I called up Victor today for help with a lienholder transfer and he was the most kindest most helpful person you can ever encounter! I felt as if I was being a nag to him because i needed him to fax some information for me and he put his time aside just to help me! He even sent his son to go get paperwork notarized for me in an urgent manner! These guys are 10/10 with their professionalism and i definitely recommend them!!

Good place and good service. I bought a 2010 Chevy traverse last yr. Still running strong couldn't be happier with it, and my family loves it as well. Victor is very professional and flexible. He does what he can to get you what's right for you.

Just bought a car a few days ago. The father & son duo are impeccable. Everything went smoothly and I am completely satisfied with my Subaru Outback. Me and my children will enjoy this for a long time. Would definitely recommend going.

I purchased a vehicle a little over a month ago from Victor Sr and Victor Jr and I'm nothing short of happy! They are honest, straightforward and had me driving a good reliable vehicle out of their lot in a couple days! Great service, work with you and I cant stress enough how honest and fair! Glad I went there and in the future will definitely go again!

Boy what can i tell you about this place. They go above and beyond for their customers. We highly recommend this company. I have gotten three different cars from here. Never had an issue. If you do they schedule you right in and do the work on site. The father Victor Sr is a very nice man. Knows about vechicles. Victor Jr is a great person also. Got us right into our Jeep Liberty. They are the best place in Troy. You will not be sorry. Visit them on your next car shopping trip. You will not be disappointed.

Just purchased a 2012 GMC Sierra from victor and it was an amazing experience! Great sense of humor and he made the whole process very simple but yet very professional. Gave me a very reasonable trade in value for my old truck. Couldn t be happier with the experience and the GMC. I will be spreading the word about him and his father. His dog is also very good company! Thanks again Victor!Just waiting for that picture

Love these guys!!!! Great family owned business and friendly honest service. On my 3rd vehicle now and I couldn't be happier. Its great to go somewhere and have shopping for a new car made easier and less stressful. I totally recommend this place if your looking for a new vehicle.

I had a great experience buying my car with victor and his family . I felt comfortable and most importantly I felt like they didnt try to get over on me with pricing or anything. Also they are very understanding when it comes to late payments . They make it their business to communicate consistently. I love this place .

Victor is amazing and very generous. He was very good to me when I went in there to get a vehicle. He knew the hastle i was stuck in and he took care of everything I needed. I definitely recommend victor if you are looking for a good reliable vehicle. He will not let you down he will try his hardest to do what he can for you. It was the best ever car buying experience I ever had they treat you just like family. Bought a nice car from victors. As soon as I left the shop I felt a really weird flutter and heard a cracking noise it was my tire rod which they replaced I Then mention the flutter in my car The dad acted like he needed to keep my car overnight to check out the problem but I work in my car so that wasn t an option I mentioned it to him again after and it was still no response about it finally he sent me to a place who said it s a tuneup which is $300 mind you I just paid 2500 on a down payment and because I m over 1000 miles like I said I work in my car he said it isn t his problem the son is very nice but I haven t spoken to him about this the dad kinda just laughed off my problem like it isn t important very UNPROFESSIONAL

I could not be any happier with my Vehicle, the service or the price. I'm so happy I went in. I had so many reservations and troubles finding something in my price range, that could approve my finances. I thought for sure I would have to risk buying another Facebook lemon. When I spoke with Victor and Allen it was like a Godsend. To hear " We can work with you". All the car lots I've been to and spoken with all promised the very same. But at triple the price and I was never going to be able to meet the financial qualifications. Thank goodness for these guys. Their stock is suprisingly newer models and they're all models everyone can pick from. Not only did they work with me. I called, test drove and was approved right than and there without having to go through the bank. They even inspected an plated the car. When i came back to pick up my new Jeep. They even gave me 20 dollars to make sure I had gas to get home. The payments are so reasonable I will pay this off in half the time. Seriously, the perfect buy here pay here with some wonderful staff. Call them. Check out the inventory. I'll always send my friends and family to them.

Cannot recommend Victor enough! This is our third car purchase from him and all three vehicles have been excellent! With the easiest, least stressful, transactions in our car buying lives. Since the time of our first purchase we have moved an hour away and we still make the drive to Victor s to buy our cars. Five stars in every way possible!!!!!

Quick to get 3000.00 to get a vechile waited three days to them to give us the run around. Go back to get out money knowing we gave cash we get a check that s going to cost to cash. After everything was changed over with insurance.Okay but see the difference is we did get approved with what he had and 1000.00 dollars less than what you got. We pick up his truck next week. Have a great day

Extremely satisfied with the services provided by Victor. Very professional amd well mannered. I was nervous about getting a car at a dealer because of my credit. When i went Victor was very helpful and provided me with options. Definitely recommend going to Victor to find the perfect car for you.

Victor and his family are amazing !Lets not forget the cutie Gino ( their dog ) .Victor helped us find a car and get it done within one day . As soon as we found the car we liked he filled out the paperwork and we were good to go . Hes beyond dependable for cars ! Would DEFINITELY recommend them

All of you buy used cars and expect to run like new ! get real. How long a used car has to be warranted ? I have purchased all my vehicles from them, fair guys and nice to do business with. For every action, there is a reaction . So, don't bring nonsense and expect people to treat you like a king or queen. They' ll work with you and so forth. Just don't drive a car for a year and expect the people to fix it for you free... Come on man. Just my 2 cents lol

Oh my goodness I was in desperate need of a vehicle and my co- worker told me about Victors Auto and boy let me tell you they were so good to me and there was no pressure. I wanted a Lexus, but they sold it and once he pulled the 2013 Passat Volkswagen out I test drove it and knew I had a keeper. I highly recommend there business to anyone who has bad credit and looking for a buy here pay here dealership.

No not I repeat do not buy a car from here my insurance lapse and they towed my car back to the dealership and I had to pay for the tow getting my car back and he told me that if I have my insurance lapse again he will repo it and I will be out of 5000.00 I never experienced that from a buy here pay here, company, I wish I can give 0 starsWill be talking to my lawyer I have a clicking sound still in the car after it got fixed

Horrible place to buy a car. Fred is very very very rude. Bought my car from them about 3 months ago. My sunroof keeps leaking, on its 4th replacement. Car over heats after driving 45 min.(have to drive with heat on so it doesn't with a one year old.) They said I have to pay to fix it even though I bought the 6 month extended warranty. Horrible place to go will never go back nor will I refer them to anyone. Stay clear. Very grimey people. Don't know how they stayed in business so long.

I bought a car in August 2016 there was problems from day 1. Air conditioner didn't work and when I took it back to get fixed it still didn't work. Because the car was my only mode of transportation I overlooked it and said I would just go with out the air conditioner. Then the window wouldn't roll down anymore and although it was the same window they were working on before we purchased the car they said they wouldn't fix it because it wasn't covered under warranty. Then 4 months later in December the car broke down when I was coming off an exit on to Central Ave. I missed a day of work and had to take it to the nearest car shop. It was $1000 for the repairs. Found out the whole bottom of the car was rusted and anti-freeze and oil leaked. By February everything was leaking again but I didn't want to put anymore money into it at this point especially since I was still making payments to New City Funding monthly. So I just kept anti freeze and oil in the car to fill up as it showed signs of being low. Then one day in February it just wouldn't start anymore. Now it is March 7 months later and I am done with the car and called the bank to come get it. This is the first car I ever bought that I needed to make payments and I am devestated and never want to do it again. Don't buy from them they just make the car looks nice for a sale but never really fix the problems. And it took them so long with my first repair of the AC that my warranty was already up before I got a chance to notice any other problems. I wish I could attach a picture because it still looks great just doesn't run anymore after 7 months.
