Avoid this shady shop at all costs. Audi dealership sent them my car after it was hit by another car. Expected a quick fix damage was minor & the other car had already accepted full responsibility. The actual repair took more than 2 months & I was almost forced to pay $15K out of pocket all because of their greed, incompetence & deception. Initial 3rd-party appraisal was $3K with 10 hours of labor. The shop s estimate skyrocketed to $23.5K with 94 hours of labor [!] all for a $50+K car with minor damage. Added $1.5K to the final bill even after re-appraisal bringing total to $25K. Insane gauging. They went ahead with the repair without insurer s authorization or my approval. Refused to send me the estimate breakdown even when requested. Shady dealing if not outright fraud. They didn t find out that the other party s car was insured for $10K max until halfway through the repair. Utter incompetence as verifying insurance coverage should be the first thing on their list. Knowing that they blew the insurance diligence, they forced me to pay the $15K out of pocket because I gave the authorization even though I d never communicated with them or seen their estimate before they started the repair!Again, find an honest/reliable body shop elsewhere unless you want to go through the same emotional & financial distress.Service: Body & Trim

I really wish I can give them 0 stars. The customer service is HORRIBLE. The people were all rude and very disrespectful. Chris insulted me many times. Hope he gets fired. Worst auto shop I ve ever went to. Save your time.

Rear bumper repair & paint job (matching) was excellent on my Audi 2009 A5. They also went above & beyond servicing other "minor" body imperfections /performance improvements on the car as well. It was like a brand new car after the job was done. Giovanni's attention to detail and white glove treatment of my vehicle cannot be overstated.

I found Giovanni s on Audi of America s website when I was in an accident stranded on i287 one night. They sent a tow truck and towed it to the shop, drove me home and the next day we went over everything. They handled the insurance, rental car, etc. The quality of the work was incredible and the car looked better than ever before. They used all OEM parts, gave me an itemized report from the insurance of every part, explained everything, and were timely throughout the process. You can eat off of the floors in the shop thats how clean it is. I was extremely satisfied with the work done to my car and would recommend this place to anyone, especially with any Audi, Mercedes, or Porsche since they are a certified body shop and have invested a ton of money and time to achieve that status.

A good collision service to get your high-end vehicle fixed (via insurance hopefully) that unlike other mechanics make sure the job is done right and that everything's put back where it should be. I've had situations where Giovanni has done major paint work on my CL 600 Mercedes that I must say I couldn't even tell with paint sonic meters which is testament to quality.

These guys fixed my brand new Audi 2018 A5 Sportback worked wel with the insurance company and make my car look brand new again. Giovanni and his manager Ken were amazing to work with highly recommend.

Giovani and his team are extremely professional and they really take good care of your car in the event of any accident and you need repairs.They do a great job and I recommend them for all AUDI body works.

A friend took my car here to get repaired and took a chance while I was away so i wouldnt find out being that I am a autobody man and painter and work for bb paint distributors inc. And color master inc as a tech for ppg and akzo Nobel I noticed the repairs because they fixed a few things I never got around to fixing not because poor quality but because they went the extra mile and made such a great repair so on my behalf great job and keep up the great outstanding worksmanship

Took my car here after it was recommended by the person Towing my car this was a big mistake I should have followed my gut and never took my car to this place they took forever just to fix my car, overcharged me and to put a cherry on top of the cake when I got back my car they did not install the steering wheel properly
