I came in to get some food in the middle of the night. I picked up a fruit cup which was labeled as packed fresh on the same date, a strawberry gogurt, a small Cracker Barrel cheese stick and pretzels. When I opened the fruit cup the fruit was moldy. The gogurt tasted like spoiled milk like it had been left out of the fridge for a while, and the cheese had an odd metallic taste that Cracker Barrel's cheese sticks normally do not have; leaving me to believe they were also left unrefridgerated. The pretzels were fine. This completely ruined my night since I had nothing else to eat and 3/4 products were rotten. Appalling.

This is the Byrne Dairy I use as the benchmark of quality that I measure all other gas station convenience stores against. It's open all the time and they make decent food. The staff is just the best, bless thier hearts.

Coffee and donuts are always fresh and delicious! Staff are always friendly and willing to help in any way. One night at around 2 a.m., I had the worst toothache ever. My poor husband rushed to Byrne Dairy in search of anything that would make me stop crying out in pain. Unfortunately their Ambasol was out of stock... The cashier ran out to his car and came back with a brand new item he had purchased for his girlfriend. He gave it to my husband for free! Now that's customer service!

The Byrne Dairy and Deli Stores are great little convenience stops that meet a variety of needs while traveling. We stopped to get gas and got some sandwiches at the deli. They were huge and delicious!

The worst when you ask for a milkshake. Every time the staff act like they are put out of their way to make a milkshake. I don t understand how this hasn t been addressed yet.

I have had some of the worst customer service by One person. She is always mean, doesn't look up from her phone, and is constantly talking/yelling to other employees in other parts of the store. Barely says three words to the customer. Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. The first time I thought maybe she was having a bad day, but it has been every time since. I honestly try to avoid going in if I see her at the counter.

I have been to three Byrne dairy one in Ithaca and the other in Cortland n.y and have never been treated the way trumansburg n.y one they treat people, one thing is there will be 3 employees and I will be standing at the register for about 5 minutes before anyone speaks to you . Well this one particular day I went in to trumansburg Byrne dairy and there was 3 employees working one was doing coffee, the other one was stocking the shelf's ,and the rude one was filling the hot case and told me someone will be right with you so I said no problem,waited 5 minutes and I signed so the women put the hot food in case ,then yelled at me and said " I have been here all night , so you can get your coffee and gas ,I said we'll people come here cuz it's a convenience store and have to get to work ,then she refused to ring me out because of my attitude and told me to lose it ,so I said you can ring me out or I can talk to management so she rang me out and then said have a good day and lose the attitude.so if I can avoid that Byrne dairy I will .rude employees very .

I was made a pizza by Seun and let me tell you it was the best pizza I have ever tasted. He had very good vibes he was playing some fire music and was very friendly. Byrne dairy please protect this man at all costs!

So I'm not one for doing reviews this place is the worst their mid day to night staff are rude and will kick you out of the store for not doing their job for them you ask for 5 gal's of fuel and they don't even know how to ring it out unless you walk them though it and when you call them out on something they act like child's very rude and won't come back shur save better prices and way better staff

Services was straight up horrible. 3 ladies standing behind the counter talking about nonsense stuff. I had to yell to get their attention. Worse Byrne Dairy I have ever came to. Will never stop here again.

I visit regularly, usually for a quick lunch. Wasnt quick today. Took ten minutes for deli person to serve my daughter. Out of salads (which I understand can happen but threw our orders off). No free drink with wraps as somehow for today tea didnt count as it always has before (same price as sodas).

Byrne dairy has the best sandwiches for being a convenience store. I would have rated them a 5 if an employee had not gone into the bathroom right near where we chose to sit down to eat... Let's just say it's a good thing they have seating available outside which is where we finished our giant sandwiches.

Not a store you wanna go to during the day! It's never stocked and the staff sucks! However if your ever in there during the night after say 12 o'clock, the store is usually staffed by one guy! That one guy can work circles around 3 people. On top of that his customer service skills are off the charts! Keep your eyes out for Seth! Somebody give this guy a raise he deserves it!!

Ordered a pizza with extra cheese and extra sauce pepperoni peppers and onions sausageI got very little sauce , pepperoni, onions, pepper sausage they put the toppings on top of the cheese the cheese is ta be on top this was the worse place so far

New girl working there today. She wanted to charge me $4.89 for a half gallon of milk. When I asked if she was serious, she got snotty and said yes it costs $4.89. Nice customer service!

So happy they are open this long late hours. When running low on gas, late at night, it's a relief to see their lights on and their pleasant helpful staff.

The staff here is pleasant and helpful , Marisa is an amazing employee , she not only takes care of the deli she will drop what ever she is doing to help out on the registers ! This is a great little store !

I love having a Byrne dairy in trumansburg n.y very nice place , the stuff is fairly nice except this one older employee she is really rude, would be a better experience if she could lose her attitude with customers.

Best deal for good coffee. Buy a mug and get free coffee all day in Tuesdays. Depending on staff you can wait long in line.

Poorly stocked...Everytime I go in for something they are out of it. This time it's No creamer in the dispenser for days, and no regular creamer cups... err

Ordered an Italian rap asked for extra Chipotle and mayonnaise person gave me attitude , Very stingy On vegetables, And cashier on her phone along with everybody else in store not very good customer service on today's visit.

It was better when they sold pizza under $7. They raised it to over $12 for a single topping pizza and unfortunately lost my business.

Please do not let your employees Skoff at a patron who chooses not to give a dollar to the Jude children center. Horrible customer service!!!

Need to restock the bathrooms more frequently. Otherwise the store is clean and just a standard gas station store.

Use their member card, good sandwiches, most of what you want for a short trip, or on a day trip
