Seriously, the rudest sales service. I was in the building and the man refused to leave his desk and answer questions for me. Actually ignored me. I called hoping to get information as I was ready to purchase a Honda 4 wheeler and accessories for my pioneer. He was condescending at best. Will happily spend my money elsewhere.

I wanted to give Troy city a chance. I have been looking for a motorcycle and they are local to me. Any other place that to do go to look at they allow you to sit on the bikes with no problem. The older man that works there huffed at me and rolled his eyes when I asked to sit on a bike that I was ready to buy cash in hand. That made it very hard to even ask questions to this man putting me into a very uncomfortable position. I have decided that if that was an inconvenience to him then my business isn t needed there and I ll purchase my bike elsewhere. I will not be going there for a single thing.

TO ALL TRUCKERS!!!!If you are a truck driver delivering here, don't take the load especially if its weekend load, pick up Friday delivering here Saturday because they don't accept deliveries on weekends so you will be stuck here until Monday, in order to back up here you need to cut and stop two way street and back in on a blind side or go to turn around somewhere and back it up regularly plus stopping the traffic on a main street in both directions....And the person which was working behing the counter, angry old men with glasses red nose and white hair was so disrespectful like i come to steal something and not to deliver the goods which will make his some profit and money...So Disappointed IF YOU ARE TRUCKER AVOID THIS PLACE, IF I COULD GIVE 0 I WOULD BUT ITS NOT POSSIBLE!!!!!

Owner is the opposite of friendly and is a narcissist. In 2019 I purchased a 2020 CRF250r, later on down the road I realized the bike had a 250RL packages on it. So different gearing and throttle tube etc. I started to look closer at my paper work, half of it said I bought a 250r, half of it said I bought a 250RL. The badge on the bike says 250R so im not mad I just want my correct gears and throttle tube. So I call the owner and explain to him how they must of made a mistake, the owner then told me I was an idiot and that it was impossible. So that was the last time I did business with them unless I was in an emergency. The sad part is they have the cheapest prices out of everyone so it forces you to go there, but from now on I ll spend the extra $200 and handle business with decent people at Ronnie s.

Was noticed right away, got to sit on a few bikes. There is no test riding at this dealer. They offer financing and have a wide array of bikes. If you buy the bike there you get 10% off riding gear.

I had my 22 Honda Grom inspected here, and I was in and out within approx 25 mins. They have a wide variety of motorcycles and gear. I would recommend doing business here

Got new tires installed. When got home and checked it, found tires more then double max tire pressure and chain is very loose. Have to take it back to fix. Terrible

Bought my first motorcycle here. I'm super excited for good weather. Large inventory of all types of bikes. Chances are they will have one to suite your wants and or needs. Good selection of safety gear also. Excellent prices. The staff is friendly and helpful made my first motorcycle buying experience extremely easy and hassle free.Thanks Troy city garage!

Purchased a Kawasaki Z900, 3 weeks ago. Excellent Service, Rich was great. I read all the negative reviews, but I had a great experience. I went in on a Saturday, and the place was busy, I would have been 6th in line to get service, so I left. I called, spoke to Rich, he said Saturdays were really busy days, so I decided to go in on a Thursday. I was in and out in less than an hour with my new Z900 in hand. Great bike, great price, great service. What more could you ask for ?

Yes the bad reviews are true 100%,miserable atmosphere , unfriendly stuff no matter how good of a deal they would offer go somewhere else, you'll thank me later

Never had a problem in tell I had them work on my bike asked and paid for parts they never ordered or put on I also had them do my clutch plate and after 100 miles the plates where already destroyed I pulled them apart looks like they didn't soak them in oil before in stalling them and they didn't set my cable right now I have to spent more money to fix and they said they won't warranty there work or parts so I'm doing it my self

I went there last weekend to buy a leftover brand new 2018 ninja 400 and it was a great experience. I saw the negative reviews but I had no issues like others stated. Some of them seem like they came to this place with a chip already on their shoulder or were upset they didn't read or ask about the store policies. Since the ninja 400 was a leftover, I got an excellent deal. Their website is phenomenal. Everything has accurate prices, they fully disclose the freight charges, so I knew exactly how much cash to bring to purchase the bike. I had been following their prices since last year and waited until I could get a 2018 leftover. The salesman (sorry can't remember the name -- older, tall, thin with glasses) was excellent. I personally don't like being hounded by salesmen when I walk into a store, so it didn't bother me that I had to call over the salesman. He was watching us, giving us time to look over the bike. He was very friendly, the purchase took maybe 15min, and they got the bike ready to load within 20 min. He also helped load it unto our truck and tie it down, which was really nice of him. My boyfriend was also interested in seeing their Kawi Z400 and the salesman took it out for him to sit on it. We never felt rushed, nor were we treated poorly or like idiots. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a great price and wonderful customer service.

Part of my yearly oil change. They have been very helpful in judging my tire wear for my upcoming long trip. Always very helpful and has been much quicker to get an appointment.

Beware of Troy City Garage. I bought a battery in May of this year, it wasn t working and I broke down so I took my motorcycle to a repair shop and they checked my bike out and didn t find anything wrong except the battery. I had them put in a battery and took the battery that didn t work to Troy City garage it was just 2 months old. They wouldn t refund my money. They gave me another battery that I didn t need.They do not stand by their parts.I will never go back there to be ripped off again.

Stay away from these thieves. Wanted to buy a bike was told it could take up to 6 months to come in and I had to pay $600 to be put on a list for the next one. Was never mentioned a single time that they had a no refund policy. less than a month later the perfect deal came along locally and I bought it when called for my money back was told they don't give refunds when I said I was never told that was told we will give you back $500 and I should be grateful I was getting anything back. It had been less than a month they didn't have the bike or know when it was even coming just put me on a list so they were out absolutely nothing I said there was never mention of no refunds or I would not have put that much down when I was still looking locally. Jimmy said his time is worth something so apparently he feels I should pay him $100 to write my name on a list. He told me the no refund policy was on the paperwork THAT WAS SENT AFTER THEY HAD MY MONEY! This was all done over the phone. Then his next smug response was great "I never said there was refunds either" it should be mandatory to state just so you know this is a non refundable deposit especially when your not giving someone that receipt stating it until after you have taken their money! At least I know where to never bring my bike for service now! Spend your money elsewhere the salesman here are horrible as many others have stated and they will happily steal your money!

Do not do business here they will sell you new used quads that have hacked wiring and don t shift right without telling you. They ll tell you they ll take it back until you get to the store with it. Two days later and they won t take the newer junk quad back.

Not at all pleasant to deal with.I was sold a pre-owned motorcycle and found out about a week later that the rear tire was dated 2011. It was 12 years old!All my research online said that over 10 years, the tire degrades and is not safe to use. When I confronted the manager, he said there was nothing wrong with the tire. I would not trust my life riding with this 12 year old tire. I Proposed to pay for a new tire and requested that they put it on gratis. His response was absolutely not. I told him that a conscientious dealer would not allow a customer to use a tire that old. His response was "a deals a deal". Not only that, the week before I had spent $500 there on new tires for another bike because they were getting close to their age limit! After this encounter I told him I would not ever go there again. Buyer beware.

Had a fine experience buying my z900 here. Rich was very helpful over the phone and in person, and made the process very smooth. This was the first bike I personally have purchased at a dealer, though have been with my father at dealers many times before, and my experience at TCG was just as good as any I have had. Other comments mention Rich is short worded, but honestly once you start talking he opens up and is very helpful. The service staff was equally helpful in my service visits. Seems like there are a lot of haters in the reviews.

Very much like everyone else said I did not get that welcoming feeling. I went into the store yesterday to check out a bike i saw on their website. I was in the store for maybe 25 minutes before being greeted. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, the store was kind of busy but other employees did lay eyes on me and not say a word. I was actually about to get ready to leave before I took my last look at two bikes trying to figure out which would be a good starter bike when I was approached by an older gentleman name Rich. I asked him a couple questions about 2 bikes and he did reply with short answers. I guess he's more of a laid-back salesman not the pushy type but straight to the point type i guess. Anyway make a long story short I went in there today and again I was in there for maybe 20 minutes before being greeted. So due to the lack of customer service I would say its not a welcoming store but they do have a lot of cool stuff in there marked at reasonable prices. I am only giving them 2 stars due to the lack of they're customer service skills. As far as prices goes I don't know too much about bikes, scooters, and other stuff but the prices seem reasonable....

I Purchased my first bike from this place about 9 months ago and my experience was not the best due to the lack of customer service. Last week Inwent in to look around and was greeted by Rich again with excellent customer service, We looked at a couple bikes together and I told him I'll be back. Today 1/21/19 I went in and I was greeted by Rich again. Rich is definitely an amazing salesman he's laid-back that's his motto. They're not pushy here which is great and I love that about them. Me and Rich talk again for a little bit and then I purchase my second bike from here, they gave me an amazing deal on a brand new bike and offered to hold the bike until the spring time. YES!! Great customer service at its finest lol..I would definitely be returning here more and more! Since my last review they made some improvements! At this point I will recommend anyone!

These guys are great I was planning on going to sportline motors to buy a new bike and they ended up calling me on my way there and telling me I couldn t pick it up today after I planned this for the last two weeks. I then was extremely sad so I called up Troy city garage and spoke to salesman Jimmy and he confirmed they also had the bike I wanted, so I went there instead and walked it out the door within an hour fantastic service. Would recommend this dealership to anyone!!

I recently bought a new ATV from Rich and had a great experience. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Paperwork was done in a few minutes, he showed me the ins and outs of the machine and told me what I should look for servicing it down the road. He even loaded it on my truck and threw in a free t-shirt. I saved thousands by driving 2 hours to see them and will definitely be back. Thanks Rich!

I've had almost a dozen tires either replaced or had a tube put in. Justin has been the main guy I've worked with and he's been nothing but friendly. Answers all my questions without an attitude and is a pleasure to work with. I've also dealt with the kids at the parts counter and they've been pretty easy to work with also. One of them seems to be on a high horse, but still not a complete a-hole. Getting some repairs done on my quad today and will post my experience after, since this is the first time I'm letting them work on my bike.

Walked in wanting to buy a bike. Not many options to choose from. Plus sales agent looked at me and my friends like deer at headlights. Greeted him with a how are you doing to strike conversation about ordering a bike. Replied good smirked then I could tell he wanted nothing to do with us. Proceeds to walk away right past us, hands holding behind back. So we decided to leave and go to another garage. Sales men by 4 wheelers not very friendly
