I had an issue that I believe should have been taken care of before I took delivery of the truck. The service rep advised they would be willing to pay half of the cost of repair. I discussed this with Matt McNerney and explained why I believed the dealership should pay for the entire repair. Matt spoke with the Dealer and he address to have convinced the dealership pay for the entire repair. Good customer service.

I must say, this is a WAY better experience than I had with Royal chevrolet in Cortland. After buying the new/used 2019 RST vehicle from them, I had the transmission slamming in every gear. They couldn't get me in for 2 weeks because they didn't have a loaner. I only had the vehicle 6 months. I was so angry everyday driving it to work because I had no other wheels.McNerney Chevrolet is my go to now especially after I saw Royal had sold a stolen vehicle a couple of months ago..Thanks for the repairs.

Drivers seat was starting to tear. Dealership looked at it, ordered a new cover and replaced it in a day once it was in. It was quick and the new seat cover looks great.

Greeted when I dropped vehicle off by Shane in the service department.I waited while my vehicle was serviced. Pleasant waiting room, with coffee if wanted.There is plenty of seating, with reading material or tv. Car was serviced in a reasonable time,and as I lease my vehicle, the service was covered. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Saturday, I was all over the Southern Teir, stopping and starting all day and the truck never missed a beat. Got up Sunday morning, my truck wouldn't start. Charged the battery, truck took right off. Half hour later, nothing/dead. As soon as I got it going again I took off to Tully. Got to Jack McNerney's around 8:15am, no appointment no nothing. The service manager did not hesitate, and took my truck right in for some tests. After about an hour, found the issue, and explained what needed to be done. They had my truck all finished within the next hour.Debbie at the service desk helped me with using my Chevy points, and cut my bill in have of what the estimate was, can't thank her enough!Talk about customer service!Thank you both for all you did and being so understanding and professional....... These places are hard to find. Thanks again.

I was up visiting family from GA on leave and my car broke down. Thanks to them my car was fixed fast and I even got a military discount. I ve worked in dealerships before the military and I can undoubtedly say there customer service is by far the best in the biz.

After I totalled my Traverse I found the exact same vehicle I was looking for searching online. I was desperate to get something quickly. Had to drive 2 1/2 hours so did everything on the phone. Very friendly..very accommodating...called and explained recall...and told me of 2nd recall...and was willing to do oil change while they had my car .....willing to pick car up from my work and bring it back (Lucky to work so close...but still very nice they can do this)

My son and his family had a breakdown on rt 81, Tully. The folks at McNearney Chevrolet got them up and on the road again in a couple of hours. Five stars is not enough!

Had my truck in for a recall and inspection. Was notified that it wouldn't pass due to wiper blades and license plate bulb harness corrosion. Denied repair and took it to my regular mechanic. He found a bulb broken in the socket and stated the harness wasnt corroded and was still in very good condition. I'd say your tech was too lazy to replace the bulb. My mechanic also stated he had to look very closely to see a 1/4" tear at the very tip of the wiper blade. Both blades were working perfectly. This is the number 1 reason that I dont take my vehicles to a dealership for repairs! If i cant trust you enough to do the little things honestly, then im a fool to bring it to you for anything else!. Dealerships give THEMSELVES bad names in this industry.

5 stars for McNerney Chevorlet! When my check engine light stayed on, they didn't hesitate to take my car in asap; and as always, the problem was diagnosed and fixed. The service department is always spotlessly clean and the staff is friendly and courteous. They were prompt and the service was done in a reasonable time frame. I was advised that a service of the brakes was advisable to extend or at least make the most of the life of the brake system. While I could have done the job myself I opted to leave it to the professionals.I also enjoyed the music that was being aired in the waiting area.

Second time that oil spilled on engine under hood on various engine parts during oil change.
