Discovered a dent on my truck from someone backing into it in parking lot. Took to Jack McNeeny to see if it was a easy fix. It was not. The took pictures so once I contacted insurance Co the could sent the pictures and estimates. Parts were ordered the next day. I dropped truck off on Monday and had beck the next Friday. Great communications and friendly. Great experience to work with.

I recently had an accident due to ice and had a fair amount of damage to my 2023 kia sportage hybrid. Jack McNerney took care of the service and body work needed to restore my vehicle to like-new condition. They kept me informed through the whole process and made it as easy as possible. Tanya was a great help!

I was rear ended July 23rd. The trunk was a little pushed in but noticeable, there was a dent that was very noticeable next to my license plate and my license plate was bend in. I was a little hesitant not knowing how exactly they would fix my car without replacing any parts. But when I got my car back in 4 days, it looked brand new. I am very satisfied with the outcome and on top of that, the employees and owners was very polite and listened to every concern I had. I highly recommend and I will continue to go to them from now on!
