The ice cream is always fresh with a Variety. Personable employees that are never rude to customers. Almost no wait in line. Fresh food served all day I don t think I ve ever had anything stale there. It s like a fast food restaurant on the go. The prices are fair they accept SNAP and public assistance. Great to have a quick bite to eat; stay or grab groceries for all meals that can last a couple days.

If I could give zero I would. Maybe if you don t like making iced coffees you should find a new job loudly complaining that you have to do your job that you get paid to do right in front of the manager who said nothing about your behavior Cassie go find a new job that requires you to sit in your A and do nothing smfh

Bathrooms always dirty, cramped parking and driving around pumps, but manager Cassie is a piece of work. I noticed another employee crying and I asked Cassie for her name and she just totally ignored my request even though I asked a time or two more. Unimpeded, I made my way over to the other employee (Alexis) when she assumed another cash register and just quickly encouraged her to hang in there and told her I'd lift her up in prayer.

Stewart s is a staple of upstate NY. Always clean, stocked, and carrying just a little bit of everything you might need. Also the best milk & dairy products in New York.

There's a couple of employees that have helped us before that were just not happy either had a bad day or didn't like their job. Easier to review rather than make a fuss.On a side note: Please if your going to offer coffee. Be consistent with the taste after it's served.

Thanks for the coffee and cider donuts for the long trip back to Buffalo. The 2 ladies who worked that day (October 1st, late morning) were very nice and helpful when I needed assistance. I hope to stop by again next year when we return. Happy holidays to all of you.

*Edit:* Fine, pressure me into adding words to my review! :)I'm kidding; I'll be fine. But more seriously, your folks are helpful, *useful*, amd you have a lot of those "little necessities" that you remember a minute too late...like "milk", for me today! Or "batteries" for someone tomorrow, because they are the folks who will be open for a portion of Christmas day.Speaking of which, your milk is also excellent. I'm *super* picky about milk and yours is just simple "it's milk" milk, exactly like it ought to be. And I haven't had a spoiled one so far, either! Accidents do happen, but one hasn't happened to me yet!So...yes, you folks get one of my grudging and rare 5-stars. Your people and your stuff are excellent.

Great customer service and delicious beer selection! I wish there were a few more local beer selections but, good convenient place to stop! The ice cream is absolutely delicious!!

Come there to get one of my client 2jelly donut line very long ask Alexis if she could open up she said she busy can't and laughed at me man behide me said wow she turn and yelled at me saying shell kick me out ,

Counters were filthy, bathrooms were filthy, even the staff was spouting filthy language....most Stewart Shops are great, this at this time was horrible.
