staff was rude, asked for two half subs and the person behind the counter was disgusting to me. the person making our subs used the same gloves after ringing people up to make our subs.
